This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Overall, reviews for Junk Cars LLC in West Palm Beach, FL are strongly positive: 92/100. Customers praise fast pickups and fair, upfront offers, courteous, professional staff, and flexible scheduling; many report service within about an hour. Pricing compares well to other buyers. One serious outlier exists: a payment/title dispute with poor follow-up. There’s limited insight on inventory variety, yard organization, or part-finding, as most feedback is about car purchases and towing. Strong for service, with a rare but notable complaint.
