This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Recent feedback for Keystone Automotive - West Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, FL is mixed, landing at 67/100. Strengths: many note fast pickup, professional/courteous staff, and competitive pricing. Weaknesses: repeated reports of delivery delays, long waits (including unloading), and phone service that feels dismissive. Part availability is hit-or-miss. Also, it’s a used-parts wholesaler and not open to the public, surprising some shoppers. Net: good value when in stock and timing aligns, but service consistency and communication vary; a few reviews appear off-topic.
What clients say about Keystone Automotive - West Palm Beach in West Palm Beach (FL)
I am extremely disappointed with Keystone in West Palm Beach. Since last week, I have been trying to purchase a hood, and the delivery, which was supposed to happen on Monday, has been delayed multiple times. Today is Friday, and I still haven't received the part.
The people who answer the phone are rude, and on several occasions, they hung up on me. My customer's car is sitting idle, waiting for this part, and this lack of communication and commitment is hurting my business.
I hope this situation is resolved quickly, but I definitely would not recommend Keystone West Palm Beach based on my experience.
