Very disappointed. I was assured a solid offer on the phone. Then was told I can only get half that much when they came to get the vehicle. I was told that my catalytic converter was not the original factory part. After much haggling, I finally gave in to $75 less than what they had promised me on the phone. Very deceptive business practice I should’ve waited till next week and try a different company. Think twice before using them.
These people are so shady. Do not sell your car for less than they offered on the phone. The incentivize the truck drivers to try to rip you off so the driver can pocket some extra cash. Recycle the car yourself and get more money than anyone will offer you
