I called this company to get a simple estimate for several vehicles I was looking to sell. Instead of helping or answering my questions, the boss told me he “doesn’t want to deal with me because I’m complicated.”
All I did was give them a list of the vehicles and try to understand what they could offer. I don’t think asking for an estimate should be considered “complicated.” This was very unprofessional and rude, especially for a business that claims to buy junk cars. I would not recommend these people to no one All I did was try to sell My car's that's it Tell your boss there's are other plenty of people that will buy my cars
BEWARE!!! BEWARE!! WE were scammed by this company. Contacted them to pick up an old car of ours, after seeing their advertisement for cash for cars. They tell you on the phone that you just need certain items on the car to receive the quoted amount. Then when the tow truck driver gets to your house, the driver uses some fake cell phone thing to "test" your cat converter (which is impossible to do with a cell phone "app" and without the car running and actually testing to see if there were any codes) and now tells you some mumbo jumbo that your cat is bad without REALLY knowing. So then the original quoted amount goes down by HALF. AND THEN the driver (who says he doesn't benefit either way, which we know is not true) and proceeds to tell you that oh if you call somewhere else they are going to tell you the same thing and ALSO told us that if we didn't sell him the car HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE US FOR THE SERVICE CALL!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS? WE were scammed by these people and taken advantage of. Now they have or car that we KNOW was worth $1500. And we were left with a measly $300. In all my years of being scammed by people from time to time I should've used my best judgement and saw through this... shame on me and shame on them!!
This company promised me a $500 quote at first. The driver called me twice saying he was running late. Once he arrived, he inspected the vehicle and suddenly quoted $200. I said no. Then he quoted $300. Again, I said no my final and lowest offer I was willing to take was $500. We agreed, he gave me the cash, and I signed over the title.When I started inspecting the cash, it looked suspicious. The plastic strip on the $100 bills was peeling off, and the blue security color looked off as well. The driver insisted the money was real and said he would never give fake bills because it could cost him his job. He also claimed that the company provides the cash, not him.Then he put a woman on the phone, who said the money came from Chase Bank and that they “don’t have counterfeit money.” She quickly became rude and said, “She probably works at Walmart just leave and give her the car back.”Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior. This company tries to finesse people please be careful dealing with them.
Wife called them to take our damaged car. Told 500 then 200 because the Catalytic Converters were cut off. Was shown pictures when I got home from work taken by the tow driver. The pictures in question were of where the resonator was. Not the cats. The cats are attached to the header on V6 front wheel drive cars. This was obvious lying. I've verified catalytic converter location on the vehicle in question by Ford. The Cats were still present when the vehicle was taken. Misleading business practices. I'll be contacting counsel on Monday. Furthermore for being available 24/7 no one answered at 4pm on Friday 25th.
Update: per owner request I reached out to them. Via text. Wife also called. Was hung up on. To date no response. I don't expect anything. Use this business at your own risk. And be prepared.
I feel scammed! I was offered $500 for my car with several brand new parts in it. Once driver arrived looked under car and gave me the catalytic converter gab about not being original...blah blah blah. Intially said he may be able to take it for weight of car...about $200. I negotiated and was able to get it to $375....would not even budge to $400. Other places were offering over that amount...should've gone with them. ANOTHER thing was the driver was extremely late, costing me a job for the day. Was told 10 to 12....he didnt show up until about 1:30.
I wouldn't trust them. I have a 4runner I was going to let go next. I'll call someone else.
They told me $400 over the phone. The driver shows up and tells the guy on the phone. It only has one of the two catalytic converters but a 2001 Ford focus only has one catalytic converter. I understand the need to make money but lying and scamming is not a way to make a honest living. I will never use this service again for towing or selling any junk cars. If you want to be lied to and tricked into believing you’re going to to get a certain amount, then by all means use this company.
If i could give 0 i would they lied an wasted my time and basiclly stole my car they told me they were giving me 500 for my car an than did not an never said why i told them what was wrong with it before they came to take it. And they told me 500 bucks they got there an ended up only giving me 150 which wasnt what was talked about they lie and they steal your car. They are fakes and liers DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY WILL LIE ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY WILL PAY YOU .
My review echos the others on here. Called and was offered a price. Driver (great guy) shows up and does an "inspection", sending pictures to the boss. Then offered less than 1/4 of what we were told on the phone. And of course they are only interested in the catalytic converter. After calling and speaking with them on the phone and calling them out for their BS, they gave us more but not nearly what was quoted on the phone. All this after I took MY time to get the car out of the backyard so the tow truck wouldn't tear it up. 10/10 would not recommend.
Absolutely NEVER use this service. My car was worth about 500$ and they made up a handful of their own fake issues on why they couldn’t pay me that much. My car was at the mechanic and I asked the mechanic about everything they were trying to tell me (that there was an engine problem and it was an after market catalytic converter), my mechanic debunked all their lies for me and they are an absolute out of this world sketchy service. They’ll make up whatever they can to try and lowball you.

Driver was an unprofessional. Tried offering me $250 when saying $650 on phone before he even saw the car. “ oh no title, $250”

Scam artists! Only let them take my car because it had to be removed from the parking lot it was in that night. They quoted $500 over phone. I had a feeling the offer would change after they came to tow it. And my hunch was correct, all of a sudden my catalytic converter was an “after market” part. I know I never had work done on that part of the car. But, I nor my husband had time to argue. They cut the offer in half to $250! Again we only allowed them to take it because we were in a bind. Do your research before having them get your car. The reviews have other customers who didnt get any $ at all or were low balled once the driver came to get the vehicle! Would not recommend & would give 0 stars if able!
Very disappointed.
I was assured a solid offer on the phone. Then was told I can only get half that much when they came to get the vehicle. I was told that my catalytic converter was not the original factory part. After much haggling, I finally gave in to $75 less than what they had promised me on the phone. Very deceptive business practice I should’ve waited till next week and try a different company. Think twice before using them.

He quickly assessed the situation and safely loaded my car onto the tow truck. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way.
