Good luck getting in touch with them. They don’t answer the phone. It’s just constantly on hold. You could call throughout the day and you cannot get nobody on the phone. Don’t know how customers are supposed to just take time out of their day and drive up there not knowing if the parts available shame on them
This company and the managers the run the place are very unprofessional! After finally reaching them through the phone to inform them I will be on the way from a far drive they told me to still come by and after arrival and paying for the parts they inform me that they won’t be able to take out 10 min of their time to take off the parts (keep in mind some are already on the shelf they said) or let me take them off my self, all this is because they want to go home earlier, even after I offered them extra money as a tip they still decline! After all the back and forward bickering they decided to give me a refund and only compensated me $20 gas for the 2 hour drive I made going and the 2 hour drive i needed to go home. Wouldn’t say don’t buy off them but know who you’re dealing with before going!
Called them looking for a transmission and told him it needed to be for the exact model of the car, I even asked for a photo of the transmission and he said there was no need because they “wouldn’t make the rookie mistake”. After like a hour drive with toll I got to a crowded reception, they made me pay first then I got to look at the part I was buying. Which took like 30 minutes wait and was of course wrong after I tried to make sure this wouldn’t happen. They gave me a manual transmission and I needed automatic, they told me they had one. Made me wait another 20 or 30 minutes and was totally different in the wrong year. (2013 i needed 2010) After all that all they could do for me was a refund and send me away. I do not recommended this place at all as they are very unorganized.
