We were in a pinch and needed a part. We have moved out of state and couldn't find what we needed local. Called and spoke with Hannah. She went above and beyond to get us what we needed.
Unfortunately they loaded the wrong transmission in my car which made me incur in an so much extra money and time that they weren’t willing to recognize. They refund the money for the part but I still lost money and time because of their mistake! Incredible absurd. Vinny you did a great job. The manager didn’t handle it properly. Sorry!
I recently bought 2 parts for my 2017 Mercedes SLC 300. One could not be located and one part that arrived was for a 250 SLK which did not fit my car. There was pushback from the salesman concerning canceling the order. But when I spoke directly to the manager he sent a return USPS label and credited my credit card for the entire amount.
Alan helped me and my family out. He was able to get us an engine at a reasonable price. He helped from beginning to end with every question we had. We had some issues with installing the engine and he went above and beyond to guarantee my car was road ready and safe for my kids to ride in. He will always be the first person I reach out to if I need a piece for my car.
I asked to use the bathroom and it was so clean and pretty. Also first time here and as soon as you walk in the outside are neat and clean professionally. All the employees are very helpful as well. They really care about people and what we think .
Looking for a replacement wheel for my truck, I saw one on-line I thought would work, but unfortunately when I got there it wasn't quite right. Vinnie and James knew what I was looking for and was sure they had it and didn't give up until they found me the exact match. Outstanding service and I really felt valued as a customer.
Overall its a heck of an operation. Tons of inventory, clean office, very well run, and great prices. Highly recommend coming here if looking for used parts.

Vinny helped me source an engine for my explorer. They even held the engine for me till I could get there as I lived a decent amount away from them. Everybody there is nice and helpful and the engine I was sold was as described with no hidden problems.

Had a bad experience with Vinny (the manager) where he had little consideration for me because of a mistake they made. After like a day Alan called me and said he could fix the mistake and get me the part I need. Alan and Chris solved my issue and got the part for me for a good price.
I was referred to Greenstar auto by a family member. I called them and spoke to Alan regarding a motor for my car. He listened to my concerns and helped answer all my questions so I decided to purchase one. I was able to have it delivered a couple days later. Thank you Alan for your help and patience with me. The guy I spoke to Doug I think something with a D, was not helpful at all. I called in the morning when they opened to call and make sure they had my part as I was coming from tampa. I wanted to pat over the phone so that when I got there it would be taken out already. My seat is torn ripped and won't recline forward, I told him I will take the seat in any condition that I did not care that it looked good in the photos that any water damage can be wipped off. He refused to take my payment before he checked the seat. He never called me back, then around 2:30 when I told him I was heading that way he tells me I'll have to come tomorrow because he only has 1 guy pulling parts and that they cannot pull seats until payment is processed. And that's when I got frustrated with him as I offered to pay first at 10:30 in the morning for that very reason. Starts fumbling his words when I called him out and didn't want to deal with me and transfers me to his boss. Boss didn't pick up. The lack of communication and the pure lack to attention is sad, the guy sounded twice my age, definitely should have handled it a little better if you ask me. Don't say your going to call me back if your not especially when I'm trying to give your business money.
I live in Cape Coral in desperate need of a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica rim just one because my old one bent and started to leak air from the dent and it had also cracked. Not my vehicle, my mothers and I called everywhere in fort Myers and no one had anything luckily a shop in fort Myers directed me to green star because they had the specific rim in stock and when I called about it they did have it and were able to ship to my location through USPS with tracking information! It was very cheap for me and it took only 2 days to arrive at my house and packaging was secure it came with a receipt as well inside the box. I got it today and I’m so happy we will be able to drive it again! Thank you so much I do not remember the man that helped me but very good company and wanted to give them a 5star!
Great doing business with Vinny. Response time is very fast, got the motor shipped very quickly, packaged very well, and I have zero engine codes and no issues with the motor I ordered. The motor showed up in five days to the house and we put it in the car. Would wholeheartedly recommend Greenstar for any of your automotive supply needs.
Just wanted to say Dakota was SUPER helpful. Although his company didn't have the part that I needed, he searched and connected me with another company who had exactly what I was looking for. Glad to see that great customer service still exists! I highly recommend this company!!
As a shop I'm picky with who I do business with, and GreenStar has been great. There was no pressure from them to purchase, they just wanted to help; when I did purchase, it was a very smooth transaction. The engine I purchased was in great condition. The technician who removed the engine from the vehicle (Volvo) was clearly skilled and experienced, everything was done correctly.
I look forward to using them again, I took a few weeks to leave this review to make sure it was 5 stars before I posted.
