Prices are skyrocketing to the heavens. Considering the time you could have spent on paid work, their high prices for used parts, the entrance fee, some additional charge they include in the receipt, and the paid warranty (without which there’s no return), a visit to this place turns out to be far from cheap — and possibly even more expensive than buying a new part.
And low prices are probably the main thing customers expect from this place, I think.

To get store credit since they had no other.they said now i own the bad part because I had exchanged it once already. So now they keep my money and I have to keep the bad part
They used to have good, affordable prices, but now their prices are completely out of control. I bought a bumper yesterday, and this month it costs as much as a new one—or even more. It’s ridiculous. They want to charge you for everything separately, and I’m pretty sure they even charged me for the paint.

They tell you they have a part but you’re gambling on whether not it’s there because you pay an entrance fee that’s not refundable. They even said they don’t guarantee if the part is there, only if the car is there…
This is the best u pull it yard in Central Florida. Is complete paved and they organized the yard by interchange family. They provide cold water and they have excellent prices.
Today was my first time visiting your place and I have to say it was fantastic. The yard is asphalt so you can push your cart around easily to hold your tools and parts, free ice-cold bottled water, the yard was clean and organized, and the staff was helpful. I drove from Weeki Wachee, 2 hours away and will definitely be back!
SCAMMERS, they train their employees to fool you when you paying for the part you removed that the car is a premium part so the PRICE IS TRIPLE yes you see it right TRIPLE. what is on their website. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED, I am going to all junkyard in orlando area and this is the worst, I only came because Winter Garden Budget didnt have this particular car. I will never ever will come to this place! Now i appreciate much more Budget because the way they treat their customers for so many years i go there i never had any kind of issues.
Went today and the mechanic on duty, spanish guy...Apologies did not ask his name...with glasses was super helpful. Went totally out of his way to help. Staff is very friendly. Been coming for years......always pleasant to come and see smiles....great deal on my tires.
This company is contracting towing companies who want nothing but to low ball you for your car. Central told me $500 for my van, then when they got here offered me $180. He told me 7 other junk yards won't take my van for more(within a matter of 3 seconds of searching on his phone) because the catalytic converter wasn't stock, which is BS. It was original. Do not call this company to take your car they're contracting scammers.
They lost my tag after I called and spoke with Tony and he reassured me MULTIPLE times that he would take my plate off of my car when it got to the yard. Don’t let these fools get your car. They offer top dollar before they come and then try to low ball you when the tow truck driver comes to get the car. I have to spend $400 on a new tag because they lied! And crushed my car with the plate still on!
I noticed a review that happened to me as well about the catalytic converter. They said mine was replaced..First he asked me how long I had the car for, I figure to make sure I didnt have it new or almost new so he can say the catalytic converter was replaced.. All I'm saying is beware because they do set you a price over the phone then makes excuses to give you half or a little less then half when in person.. I understand if it was parts, engine, transmission missing or even wreck but in this case all was good it even drive. No need to reply (owner) you know what it is..
Terrible service I purchased a radio a few months back and I ended up returning it a day later because the screen didn’t load, they told me that i couldn’t get my money back and I had to get a store credit which I said whatever it’s 60 bucks not a total loss, I ended up loosing the recipe and i called up because I remember paying a extra 9 dollars to extend my money I had on a voucher which extended it to 6 months as a protection plan, I got sent to there call center at first and spoke with a lady then told her I would call back with the date and card number she said that was okay, I called back not even 10 minutes later to get lied to about there not being any females there when I over heard her speaking to other people there, then I get connected to a manager and he was basically saying we can’t help u lost out on ur money should of had ur receipt or a picture then I said ur telling me u can’t look it up by number or card number, he goes no we can’t basically refusing to even help me I said so I lost my money and he goes yup, rude person wouldn’t recommend buying parts from here there unhelpful people I guess they really hire anyone these days will not be doing any business with these scammers

My only complaint was I was told where to find a 98 Honda prelude, but when I went to that row i searched every single row of Honda and acura and it wasn't there.
Whether or not that was my fault or not that I couldn't find it was up for debate, but it was still annoying since how it's why I came being the only junkyard in 50 miles that had that car. But luckily found some stuff for my other car, so it wasn't a total waste
Which was good place til I got here in Ohio and found out they drilled too way deeper into transmission valve body I have no way return it since I’m in Ohio smh check inside transmission pan before buy it
