I bought 2 tires on 8/20 came back on 9/11 because the tire pressure kept coming on. There was a nail in the tire and the owner wanted to charge 20.00. I said no and ended up going to Discount tires and they did it for free. The owner likes money and he doesn’t even do anything. He had his employees do the work while he sits in the A/C. Don’t waste your time or money
Way over priced & price gouging. Went for a plug & they charged $20 when the competition charges $10. Just keep driving, you'll find other shops that can do the same thing for cheaper. Very rude & unprofessional staff & ownership.
Called to get estimate. I was skeptical because of the 3 stars review. I explained all I need were small stuff he explained how much and then I asked for something else and he said another price. So I repeated what he said he cuts me off before I could finish and he said No No No and then said I cant do it today I have a lot of cars. (With an Attitude). I told him I see now why you have 3 stars. His price was good but the attitude killed it. Having a lot of influence on social media like I do is bad for business to treat me or anyone like that.
Man A.D at this place saved my car I didn't even know when my back tire is going bad as well he showed me also showed me the fact that I need an alignment coming up soon so you know taxes is coming and I'm going to try to get as much work as I can on my car down here great service great place please
Do not come here he'll say a price and then it will turn out to be more All of the good reviews are fake Is mostly all are terrible and from my experience I don't blame it If you do come here get your receipts tire fell off going 40 miles per hour And he would not give you proof that he did the job So once again please do not come here I told my insurance and police and there was no proof please get your receipts now I need a new bumper and a whole new simply system
The guy who work here is a horrible person he is so mean and he don't want to help peoples car because he is a scammer and also taking people work hard tiers and alignment is not good at all and asking for 300 and 70 dollars

The owner is very very Rude, he gets angry when you ask questions about work, he’s disrespectful to your property, slammed my car hood because he was upset i asked question and would not apologize for his actions, he also told me Cash Only but when i told him i don’t have cash he never stated payment method he “found” a card reader in the back, i see other reviews states he tries to avoid taxes or something so he have ppl pay cash, very very rude he made a pleasant visit go bad with his attitude and poor customer service …. Composure was the only thing kept my hands off him i couldn’t believe my treatment over something so simple,
changed my alternator on honda odyssey 2012 I paid chas $ 260 the cost was $ 250 did not give me rest and put the wrong alternator I do not recommend this service the owner is always nervous ...
Went in there because I had a power steering leak and the service was really good and the price was affordable. Didn’t try to up charge me or do nothing like that. I’d highly recommend this place
I would definitely recommend them to anybody! The workers were nice and professional. I came in to get my front brakes and rotors put on. The service was fast and cheap. They also let me know other problems that my car was having which helped out a lot because I've spent weeks trying to figure out what it was and they finally let me know the correct part that I needed. Also my door handle was disattached and Mike put it back on for free for me. Very thankful for them definitely would give them five stars!! I will come back for more break and rotor services. Thank you !

I have been coming to Mike for 4 years now! He is consistent, reliable and very friendly. When I came to him I knew nothing about cars he could’ve taken advantage of me and over charged me crazy prices but he didn’t! Instead he taught me things about cars especially my car and even gave me discounts when times were tough! I will forever bring my car to Mike!!! The service is top notch. Trust me this is the place to go!!!!
Possible Tax evasion company! Initially I was very skeptical to do business at this establishment, because of the sketchy, unorganized, filthy and totally unprofessional appearance of building; but, I decided to give this small business an opportunity to prove wrong the old adage "you can't judge a book by it's cover" However, in this case you definitely could judge their book by their cover. My dilemma was my check tire light came on, and I didn't want to drive another mile until I replaced the faulty tire (this tire repair shop was the closest). I explained my issue to one of the workers there, and he checked into their inventory to see if they had an old replacement tire to fit my vehicle. After, the worker discovered they had a matching used tire in stock, I examined the tire, and was pleased with the quality of the tire and agreed to purchase the tire; the worker said the used tire would cost me $45.00, and I agreed to the price; the worker immediately began to remove my old tire to replace it with the new used tire; after he placed the new used tire on my vehicle, the owner asked me how was I going to pay, and I told him I will use my debit card! He then said "We don't accept debit cards only cash" I explained to him I only had $25.00 dollars cash in my possession, but I could go to my closest bank and withdraw the remaining $20.00. The owner insisted that I leave my driver's license with him to go to the ATM or my cell phone for some type of collateral to guarantee my return. I explained to him I would not drive without my driver's license or leave him with my cell phone because he didn't specify before, he put the tire on my vehicle that he only accepts cash payments. To make a long story shorter, I told him if didn't trust me to go to the ATM and come back with his $20.00, then take the new used tire off of my car, and put my old tire back on!! He then conceded to allow me to go to my ATM to withdraw the remaining money owed him and return. When I returned to the tire shop to pay the remaining $20.00; I requested a receipt, and the owner said you will have to pay more for taxes; I told him no problem, I have been paying taxes all my life; however, he didn't give me a receipt, but a business card with the amount of the used tire hand written on the card. It appears that the owner is trying to evade paying higher taxes, and will pressure his customer's into paying cash to hide his total revenues. I went here with a nail in the tire. The guy tried to charge me $25 because it was flat and didn’t think I would just drive it across the street to the other tire shop for $10. Then when I asked him about just putting air in the tire he explained to me that their air compressor was broke. How in tf are you a tire shop with a broken air compressor? How are you going to fix tires!?
Best prices I’ve seen around, quick service I was in and out quick on a Saturday, and even on the used tires mike said I could bring them back up to 30 days if anything was wrong!
Waste of time and money !!! I highly would NOT recommend, especially for a tire alignment, my tires was better alignment before I came to this place . Also he is very rude! And does not give a refund back when needed, if your looking for someone professional don’t go there!
Went and purchased 2 tires from here. Everything was ok. 2 days later went to purchase another tire, and asked if he can just swap tires from the back to the front. Which is ok if there is a fee. But the guy says to me rudely, that's not free u have to pay $20 if u want me to do it. I don't work for free. I was

Put the wrong size tire my vehicle didn’t realize it was pulling to the right until the next day. I went back and mike refused to put the correct size or refund my money. I’m not finished with him.
Don't go here. Almost all of they used tires have or had nail in them. I brought two tires on Friday 11/17/17 and one of them is going by Sunday 11_19/17. Please if you are going here for used tires just remember that most of they used tires once had a nail in them. So be careful
On 10/19/17 I went to this place for an alignment and simple tire rotation. Upon arriving I had nothing else wrong with my vehicle at all. When leaving my car began tremendously shaking and started a clanking noise. I took it back and Mike proceeded to tell me the cause of this is because my two back tires we're bad and the two front tires were good and yet told me he only fix whatever he is told to fix not acknowledging he possibly messed things up. He also don't give any receipt when paying cash but only for card charges. So I brought my car else where and come to find out the bolts on my tires were not tight at all in fact the bolts we're able to be removed by hands. He also did an incorrect alignment that made the car much worse. He absolutely was terrible at his job and definitely didn't deserve a star what so ever. Endangering my life
Before. I go there i call to confirm the size I wanted was in stock. When I go there. I see two vehicles ahead of me and it only took about 25 minutes to have 4 Used tires on my Wrangler. Free rotations and he give me free alignment with the 4 tires,This will be my go to tire shop. I will always going
I bought a used tire, and went out of town 2 days later. When I came back. A week later I had a flat tire. I called and they said it had been to long they couldn't do anything about it. Don't use them they don't stand behind a tire they sell after you drive off.
Love this place. Mike the owner is the coolest dude. Got my brakes done fast, I couldn't believe how fast it was done. I totally recommend West Colonial Used Tires to anyone.
