They come tow my car to their place then changed the price we set on to junk it. They are open 24 hours but don’t want to drop my car back off. Bad business they’ll never prosper in life.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! Wish I could put 0 stars. First they tried to over charge me for a tow, $50/mile, then when I got my vehicle back I found out they stole a bunch of stuff out of my car. These people are crooks don’t trust them. My car was towed 7.1 miles total and they told me it would be $325.00. Then when they explained it, it didn’t add up, first trip which was 3.3 miles was $150, second trip which was 3.8 miles ( a further distance) was $125 (make that make sense) the kicker is 150+125=275. So they can’t even add either. Save your money and your time. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

I am a car dealer in KS, and , with the help of a broker, on Friday I booked a $40,000 worth vehicle to be transported from CA to my lot in KS. The driver that picked my vehicle up is working under "Auto Towing & Repair Center" name and is covered by their general liability insurance. The vehicle was supposed to get delivered on Sunday between 10 and 11 a.m. I don't work on Sundays, the only exclusion I make is for car haulers' deliveries - I know these guys don't see their families for weeks, and if I can save them a day of waiting - I'm glad to help! I canceled my family plans for Sunday morning and got to my dealership to wait for the transporter. He called and told me that he was 30 minutes away. This vehicle required a wrecker to load and unload, which cost additional $500 per load. The wrecker charges that money even if he came to the site and waited without actually having to load or unload. After hours of waiting, the transporter finally called and said his truck had some kind of a leak, and he would deliver on Monday. I haven't heard from him since then. He did not answer, nor return my calls and texts. My customer that paid for that vehicle was getting nervous, but neither me, nor the broker couldn't find out where the vehicle was. If the driver broke down 30 minutes away from me, I was ready to go to wherever his truck was parked and pick up that car from him, but no answer...
on Tuesday night, the broker and I realized we were never going to get this vehicle delivered. I sent a final text to the driver that if we didn't hear from him, we would have to file a police report. No responce. The next day - no responce. The broker filed an insurance claim for the vehicle loss. All Wednesday I was on the phone and emails with the broker, insurance company and the vehicle buyer.
At 6 p.m. on Wednesday, to our biggest surprise, the driver called! He said that he'd been transporting vehicles for this Auto Towing & Repair Center, but they haven't paid him, and they still owed him about $15,000, so he decided to not deliver my vehicle until he gets his money from them. I asked him if that was my fault that he worked for the company that didn't pay him, and why 4 people on my end had to stress out and worry and deal with all that insurance claim and police reports of a stolen vehicle?
To cut the story short, I only paid him half price for the delivery (even when I had full right to not pay at all), we unloaded the vehicle, and the driver left. 15 minutes later, he called me and told that he took the key of the delivered vehicle with him, and if I wanted to get the key back, I had to send him $1000 by Venmo. It is a complete nightmare!
Since I already had an insurance claim filed for a total loss of this vehicle with the Auto Towing & Repair Center's insurance provider, I could of not let them unload the vehicle, but have them take it straight to a police department and deal with a stolen vehicle case on their record. With a filed claim, I could get reimbursed for this car by the insurance, and they would deal with police. I did them good by willing to accept the delivery and close the claim, and they stole the car keys.
Please, stay away from these guys!
Good people they really looked out for a brother I am really grateful for their service fixed my car when everyone else was over charging for the same service.
Had an appointment to install a vehicle interlock device from last week I get there today nobody's at the business I called the phone number some drunk sleepy guy just answered the phone and said we can do anything today you can come back tomorrow which is ridiculous I had an appointment schedule! Go somewhere else!
I was supposed to get my car towed. The tow truck did not arrive at the time it was supposed to. Furthermore I had to call them to be notified that they would be coming an hour later. I ended up canceling their service and going with stepps towing
Do not use this company at all!!!! the customer service is rude I had to call 13 times and I kept getting hung up on my insurance company kept calling them they would not answer and they never picked up my vehicle after four hours
Irresponsables, poor customer service, time of arrivals twice as ETA given. When finally got a hold of them (phone always busy) told me I have to keep waiting on the side of the road. Never calling again.
After first tow truck didn't bring any equipment to get my car on the truck. My insurance sourced out these guys and I tell you what he was the most professional person I have met. Upon arrival guaranteed he would get my car taken care of.
Referred by my Roadside Assistant from Zurich. Kept me waiting 3 hours after telling me it would only be 1hr. Finally called another company that showed up 20minutes later. The dispatcher had the audacity to call me at 3+ hours later to ask me where I was.
I used this service thru my auto insurance for towing. The tow truck driver was very professional and friendly. Hope to do business with him again outside of towing service.
They do car repairs too! My Jeep broke down....again. I have a two year old and no family nearby, so I can’t work on my Jeep. After two times with USAA canceling tows, they picked up my vehicle. Spoke to the driver and just let them take it to their shop. I knew what was wrong and how much it could cost.
They give you very fair pricing. You won’t be taken to the house here. But also, they won’t try to convince you that you need 1000 other things fixed. They get you back on the road, and let you know of future things to look out for. Will be taking back my Jeep for future work son.
It's been a rough day, stuck in a parking lot with no AC
for 2 1/2 hours because my battery was dead. The pop a lock guy that my insurance sent out was a joke. But when auto towing came to help he was able to jump start my battery and explained why the car cut off. Amazing service and made my day so much better knowing I didn't have to pay for another battery
My Truck Broke down in Casselberry. I was stuck basically. I knew about this shop because I had work done on a car before but I couldn't remember the number to the place. So, I google it and found it. When I call, they were very professional and she said that she would send someone out to get my vehicle. When they came out, he assure me that it wont and check back with him letter on to find out the status. Keep in mind that this was my work truck, so you know I was stress. Called him and he let me know what was going in and they had to order a part. Part came in the next day and I was up and running. It is a year later and I am still up and running. Now I am referring a friend for his service as well.
I use there services all the time. The young lady Sam very knowledgeable and always there when I need her thanks Sam keep up the amazing job that you do there....
I have never experienced a service as bad as this one. The guy that answers the phone it’s drugged or something he don’t even say hi. When you say: hello? He answer Yeah Go on... They let me waiting 2 hours on the I-4. The third time I called they ask me AGAIN where I was located. Ridiculously Bad Service
If I could do zero stars, that would be more appropriate. One star is too many. Company never showed up, when I called, he told me to get someone else.... horrible work ethic
Got assigned a driver from Auto Towing & Repair Center through my USAA Roadside Assistance. It took a long time, about 2h 30min for the driver to show up, 45min after he called and said he "was close by". He got my car up and down from the flatbed without issue, which is why I'm leaving 2 stars. The driving was pretty aggressive for a big truck with a car on top of it, and he kept looking down on his phone for navigation (if you drive professionally please get a phone mount to keep your eyes up on the road) and taking phone calls while reading from a piece of paper. On top of that he figured that utilizing the time we spent on the road for proselytizing was a good idea, which as a non-christian felt pretty awkward.
Accepted a dispatch from my Allstate motor club then when they were late and we called to find out where they where the driver told me it was too late to do the tow as the shop was closing it would have to be done the next day but the secretary told me they never got the dispatch from Allstate in the first place. Which is funny since it has to be accepted to get confirmation with who is doing it and an eta and all that. So they lied then couldn’t even say sorry and still wanted the job plus driver was rude when talking to be.

The guy gave us one price for the milage and then when he arrived he tried to charge us something completely different.. He was rude and we ultimately decided to not go with his company.. Being a pregnant woman not in my native city having a car break down is stressful enough.. I would NOT recommend this company
