Your phone customer service sucks it's terrible! You guys need to hire some more people to answer the phones. Multimillion-dollar company as yourselves and cannot get someone to answer the phone or have someone on hold for extensive along amount of time? It makes no sense!

There parts sucks and they like to waste everyone's time don't buy nothing from them. Look they won't even take the time to write them self. A animated response I have called them more then a hundred times to fix the problem there response call me some more. Yea sure don't waste your time with this people buy from anywhere else but them.

You need to post real hours on the web. Web says you open at 8am. I get there and door says opens at 9am. Come on. My time is important .

For the last 25 years I had purchased recycled auto parts from Michael's auto parts on South Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando and my experience with Michael's was ALWAYS positive as the staff was first class and the parts were always reliable and fairly priced. It's been my experience with the now LKQ/Michael's that the tradition of excellence continues. In 2018 I bought a transmission for my SAAB that has been flawless in it's operation and the price was fair beyond words. Last week Julie at LKQ/Michael's intervened on my behalf in the delivery of another transmission purchase for my Volvo as there was a miscommunication between myself and the salesperson that I bought the transmission from as to its delivery and I take full responsibility for the mixup. Julie being the consummate professional and customer service oriented expert saw fit to see to it that my experience again be a positive satisfying experience at LKQ/Michael's and I greatly appreciate her valiant efforts beyond words as my transmission was delivered to the shop that ultimately installed it and I got my car returned to me on Saturday with the replacement transmission installed much to my elation and I have Julie to personally thank for her diligence in this matter. LKQ has proven itself to be trustworthy, professional and affordable. The staff makes it a joy to work with them and they'll meet your expectations on your level of standards and it will not be necessary for you to lower your standards to compromise either. Bravo LKQ/Michael's and BRAVISSIMMO to Julie! Thanks to you all for your kindness and high interest in the resolution of the issue that I faced. I'm indebted to you and particularly to Julie for going above the normal expectations and seeing to it personally that the customer was taken care of. I couldn't ask for more or better. Aside from always having what you need, this time it seemed that nobody liked or wanted to do their job. I called to order a part and they tell me it has to b ordered in person. When I show to order it, guy says you didn’t have to order it in person. So I told him man I drove from apopka like what changed? His answer was well I drive from from farther then that everyday so who cares. I let it go cause everyone has bad days only to come the next day to the same guy having an additude with he cashier lady. Not sure it it’s different staff but in my 10 years buying parts from there I never had an issue.

I first ordered a transmission from lkq online on eBay and has issues with my order. Juliea the plant manager helped me greatly on the online people's mistake and made sure she took care of me making it right. I appreciate all her help and mistakes are made of course but it's nice for a company to stand up for their name as a company and make it right with customers rather than just blow them off and tell them good luck with the suck.

Friendly atmosphere..... ordered a side window for my 2012 Malibu. Waited 3 days and I consider that a very short time frame...The window was complete and ready for install, as soon as it stops raining here ...

Only buy reman engines from jasper.have bought over 5 with jasper, fast money. Lkq are Liars, always say the reman engines are Ready with tins and always lie. Second time in a row in 5 yrs, I always buy jasper only jasper but this time I tried lkq, Maybe they changed, nope, still costing me 1k In free labor now. The phone rep assured me it was ready with pans and timing covers,but Here I am on a Monday starring at an engine I can't pass cost to customer because they lied And let me sell it as a complete engine with tins and oil pans and covers, now I have to build a rebuilt engine, buy jasper, and you won't be disappointed and working for free Used parts lkq does great, just don't waste preciuos shop time on reman engines.

Where do I even start. DO NOT GO HERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL TO ANY ONE. First of all the person on the phone was a big fat liar. After finding out that we had just spent endless money try to fix our engine we came to find that it had a cracked head. But oh well we can buy a engine from a REPUTABLE dealer that comes with a warranty and all that jazz. NOT. My dad spoke to some one that I will not name at the moment, he told us we would be getting a engine with 58k miles on it for $1000 which its $1050 and the core is $100 which is actually $175, we find the real prices when he sends us the invoice. The Engine that they actually shipped to us had 82k miles on it. It had to be shipped here from another state, it was supposed to be here December 28th. but as that day came it also passed No call or nothing but I new that it was the holidays so I gave it the weekend (which they are closed on any ways) and called come to find out that the engine was there. After all this we tried to speak with them about how it looked like they totally played us but they wouldn't hear it they just kept saying it was a miscommunication. Yeah okay whatever! We needed the engine so on to going to get it. Now my dad ordered the engine he does not live in Orlando, I do, he bought it for us he was also told by this gem of a guy that he could pay over the phone since again he doesn't live here. COME TO FIND OUT HE CANT DO THAT EITHER. MY dad just so happened to be in town when the engine arrived but since we didnt get a phone call and didn't know it was here so he couldn't go and pay for it . Any ways it didnt matter we could pay for it. Now on the invoice it says my name and my fathers name with our last name. My significant other went to pick up the engine and pay for it he brought my credit card they wouldn't let him pay for it with my credit card because his ID had to match. Please tell me how this makes any sense MY NAME IS ON THE INVOICE WHICH MATCHES MY CREDIT CARD, MY SIGNIFICATE OTHERS NAME ISNT ON ANYTHING regarding THE ENGINE BUT HIS CARD MATCHED HIS ID. So basically they could have given the engine to any one as long as their card and ID matched. They were rude inside. The engine was on a pallet not wrapped with anything not cleaned looked well used, I dont even know if they looked it over. How do I even know if it wasn't sitting out side this whole time. Any way we got the engine brought it home and got to work ( we didnt but our mechanic did) After Labor and liquids THE ENGINE IS BROKEN, YES BROKEN it has a thrown rod. So now we have to take the engine out and bring it back to them they will how ever exchange the engine but not pay for the extra labor that we now have to get and more liquids that we now have to buy for a second time. This is $200 is just liquids (x2) lets not even get into labor. So what happens when I get another engine and that one doesn't work it just seems like a complete revolving door to me and they dont care to help. They just give you the run around. On the invoice it explains nothing, nothing about the warranty or how it works. It also says that we denied a labor warranty but we were NEVER offered one. If we were offered one dont you think we would have gotten it since we were taking a risk with getting a used engine. This isn't over, I plan to write a review every where I can. I plan on calling corporate. I will up date this review as this progresses.

There's a reason why people send an average of 15mins here its because you hear their price and leave. Their prices are 3x any other salvage yard selling the same product. This business stays alive by screwing the ignorant. My advice go anywhere else

This place is the definition of incompetence, their office in Tampa is completely uncapable of getting the orders right and cannot do their job efficiently to save their lives. Took them 3 days to finally get my order to Orlando and when the idiot tells me he made sure the part was the right one, of course it was not. The guy at the front desk was a decent human being and got me some more info to help me licate the part. He was the only good thing out of the entire transaction. I do not recommend calling or buying anything from this company. Absolute nightmare.

Dont even even come in to this parts its a rip off people in the sale s department will sell you everything and charge you a core to restock the parts. the sales people are crooks and the Indian guy in the front is so erongant thinks he owns the warehouse .go somewhere else if you want, a used parts.stay away from this place.

Great people, Great Parts, Great Customer Service. Bought a transmission for my ford, it was dead on install, they replaced it no issue after a tech certified it was no good, even though they are a European facility these guys bend over backwards for you. A+++ I do business monthly with these guys.

Worst Experience don't' waste your time or money. There warranty are nothing near warranty they weasel there way out of it trust me. I buy a 1,500 transmission from them and I think i could of have flushed that money down the can and it would of been a better way to throw away money.

I ordered a part with them TOOK THEM 4 DAYS. they told me they didn't know what happened to it!! Got the complete run around and in the end it cost 200 extra. Horrible excuse for a part store.

Worst customer service ever. Its near impossible to get them on the phone because not only do they put you on hold forever but they often won't pick up when you finally get through. If they do, the representative will likely be rude and dismissive. It has taken me over 3 weeks to get a solid answer on what is going on with my order and I'm still not sure if it is actually going to arrive in the next few days. Absolutely inexcusable, I will never do business with these clowns again.

Price...awesome. customer service....awful. I ordered a part and went to pick it up but it was for the wrong side of the vehicle. The front desk guy didn't catch it...I did. Today I called to make sure the part was in and it was confirmed. I drove 20 minutes (again) and waited for 45 minutes while they (the parts manager) searched for my part. If you have the time...the price is great. If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else.

Michaels auto parts! what a waste neil you gave it up to the new zoo review...Its amazing how one man can change the world i would buy anything from that place anymore unless the original owner came back to run it. Too many chiefs,no indians.....believe it or not bro- i learned a lot from you maybe i should be the next michaels auto parts, you were clean,on time with every thing.
