I work in the automotive industry and things aren’t always perfect on the first try in this world. Stuff happens. I let Joe know something with my order wasn’t right and he had it resolved before I was out of bed the next day. Thank you for your effort Joe.
I was unhappy with a listing and order I made, but they were very prompt in offering me a return, I am so grateful to work with a company that wishes to take care of there customers so well.
We have used bus part experts for going on almost 5 years now. We probably bought about no less than four transmissions from them maybe five at the very most.
Anytime we've had any problems Laura who used to be our rep would always take care of it to ouruour satisfactionn LaurasLaura unfortunately passed
away...but her tradition of caring lives on. The owner and his wife are good honest people.
I would never order from this company again. I placed a order on 9/5/19 and paid extra from 2nd day shipping. I did not receive my order until the following week and it was the wrong part. I called when I got the wrong part and spoke with Laura who told me she would ship the correct part immediately and refund my money for the shipping. A week goes by and nothing. Called several times until I got Laura again. She said she was sure the package went out and would call me back to confirm. LIES... In the meantime I ordered the same part from another company and have it already. Never was called back, no one answers when I call and still no part as of today 9/30/19. I sent a email requesting a refund since I have the part already and still no reply. My bus has been without AC for almost a month and I'm in Florida! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
On Nov 21 I was contacted by owner Lori who apologized for the wrong shipment and the delay in crediting me. I was promptly refunded for the order.
We ordered 2 parts a month ago, told I would receive by Thursday so we could use our bus over the weekend. Laura said no problem. Didnt received parts til the following Tuesday. Then, sent wrong part and called she said she would get back to us... no response in 2 weeks now. I have had a bus out of service for a month because the ac won’t work without these parts. Also, no one ever responds to phone calls or emails trying to check status, absolutely the worst company I have EVER worked with in the transportation industry. I have pretty much given up. STAY away
Iit's been more than 30 days since i ordered some Incab air filters and not only they didn't deliver, they don't answer the phone.
First and last time I do business with them. I hope I get the filters or recover the money I paid for them.
