Coworker drove 40+ minutes to return a part sold faulty and was almost sent out getting cursed out as i over heard while being in the phone with them while they were explaining what was going on
honestly wonderful kind guy he refunded my motor full price and completely understood that i found a better deal gave me zero problems please come here. he even gave me a free part when i couldn’t pay i drove 40 minutes to get there i definitely recommend coming here for ur vehicle needs love this place. I had also bought a perfectly good transmission for my new truck. and honestly really great prices. Was able to repair my gti and get my truck up and running?
Very unprofessional, sold me a motor cracked (big hole shown in pic) and when i went for a refund, buddy started throwing a storm of profanity because I let slip the fact that i found another motor for over 100$ cheaper with 6x more months of warranty compared to his. never do business here guy is a hot head. i wish he gets shut down it seems like he’s like this with a lot of paying customers as i read the reviews here
don't buy anything in that place!!! the owner does not have something called education, the guy yelled at me, he yelled like crazy, he sold me a transmission that never worked for me, when he arrived he started asking me for oil bills, filter and screamed, he insulted me as if I were the one who had stolen or at fault. I had to buy another transmission losing $2000 please do not buy anything in that place at the time of sale it shows (polite) later when he has to answer he becomes an animal insulting and yelling at people. I did not realize how bad comments your business had. to know that I do not eat anything !!!!
Don't you guys even waste your time going to this place the guy is super nice on the phone till you actually go there and then it's another business!!!

Owner try to sell you 3 parts in one so he can jack the price with the excuse the rest wont sell ...well buddy you are in the dismantle business wanna sell cars in only few parts thats not a juckyard is a auto parts.....guys go to ebay better.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a junkyard they cursed at me they threatened I called the police on me they actually did and said that I was crashing into things which is a false police report just because I had no shoes on and I had sandals and I wanted to go walk to see where my window is going to come from horrible service no masks even though everyone who runs a business is wearing masks because Covid is crazy
Went to help a friend buy an engine from them. Was told the engine had never run and they didn't know if it would. At first said it had a 30-day warranty. Called mechanic to see if the engine could be installed within 30 days and then the owner refused the sale. HOW SHADY IS THAT????
Bobby was Very rude over the phone!!! Told me we were having a communication problem and hung up on me! Didn’t even try to figure out what I was saying. I see why all the one star reviews! Very rude and unprofessional!!
Don't have a high expectations when you go to the junk yard like that .they know you need them and they try to take advantage of you .the guy there wanted to sell me 6 bolt for $75 that takes literally 5 min or less to have them ready out of the car .the dealership had them for $2.50 a piece
BEWARE SCAM. They list parts they don't have and then when you get there want you to buy a different one for 3 times the price. Its bait an switch all day every day!!!
They are robbers, they gave me a transmission with new fluid and the transmission was damaged inside and when I went back because he told me I had 30 day grantee and they didn’t want to refund me my money back and it’s only been 7 days after I bought it and at the end between him and his mechanic both lied and took 20% off the price I paid.
If I could give it a minus star I would!!!!
I called asking about apart he said he had it took me an hour to get there when I got there he said I got to go get it out of storage then he said he couldn't find it. Then he sent me to his dad's place down the street he couldn't find his in inventory gave me a big long story about stuff just disappears then they sent the guy out into the field to pull one out of a car that they had. they couldn't even do that I got tired of waiting do not do business with this company or his dad's company Disney Auto another two and a half hours of my life I'll never get back!!!!!!
Trying to make sure the price is even something affordable for us before wasting a trip because we arent around the block but cant even get pricing over the phone. Got told to just come into the yard if it's going to be multiple parts I'm asking for and got hung up on before i could even say I'm only asking for 2 parts and cannot afford to make a trip for nothing. Incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude of them to handle a customer call that way. I'd rather spend the money on something brand new than waste it on a trip to try to discuss things with a place with such poor customer service right off the bat.
Run away! They sell junk. Installed a used transmission. Instantly leaking transmission fluid. Had to replace one of the main seals. 2 months later the transmission has an internal failure and needs to be replaced. No help from this place, they tell you "30 day warranty goodbye!". Conmen. Find a better junkyard that warranties their parts. This place is a sham.
