My son’s car broke down on the side of the highway on his way to jury duty. I picked him up and, under the impression that we had 24 hours to tow the car ourselves, we scheduled a tow truck for 6 p.m. However, by the time our tow arrived, H&A Towing had already taken the vehicle.
When we arrived at H&A Towing, Anthony at the front desk was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, when we went to retrieve the insurance and registration from the car, we immediately noticed damage to the lower front part of the bumper damage that was absolutely not there before the tow.
Anthony called for the manager, Jim, to take a look. Jim barely inspected the car before quickly and dismissively stating the damage wasn’t their responsibility. He said, “I’m not paying for that. Take me to court.” I calmly explained that I wasn’t trying to argue or escalate I simply wanted to resolve the issue respectfully. Jim repeated that he wasn’t going to argue and again told me to “just take him to court.”
As a woman, I found this experience extremely uncomfortable and intimidating. I was polite, respectful, and composed, but was met with rudeness and hostility. I walked away deeply upset not just because of the damage, but because of how I was treated.
This review isn’t written lightly, but I want others to know what kind of service and attitude they may encounter at H&A Towing. No one should have to feel dismissed or disrespected when trying to resolve an issue in good faith.
I was shocked that my car broke down in the middle of the road I called H&A towing company and they were so nice and attentive. He has efficient and helped me out. I had to cancel my service due to my car starting back up, but Tony was super nice and respectful about the whole thing. If I ever need them , they will definitely be my first call
Was having car issues called them they showed up about 30 minutes, and and pricing reasonable. Tall guy showed up friendly. For friendly fast service five stars all the way.

Absolutely the WORST experience. After towing our car with zero warning, no notice, and no information, it took us hours to figure out what even happened to our car. We were willing to pick up our car right away however they told us that we needed to wait an hour approximately until 2 AM to even get our car back. It was freezing out, and they were not willing to accommodate us at all. If you’re going to tow someone’s car, I really feel that you should leave some type of notice or be willing to work with them considering their car was not left there for more than ~3 hours… RIDICULOUS. I don’t wish this service on my worst enemy
Anthony from H&A Towing was very courteous and helpful. He quickly responded to our call when our car broke down shortly after leaving the airport. He was at our location and ready to help in less than 30 minutes. He got our vehicle back to our home safely and efficiently. Great service and would highly recommend!

Scam artist, they will steal out your car. Most unprofessional pos people I have come across. They give you false information and steer you into a big circle in order to hold your car in order to bill for more money.

SCAM THEFT DISRESPECTFUL
Loved my experience with this company, my car broke down in the middle of the night and they were like a superhero coming to my rescue. They even brought snacks and a movie projector to allow me to relax while they did all the work. They were able to replace my entire engine right there on the road! Tony was very professional! I would highly recommend this towing company!
This is the type of place to steal good parts off your car and replace with bad. You never expect to have a great time at the towing office but dealing with them is beyond miserable. Grimey and scammy. To be fair, there were 2 younger employees who were pleasant. Shout out to you guys.
Called the day prior to needing my car towed to the shop, told Jim that it needed to be done by a certain time frame. I was told that it wasn't an issue. H&A called me 30 mins after I was expecting the car to already be in route to the mechanics.. my appointment with the mechanic was then missed and couldn't be rescheduled for another 48 hrs....but I did find a more competent and cheaper tow company to assist me with the matter.....long story short....there are cheaper more reliable tow companies out there!
Car was in an accident and these people were extremely unprofessional gave the owner of vehicle a hard time to recover her car and belongings inside charged her to tow the car from the accident to their yard then wanted more money to bring it 35 miles and wanted to charge dead head for them to get back to their yard they left 2 wheels at the site of the crash and smiled in the woman’s face about her car as if she didn’t just come from the hospital from the vehicle collision where her car rolled multiple times! We know they were trying to find away to keep the car for themselves to strip it because it was a show car with lots of speakers and music this was the worst experience i and the owner have ever encountered with a tow truck company especially after a bad car accident we even had 2 males with us one who works for a tow company and the other is a semi truck driver both said this is not how business is to be conducted and to receive the vehicle they only accepted cash or cash app nothing else and no receipt!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHAT EVER YOU DO!!!!!
Having to deal with a car accident is bad enough on its own, having to deal with people like the staff at H&A after an accident almost makes the accident itself seem delightful. I have never come across such poor customer service and unprofessionalism from a company I have dealt with in the past. Aside from being an all around rude and misinformed establishment, the "manager", Justin, really showed what it means to be professional in a work setting by calling me back from his personal number to tell me I was rude for not letting him talk over me and disconnecting the call as he was. Days later he proceeded to send me a text message from the same phone number without having any authorization from me to do so or use that number for anything other than work matters. When my partner went in to address what was happening, Justin alongside another one of his adult, male, colleagues, berated my girlfriend, began yelling and talking over her as had previously happened with me and went as far as threatening her. Please save yourself the hassle and the headache that comes from having to deal with this place. Support other local tow companies that put their customers, and not their fragile male egos first. Had I known what I would be having to deal with, I would not have allowed the police to tow my car to this location, unfortunately, I didn't know better and so they did. Rest assured though, I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone on the contrary, I want to warn others so they won't have to deal with what I did. Do better!
I’ve never experienced such as shady, unprofessional and pathetic business and ‘manager’ until this place...what I just went through the past couple days trying to retrieve my car from this company is comical. The first day I came the Manager said that the car was not towed with the keys and to come back tomorrow if I find the spare which I responded “I will be back soon if I find the spare” which I never did because it turns out he had both keys the whole time and “didn’t know” even though when I arrived on the sight the next day he was rummaging through my car which is coincidental considering he then tried to tell me he won’t release my car to me without my physical ID (I had a photo copy with me because over the phone and in person the day prior he said that would be fine) and I know my ID was in my wallet in the car just like my keys were yet it disappeared..... next he refused to except ANYTHING OTHER THAN CASH and only gave me a hand written receipt. It was over $500 for a 5 mile tow!!!!?? I asked him multiple times to sign his signature at the bottom of the receipt and he refused over and over. This isn’t even half of it. Luckily I recorded the interaction and already contacted my lawyer.
