My car was towed to their location and when I went to collect everything from my car after it was adjusted a total loss they emptied my entire car and stole everything. They gave me an envelope with my plate, insurance and registration. I was told to file a claim with my insurance to be reimbursed because they don’t know what happened to all my personal belongings!!! There was about $1000 worth of items belonging to my kids and I from what I have remembered so far!!! I am beyond disgusted and upset they took everything from my car!!! They were not even apologetic and from the attitude it seems like this happens often!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Copart when trying to sell my car. I drove my vehicle in, provided a clean title, and paid them about $90 for the privilege of running it through their auction three times. Each time it only fetched around $400, which was not acceptable to me, so I decided to take my car back. When I went to pick it up, I was shocked to be told I owed an additional $405 in storage fees. No one had informed me of these fees beforehand, and I had been waiting on them to clarify a misunderstanding on their end. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I received no responses or clear communication. They never mentioned any storage fees during these interactions, and it was only at the last minute that they sprung this charge on me. To make matters worse, the staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. This experience was frustrating and felt like a complete lack of transparency and customer service. I would strongly advise anyone to be cautious if considering doing business with them.

If zero stars was an option, that is what they would've received. Deplorable stay far away from. They do not work on the weekends. They're lazy and slow. They take their time and they are not considerate or professional. They work with USAA and they are dragging their feet costing more money for me taking advantage of the situation. Lied about their location miles from where I will be and have been very dishonest and not forthcoming. They work in cahoots with USAA stay far away stay far away if you were forced like I was to have your car towed by them contact a lawyer first and see if there's another option. Unless you have your own towing company, they will take full advantage of you in an emergency. Terrible company, awful terrible towing company. Terrible customer service terrible awful stay far away from.

Make an appointment, wear closed toed shoes. They clean out the car and stuff everything in the trunk in trash bags. Be careful they fill them with no thought to weight. All items were politely cared for. You have to walk a ways with bags so park as close to the wall as you can. The personnel at the front desk were kind and thoughtful. They pull the tag and give it to you separately. This would have been a five star rating but everything we were told over the phone was not true.

Try your best to not have your car towed here!!!!!! My car was towed here a few weeks back. They ripped my dash cams off the window and pulled all the wires out with them. Knowing the wires were hidden in the interior they left both wires just hanging. Then they decided to not remover the headrest from the seat and RIPPED my seat covers off completely destroying them in the process. And to top it all off..... they stole 3 pairs of sunglasses from my car. Totaling $300 plus! They refused to call me back after I called them 2 times and left my information each time. Then they wouldn't call back my insurance company. And instead of paying for them they are telling my insurance company there's no proof the glasses were in the car. Now I have to file a Homeowners insurance claim for them! This place is a SCAM and you stuff will NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF! And for the cherry on top, they threw everything into a huge garbage bag with little to no care and tossed it into the trunk. Everything was balled up and loose inside the bag. It was and is still a nightmare!

The worst customer service, the people who work there are people without education or manners, I think they work there and they take it out on the transporters, the customer service people think they are doing their customers a favor…the customer buys cars so they have jobs…and the transporters have jobs thanks to those customers, the transporters are treated like animals!! like slaves…who do not deserve to be respected!! It is despicable that they are treated poorly, without any empathy. Being a driver is very hard... they sacrifice themselves for their jobs and their families by driving long hours, plus the hours they can work waiting for bureaucratic procedures that Copart handles so that they are given a car to pick up... Those who drive the forklift think they own the place and destroy the vehicles of the forklift that loads them, they do not realize that they are lazy employees in bad faith who do not want to work and should not be working there if they do not like it, Copart has to look for people who want to work as it should be well!!

Thank you for you excellent service. Kelli was so patient, courteous, polite and informative. She walked me through the process and it was easy. I had to retrieve my personal items due to my first accident ever. Thank you for being so kind an making the process bearable. Kudos to your entire team.

Copart sold a vehicle statting tirle was clean but it was salvaged. They told me to get lost and wouldn’t make it right

Nice people behind the counter and the Forklift guy was also very awesome. One of the nicer cops in the country. Hard to believe it’s here in Florida.

Bought a car from them that was supposed to be working fine, primary damage was described as “dents/wear damage” after paying some stupid fees like convenience and internet, I got the car. The engine was locked and they do not care about what you have to say. They did not want to make a refund to me and now I’m stuck with a car I cannot store and cannot fix. For the price I payed I could have bought a working one with warranty from someone else. Do not recommend at all.

I dont know there arr more then 20 staffs but on counter only one serving everone and go just to make a payment you have to stay more then hours and all other staffs talking inside with each others

These people went out of their way to make sure we got the truck back after it was stolen and my husband was in a coma. The young woman at the counter with pink and olive green sweater. Thank you. So much. And to the manager guy. Also, thank you.

I came in to collect personal items from a wreck. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they brought my wrecked car out in a matter of minutes. I was pretty impressed at how efficient this operation is. Great experience!

1st time for EVERYTHING, I called co parts last month requesting a copy of my “fixed title.” CAUTION, if you ever do a buy back from your insured company, (meaning the car isn’t “really totaled” just that insurance can not find a part or they think it costs to much; keep a record of how much they charged you for the car.) If the new title is a different amount call the insurance co. &tell them you want the title to say the proper amount of what you purchased, NOT THE CHECK AMOUNT that you get from the ins. Co.) Anyway, that being said! Last month I tried to explain that I lost the “fixed title & that I needed a copy. So of course they sent the WRONG ONE! The reason they’re getting a 5* today is due to Alicia Smith in the Orlando CPU office. At first she was saying I have to call my ins. Co. But then she FOUND exactly what I was in reference to. Geesh, why couldn’t anyone else do what she did? She scrolled up & read notes, manager notes etc….. sure it was a 15 minute call but; YEAH FOR THIS SUPERSTAR she made my day. Thank you Alicia Smith!!!! You deserve a 10 star. Oh btw I’ve been trying to get the proper title for 6 months. It took her 15 minutes because she actually WORKED!!!! Keep up the good work. If you were not so far away, I’d hire you at our business.

DO NOT DROP CARS FOR CONSIGNMENT AT THIS LOCATION!! Yard manager and consignment person Mr. "F" will take a guess at what's wrong with your vehicle instead of doing a physical inspection, first time I had to go and show them wrong and they admitted it ,2nd and 3rd I decided to take cars out on dissapointnent and FRUSTRATION, got charged $89 on each car, NO RUNS even though it was their discrepancy "because they took pictures" Copart is now at 5 fees per vehicle in case you haven't noticed their GREED..

I got a good price for my junk car, check was on hand. The only thing you would have to wait a few hours for the card to get back to the lot, then the funds will be available for you or than that. They all good.

Very good, normal for documents and transactions related to auto auctions. Be careful when walking in the parking and surrounding since there are towings going in and out very fast.

honestly very bad service Customer Service is very slow many times there is no one at the ticket office and still they leave people waiting outside the office for more than 40 minutes announcing that supposedly there are several people ahead of one Maria person first than one when people do not see each other around outside the office or inside. And when you enter you can notice that people are not providing a good service, they talk to each other, they talk to each other and they even smile and tell stories.

Very bad service when picking up the car to transport, we where here first waiting for the cars to be loaded had our appointment at 11am and then at 11 some car Carrie’s come in and they start getting loaded right away, spoke to the manager and they said oh their appointment was scheduled before your time ok understand but they came in late they should wait for the people that been here on time this is not right. We have waisted more then 4 hours here to pick up 2 simple cars

I had to get my possessions from my totaled car, plus pick up my license plate. Flor in the front office was very helpful, courteous and professional. Two workers had to struggle, literally, for half an hour to get my license plate off my car. They were Gina and Rhys, and they were also most helpful: despite the difficulty of the task they remained pleasant and courteous. Kudos to all those at Copart I came in contact with.

Didn’t receive the full amount I was “guaranteed”. After notifying them of this they claimed to have sent a check of the remaining money they owed me, the check never made it to my mailbox yet they state that I already cashed it out. After calling multiple times they informed me they were sending “another” check and it’s been about two weeks and the check is no where to be seen. Terrible service.

So Jenanine is probably the most unprofessional rude person I have worked with in a long time. Doesn't know how to do her job or talk to people? She likes to hang up on people. I wan hung up on for times trying to just return her call. When I asked her to stop hang up she did it again. Her response was she goes home in 3 minutes? Really Copart thats who you use to represent your company?

Nice yard with quick an easy loading. Have bought several vehicles from this yard. Was awarded a vehicle late and didn’t know it counted as a day to be paid for. Jan, was very quick and fair to help with this. Good to know for the future.

There were two guys in there who were really nice. But the ladies that work there gave me dirty looks. Which doesn't bother me cause I know I look good! I had to retrieve my items out of my 2016 Nissan sentra.

They towed my car before i got to remove my plates and when i went to get it it took them almost an hour to get them back because they claimed they couldn't find it. When they finally bought it out they said the tow truck driver removed it because of the tolls then the insurance company i was dealing with told me they needed a copy of my drivers license so i had to go back the next day and give that to them when dude could have told me that when i went to turn in my paperwork and get my plates. Then when i get there they told me they didnt need it, so i drove up there the 2nd time for nothing. Hope i never have to deal with them or windhaven insurance again

I have never heard of this company prior to today. I called them because my vehicle was totaled, and I needed to retrieve an item from my vehicle that I forgot to take from the original tow. They provided excellent customer service from the moment someone answered the telephone. I did not have my claim number so they had to walk me through the process and located by vehicle by the VIN number. I arrived at the facility after getting directions from them. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and 3 people asked if they could help me as I waited a few minutes before someone located my file. The staff was professional from top to bottom, They drove the vehicle up to the front where I could retrieve my item. I was in an out in less than a half hour. Excellent service!

One of the worst companies to deal with. We have been working with an insurance company on a totaled vehicle. Once all the legal issues were worked through, Copart was to handle the removal from our driveway. Cindy and Tammi continue to tell us the vehicle is waiting a driver to be scheduled or they will pick up by the end of the day. This has been going on for over a week. By far the worst customer service of any company I have ever had the pleasure of working with......
