****BUYER BEWARE***BUYER BEWARE*** IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. WE A 800 DOLLAR PART 2 WEEKS AGO. WE HAD A 200 CORE FEE THAT THEY SAID WOULD 3-5 DAYS TO CONE BACK TO OUR CARD. WE ARE NOW ON DAY 9 WITH NO ETURN OF OUR CORE FEE. THEY SAIT POSTED TO THERE ACCOUNT ALREADY AND WITH YOUR CASH APP DEBIT CARD MONEY IS IMMEDIATELY PUT BACK WHE. THEY NOTIFIES OF THE REFUND. I HAVE CALLED THEM 5 TIMES THEY HAVE NO.NOTICE OF A REFUND EVEN HAPPENING. WE HAVE CALLED ECO GREEN MULITPLE TIMES WITH NO SOLUTION OTHER THAN THEY DID THE REURN AND IT CAM TAKE A WEEK. SO.NOW ITS BEEN WELL.IBER A WEEK ANW WE STILL DONT HAVE OUR MONEY BACK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If what your looking for is minor they won’t waste their time looking up the part. All I can say that was quick service. Good job 😂. But Sad
Do you see the review’s respond below? Employee didn’t look. I was asked what I was looking for after given the make of my vehicle..I asked for the second part to see the frown on the employee face when she realized I came to do business. Why would I asked for a second part ? Unless she didn’t take time to look for the first part. Common sense is a gift from God. The employee didn’t expect I will write a review. News flash people who look like me do take the time to write a review. It’s a few resources to make a huge change. Be mindful of others.I asked for a cover but not for an engine (Vas covers). Didn’t pay attention what I asked for besides your website says differently. WOW customer service skills is what it is.

In Bithlo, a junkyard metropolis, it's a collection of the most redneck junkyards a person could imagine. Eco Green Auto parts does not fall into this a category. It's clean, safe, professional and organized. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. As a woman I don't fear for my safety going into the yard at this establishment, they really rise above and beyond.
Great place to shop for parts very helpful. Vanessa was very professional and helpful and got the part for me within ten minutes. I would recommend anyone to go there.
Shady company. I purchased a $600 headlight for my car, was told it worked just fine. Had body shop install it and it actually cost me an additional $200. The reason being the tabs were broken and had to be repaired. Housing has a crack so water leaks in, blinker is busted in housing. Light turns on and off intermittently. Adaptive headlight features do not work. I could go on. Refused to exchange or return. I should have known something was wrong since the headlight had a big Red X on it. But again, I was told there were no issues with the light. Eco Green Auto Parts does not stand behind their products.
I looked everywhere for tail light housings for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nobody had it. Vanessa at Eco Green was amazing in taking my call and even holding these for me. When I picked them up, they were in great shape and at a fair price. I will definitely be back!

Don't waste your time or money.
The manager and staff have very nasty attitudes. They will send you damaged parts and wrap them in the cheapest packaging paper they can find and by the time you get the order 1 month later it ain't worth a dam. Unprofessional scums.
Very poor service . Thought it was a convenient place for off the shelf engines . When I purchased my Engine, I made a deposit because the motor was still in the car and they did not allow me to see it because of insurance purposes “understandable” . after 4days I received my engine for pick up and it was bad… the engine was rusted to death. Mechanic said none of the exhaust studs would come off without snapping them in the head. You can see where tried salvaging the other components but couldn’t seem to get them off the engine from being seized on which should’ve been a red flag on there hand . I get that I should’ve never drove away with the engine in the first place but I didn’t know better. But what got me was they charged me $300 restock fee!!! Thats 25% That’s stealing !!! now I have to wait 2 weeks to get that money back to purchase a GOOD motor. I won’t be doing Buisness with them if this is the customer service I’m getting. They’re just as good as that engine … bad

Best Buying Experience Anywhere in the Auto Industry. I just received the doors and I am incredibly happy with my purchase from your shop, the delivery driver said these were the best packaged doors he's seen. There was no transport damage, which is incredibly rare for freight shipping, especially from Florida to California. I did not expect them to be secured, standing, padded and wrapped. That was thoughtful. Thank you Rob, for the wonderful shopping experience. From ordering to receiving, going out of your way to contact me, confirming I was getting what I needed for my car. He has saved me several weekends of personal work. I will always come to your store when I need the larger parts for my car. I'll refer my friends too. I absolutely appreciate the A++ service, please keep doing what you do. This has been the best buying experience I've had in years.

I needed two doors and different parts off them and they had the best price and were most accommodating. I drove an hour to them. Worth it. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!
I had no idea who this company was, but after finding out the Transmission Control Module I needed was $800 new and $600 refurbished, I knew I needed to find a better option. They had the part I needed salvage for $110 and shipped it Fedex for $15. Best part of it was I had it on my doorstep in less than 3 days. Great business, fair prices, and fast shipping.
This is a great junkyard. Forgot the guy's name who helped me out but I bought a 2grfe motor and the whole process went fantastic. Also wanted to let the owners know how well it went for me. I'm rebuilding this motor so keep in mind my review is biased towards knowing what I'm getting into.
I have been purchasing parts for almost 20 years for my dealership. I have seen some of the worst companies and some of the best in my time and this company is one of the top tier they have gone beyond my expectations. Ordered 2 doors from Casey shipped to my body shop received in excellent condition when they installed them the rear door regulator didn’t work I notified him and he shipped a new regulator out THE SAME DAY when I called that evening. I received it installed it no issues no hassles! Thanks again I will be a returning customer!
After what happened below they contacted me to make it right. Everyone makes mistakes. Good on them for the follow-up.
....Bad business, had to babysit them to get them to process my order. Their inaction cost me about $200.00 in extra rental car fees because they can't get their act together to ship an order.
I ordered on Friday and the woman said they would ship Monday. Here it is Wednesday afternoon and they haven't even pulled the part to ship it.
I recommend paying twice whatever these guys want for a part elsewhere, it will probably save you money, as it would have for me. For the extra rental fees I had to pay because of their ineptitude, I could have just bought a new part fron the dealer.
Shame on you Eco Green, the worst.
Fantastic staff. The salesman, Casey, is incredibly knowledgeable about parts. He will go the extra mile and ensure he can find you a part even if he has to work through another business to find it. The guys in the back work diligently and pull the correct parts when I need them. I worked with eco green when I had my 2004 Subaru as well as my current 2009 Mitsubishi. Prices are great and competitive. Eco is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their clients. You will have a customer for life!
Bought some wheels from ECO Green on eBay. Very good communication and if a product they are shipping differs at all from the description they're very prompt in working with you to resolve the issue BEFORE they send it. They're very honest and I hope to do business with them again!
The best auto parts. The customer service was outstanding. They found the parts I needed, had them shipped directly to me and arrived in two days (really good thing). For a great final experience, they followed up with a phone call to make sure the right parts arrived. Recommended.
KC has been phenomenal and was patient with me getting my car interior for a very reasonable price. Recommend fully to anyone. also they ship freight so shipping is cheap
