I'd give 0 stars if I could! I messaged with Renso on Friday afternoon about a battery for my car. I was quoted a price that was reasonable. I asked when would be a good time to go get it. He said between 9am and 6pm. I got there about 2ish on Saturday. When I got there the particular battery I needed just got sold that morning. I drove 50 miles one way to pick it up! I was upset. I remained polite but upset. He told me he would deliver it on Sunday afternoon at no extra charge. I told him I needed it so I could go to work on Monday. He said no problem he would deliver it himself. Here it is 4:30 on Sunday afternoon, and he won't respond to any of my 3 messages since noon. He basically just told me what I wanted to hear to get rid of me. He could have told me this morning that he wasn't coming so I could find another one, but no, he just said screw them . They aren't even open on Sundays. Avoid this place at all costs!!!.
I was told someone would pick up my car on Saturday.
It took 4 separate attempts of being extremely persistent to get them to come out.
they’re extremely inconsiderate with people’s time.
The unprofessionalism is astonishing and it seems from other reviews “broken” tow truck is a trend here.
Let’s top it all off with the fact that the check I was issued for my vehicle bounced!

If you wish to waste time, gas, $ & any patience then look no further. You've found the place who won't answer the phone, will be as slow as hanly.possible to respond, will say they open at 8:30 tomorrow but not be in until afternoon some time, won't take responsibility for anything & absolutely zero professionalism at all. May insult your mechanic friend too blaming them for losing a key they never even used too. Miscommunication & some sarcasm is their specialty so don't hold your breath & plan to waste at least a day, maybe 2 trying to do business. Have fun, you may want to bring lunch & make sure you don't have any other plans for 48-72hrs because this will ruin any chance of that
Would give 0 stars if possible. My car was sitting in a tow yard for a week because this company said they only had morning appointments available during week days. Saturday comes along and they don’t show up, and do not answer calls. Terrible customer service and complete liars. Now I’m having to pay even more money waiting for a different company to come take my car to the dump. Complete waste of time!!

You did not call me at 9:52, I called YOU. Then was told that you were going to call the driver, I never got a response and called you back at 11am and was told your truck was having issues and would be on the way after. Then, at 1pm, I called again with no answer. So I called again at 1:15 three times in a row with no response. Then pebble tried to call you, no answer or response. No need to call, I already had another company take care of it in under an hour. Thanks for nothing.
I went through an online company called Peddle to get my car sold and ABA Cash for Junk Cars was the carrier that I accepted an offer from. Day 1, my car was supposed to be picked up at 5. No driver came so I called and they said the driver was as having some issues with the tow truck and waiting on help. Never got a call back as they said to see if another driver was being sent out since they closed at 5:30. Day 2, a driver was supposed to be out between 3 and 4. No showed once again and no call. I called them and was told they’re having a hard time getting in touch with their driver. After me calling multiple times I was told that they would just send out a driver that was already in their yard. No one came and no one called again. Called this morning and asked what happened. I was told that the driver told them he was on the way to my location but they would call to see what happened and give me a call back in an hour. Still no call back. I called and was told they’ll have a driver out at 3. At this point I’m over it and tell the them I will call exactly at 3 and if no one is here then I’m going to be reassigned to a different carrier to pick up my car.
Will update if car is actually picked up today but I strongly do NOT recommend. It is not worth the hassle. They make way too many excuses and never keep their word.
2:45 - they called me saying they would not be able to pick up my car. Too many issues with drivers. They said they would notify peddle to find me another carrier. Surprisingly this is the first call back I’ve ever received through this.
Took three weeks to come get the car because their tow trucks were “broken.” We scheduled three different times to have it picked up, when we called to confirm it’d be picked up, they said it would and then would call right back to say they couldn’t cause the truck was broken. Like how does it conveniently break every week at the same time.
As with many others in the review section. They called me in response to a quote. Set up a pick up time the following morning. No call no showed. Called the office and was told he would check and call me back. No call back after 2 hours. Call them back and get told that they will be there this afternoon. No call no show.
Set up a pickup time 24+ hours in advance for 10 AM (to mesh with my 30 minute break from work); ended up calling at 10:15 after no truck arrived to be told I’d get a call back with a new pickup time. No call by 11, so my wife ended up having to call again to let them know 230 PM would be the next good time, followed by 5. Tow truck ultimately showed up at 530, but it was all over and done with in 15 minutes, so that’s the silver lining. I also had $60 taken off the original quote at the last minute because my catalytic converter had been allegedly replaced, but the 1998 car with 300K+ miles had caused too many problems for me to raise a fuss over that.
EDIT: 3rd time was NOT a charm. At least they canceled and didn't leave us hanging again. Those of you giving 5 stars, what's your secret for getting ABA to actually come out and get the vehicle?
No-show for the 2nd consecutive day. No call-back as promised after contacting them.
Stuck at the house waiting for them to retrieve a donation vehicle. Now rescheduled for the 3rd time, maybe it'll be the proverbial charm.
The individual I interacted with on the phone was very patient with me even though I had phone and hearing issues and was careful to explain everything and made the process efficient.
The individual who came to pick up the car was also efficient, friendly and made the process a breeze. Also very accommodating when I was acting a little dumb and unprepared.
They paid right away, in cash, over twice as much as trade-in offers I was getting.
Couldn't have been a nicer, easier experience.
We have tried several times for them to come pick up car and they confirm and never come. Several times now. Unprofessional. Not even a courtesy cancellation call.
I had an appointment for 3pm for someone to come pick up a car. I called them at 3:15 to find out if someone was on the way and was told they would call me back. At 3:30 I called again and I was again told that they would call me back, this time "in 5 minutes." It has now been 10 minutes since that call and I'll still waiting. All I wanted to know was whether the tow truck was on the way and how far out it was so that I could figure out the rest of my day. I have errands that I need to run before businesses close for the day. Running (now 45 minutes) late is very rude and unprofessional.
The local place here offered $75 for a running driving toyota. So happy i was able to get linked up with this company. They gave me a really fair offer and were able to come out and pick up not just my toyota, but also agreed to drive out to wesley chapel to pick up a trailblazer i had also. Wonderful communication and service. Professional, prompt, and friendly. Absolutely will do business with them again and highly recommend their services.
ABA was great. Gave me the amount that was quoted for my Toyota Camry and the Tow Truck driver was on time and very professional and friendly. Highly recommend if you are trying to sell your junk car.
Had 2 vehicles removed from my property today, and they gave me more money for each vehicle than I was quoted by online junk car buyers in my area. Excellent service, and paid me immediately. Both vehicles removed within an hour of calling them.
Needed a part for my 97 Honda Accord which is super hard to find and bingo! ABA Used Auto had it! What was good was they told me about cost and availability right over the phone which saved me a trip across town lie other places made me do. Ugh!
