After having my ford ranger completely totaled. I had Steve arrive on the scene immediately, was such a great guy to talk to and run me through everything. As well as double checking all the information was correct to ensure there wasn’t any confusion. Would definitely want him there again if anything else were to happen. He goes above and beyond.

CAR WAS DEAD IN MY DRIVEWAY. COULDN’T EVEN OPEN THE DOORS CALLED AAA AND THEY CONNECT US TO UNITED STATES TRANSPORT, TOWING, AND RECOVERY SERVICES. THE WOMAN THAT I SPOKE TO IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY . I HAD A TOW TRUCK IN MY DRIVEWAY IN LESS THEN AN HOUR. GENTLEMEN‘S NAME WAS STEVE, HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL.!! HE WAS ABLE TO GET MY CAR DOOR OPEN, AND MY CAR STARTED BUT STILL TOWED IT TO THE MECHANIC AS A PRECAUTION. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUICK SERVICE AND RESPONSE I GOT FROM THIS COMPANY!! My son broke down at 6:15 in the morning in Golden Gate Estates today, engine just shut off while driving and to make it worse the transmission wouldn't shift into neutral and there was no override option. I called United States Transport and Towing and a professional and courteous dispatcher answered my call and had a professional driver with the right equipment on scene within thirty minutes. The driver effortlessly loaded his car and towed him to Marco Island. The tow operator politely asked where to drop the car off and without hesitation he unloaded his car right in to the repair bay. United States Transport and Towing is an extremely efficient and professional operation and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their service. Literally one call and your problems begin to go away!
Sent by aaa. The worst company I have ever dealt with. The driver was beyond rude from the moment he arrived. I needed a tow due to 2 flat tires. They did not send a flatbed. When I asked if it could be towed that way without causing more damage the driver said “it’s already damaged”, I questioned again. “I don’t know why no one trusts me. What do you think those little tires are for.” I said since I was the customer and not the professional I don’t one. Except later n it to me. He refused. Said do you want a tow or not. I asked again that he explain how and he refused. As he was refusing to tell me what he intended to do with my car, I refused his service and reported the experience to aaa so hopefully they shouldn’t get paid and hopefully they will reevaluate whether or not they should be dealing with this company.
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were dispatched to tow my car via AAA and it took them over 5 hours to pick up my car from the time the tow request was placed with AAA. I was told it would be a 7pm pick-up and the tow truck driver did not pick up my car until 9:45 p.m. When the dispatcher called me, she informed me that the driver did not even start his shift until 7pm, and that he would be at least 30 minutes. That 30 minutes became 2-1/2 hours later. I spoke directly with the driver and was very clear on where my car and key fob needed to be left. Once he towed my car to the dealership, he did not park my car where he was supposed to for the service department AND he lost my key fob. I was given three different answers (behind the visor, under the floormat, slid through a door slot) to where he supposedly left my key fob. It took the dealership some time to find my car because they did not have the key fob. I have tried repeatedly to contact the manager (JC) of the towing company to have them cover the $400 cost of the replacement key fob and he is dodging my calls and not returning my messages. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

I am now a satisfied customer, as the truck was towed by an experienced professional with over three decades in the field, demonstrating expertise and care. I am highly satisfied with the service and would confidently recommend this towing company.
I would never use this towing service ever. Their employees are beyond rude. Leaving Pinterest crab shack just now there was an employee who parked across and was trying to cross the street. I stopped my vehicle to politely let them cross and he ended up getting very mad at me telling me to move my car signaling me to move forward as if I was unconvincing him when I was genuinely trying to be polite . To than rudely curse at me . Zero reason. I legitimately was trying to let this man who was obviously working cross the street . I believe you treat others how you want to be treated . So I spoke to him how he spoke to me. As I’m driving off he stand in the middle of the road as if he was waiting for me to turn around. Beyond rude and unprofessional. If I was running this company, I wouldn’t have anyone with such a short fuse operating any of my equipment let alone handling any of my accounts.
Best possible experience considering a breakdown! After the first company could not get my lowered vehicle on the flatbed (despite telling AAA it was lowered), these guys came to the rescue. The young man got immediately to work like he had been doing it for years! He later told me he had only been working for 3 years and i was amazed at his proficiency. He got me out of the hot sun within a few minutes. He even dropped the car and got it into the garage! Very nice young man, very professional, and highly skilled!
Fast and Helpful!! My car died at a gas station at 9 pm. Cesar showed up promptly and got me going with a jump start. Very courteous and friendly; was willing to follow me to my dealership although I did not need his help. Thank you to US Transport.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Louis was a top-notch professional. He communicated his arrival time, showed up and efficiently loaded my vehicle, and then towed/parked my car beautifully as to allow me to work on it later. I help manage a plumbing/hvac company and I will be using this company again for myself and my company PURELY off my experience with Louis. Thanks again Louis and wish you all the best going forward.
I broke down today on memorial day on my motorcycle and Tom Edson came out and saved the day for me! He was very friendly he was prompt. I didn’t have to wait long for him to get there. He knew exactly what to do and how to get my motorcycle secured correctly and had me home in no time. I would definitely recommend this towing company and I will use again in the future.
Bernard, was just amazing! From start to finish this gentleman was very professional, yet extremely personable! He has such a happy demeanor, very experienced. My wife and I went from thinking we needed to have our vehicle towed and a new tire bought, to simply plugging the tire. Brought so much ease and understanding to our situation. Nothing like pulling over to fill up your tank and find your car won’t start… terrible morning BUT what a remarkable experience with United States Transport Towing and Recovery, Jess picked up the car, easy to talk to and I felt comfortable letting the tow truck drive away with my vehicle. Huge mess in my neighborhood, sloppy and disrespectful. Absolutely no effort to clean it up whatsoever. I have called police and will file a complaint with Amazon as well. Shame on this company.
United States Transport Transport Towing & Recovery was booked through my insurance company to help me change a tire after another company turned me away after waiting an hour for them. Luke was my tech and got to me asap and did a great job. Solved my problem, was more than helpful and very nice. If I have another issue i’ll definitely be calling this business and asking for Luke specifically for being such a great help
Thanks to Louis for transporting my Corvette to my mechanic in a safe and secure manner. Car was loaded onto a flatbed in a careful manner. Took photos of exactly what was done. Louis was sent by AAA and arrived on time. He is a true professional and enjoyed his work. Thank you Louis for a job well done👍
Needed a tow to the dealer for a repair and Michael was there very quickly to pickup. He called with an eta and was very thorough when loading and securing my vehicle. Pictures sent after vehicle was dropped off. I was very pleased with this company and driver. Would definitely use them again if needed!
