My vehicle was towed from inside my residential community, and when I went to retrieve it, I was charged a $250 administrative fee. However, there is a clearly posted notice in their office stating that the administrative fee is $100. When I called, I was not given any explanation as to why I was charged extra.
I was waiting for a follow-up from management, as I had requested a refund, but nothing.
Charging customers an amount that differs from your publicly posted fees is misleading and unacceptable.
Extremely disappointed.
Not an honest business. My car was (rightfully) towed last night -was not a bit upset due to strict HOA. I call this morning to pick it up and was told it was going to be 375$. Automatically that seemed pretty high but I just knew I needed my car and I would go over charges once I got there. I go to pick it up at noon and price changed to $417 because of a 7+ hour (daily) charge, which i guess is understandable, but still $417 seemed ridiculous. I look at the receipt and they are charging me an extra $250 “Admin-Private Property Lien Release fee”. Even the man attending me was clueless to why that was there. I had to get back to work by 1pm so I told the man I WOULD be disputing this scam of a business.
Mandated by Florida statue 715.07, tow companies MUST have rate sheets posted listing ALL CHARGES and have it clearly visible for the public to see. Attached is the rate sheet at their place but no where is a $250 admin fee, but there is a $100 admin fee. They charged me $150 extra dollars. I have emailed a demand letter for the return of $150. Everyone needs to be informed and go against fraudulent businesses like this. These businesses prey on the uneducated.
I broke down on the side of the road early on a Saturday morning and called Naples Towing & Recovery. They sent Cleave out to assist me. He arrived quickly, was professional and friendly, and handled everything efficiently. Great service during a stressful situation — highly recommend.
After waiting more than two hours for my contract roadside assistance (and getting the runaround from a rude third-party provider, Bald Eagle), I finally had enough and called Naples Towing. Best decision I made all night.
Tatiana in the office was calm, professional, and immediately took control of the situation. She had help dispatched and on the way in about 15 minutes. No attitude, no excuses, just action.
Then Cleave showed up and completely restored my faith in humanity. He was genuinely caring, called me as soon as he was on his way, and handled everything with the kind of professionalism you don’t see often anymore. You could tell he actually cared that I was stranded and wanted to get me safe and taken care of quickly.
If I ever need roadside help in Florida again, Naples Towing is the only call I’m making. I honestly wish I’d started with them instead of wasting hours with the contract company.

People who care!!!! Shout out to Tony who saw my vehicle disabled in a busy lane while off duty and RAN to help me put my car in neutral and push me to safety. The world needs more Tonys!!!!

Driver of truck #10 drives like a reckless teenager. Pulled out in front of 3 lanes of oncoming traffic on Livingston. Stops in middle of road. Very next light, proceeds to honk and tailgate elderly couple, swerving in between middle and right lane.

SCAMMERS DISGUSTING COMPANY, I had to park on a sidewalk because the condominium I was at didn’t provide a close parking lot, my girlfriend had an accident and hurt her feet really bad. I had to take her home on my back because she couldn’t even walk. The street is too narrow and I didn’t want to block the way. They towed my car at 7PM and they close at 5PM even though Google says they close at 11PM. I called them; nobody picked up the phone so I had to go the next morning. I went there at 10AM and they refused to let me take the car saying that I wasn’t the registered owner and it’s the “law”. But the law says (Florida law allows you to retrieve your vehicle if you have the proper documentation and authorization. According to Florida Statute 715.07) that’s what the law says, but they refused to give me my car back.
I called them and talked to a woman that also speaks Spanish (VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL PERSON). She also said I needed to be the registered owner and that they close at 4PM. They're always changing the time and lying to me. So I went there the same day at 3PM with my dad (he is the registered owner). The guy called this same woman; she sent him the price and it was $433.00 dollars. Me and my dad couldn’t believe it, so we asked him why I was being charged so much and he just said “I don’t know” and that was the price. I kept asking what I was being charged for and he said he didn’t know. I told him that was too much and he said "you want your car or not?" I had no choice but to pay it. So I asked if they take card and they have to since it’s the law, and he said no. CASH ONLY even though on the company site they say they take card and other payment options. So I asked if he had change and he didn’t even have change.
I asked for the receipt and guess what, he said they would send me the receipt in two days. So I left and called the company again asking to make a claim since they overcharged me and the woman said there was no way of making a claim. So I asked what I was being charged for; she said: $250 dollars to take something off the car they put, $40 for not taking my car in 7 hours that don’t even make sense since they were closed and refused to give my car back unlawfully, and $125 dollars for towing and storage.
I waited two days for my receipt and guess what: they never sent it. So I called them and the same (VERY RUDE WOMAN) answered and refused to give me the receipt. I said she should give me my receipt and (SHE HANG UP ON MY FACE). They took $433.00 hard-earned money from me and I went there; they treated me like shit. I never felt so humiliated in my life. I can’t believe they have so many good reviews.
Frank was timely, efficient, knowledgable, and very helpful as I am 81. He deposited my vehicle at my service provider, and then deposited me at my home. You are fortunate to have him, and you don't pay him enough!!!
Very shady. Tried picking up my car several times and told different hours of operation each time. They added additional charges when unable to pick car up. Lot was very run down, rude combative emoyees. Have legal team looking into all aspects of this business. SHUT THEM DOWN!
Frank was towing a Volvo on a flatbed down airport pulling road this afternoon and i passed him after he cut me off so he made sure to flip me off Three times. I guess to make sure I understood that he didn't give a damn. Such professional drivers
Towed a car off my own legal easement in a snatch and grab of a friend's rental car, like it was a repo! damaged my culvert pipe and car fell off the wrecker on video! I stopped when car fell off the wrecker and called Naples Towing and Recovery, they told me they were authorized by Sheriffs office, LIE! Officer Cail told me that he was called but would NOT file any report! By law the serviant easement holder Dale Fey Jr. has to notify me, the Dominant easement holder of a tow and must show proof that it is a hindrance. It was in no way a hindrance since it was not interfering with his access. Two law Suites pending
They took my dad's friend's car based on an illegal tow, snatched and grabbed it like it was a repo vehicle and the car came off the stinger and cause damage to the car and out culvert pipe when they left. Awful execution and no reason for the tow of a rental car.
Tony did a wonderful job of getting us safely off of I-75 and where we needed to bring our car that had a flat tire. He was extremely nice and professional. Would use them again!
Naples Towing has mostly great reviews for requested services.I was a victim of an illegal tow after my car broke down in front of a small business.The car had been there a while because I was ill, but when it dissapeared I called the Towing company on the signage it was out of business.I called the CCSO and a stolen car report was filed because there were no records on the tow log.I recieved a letter from Naples Towing and I called them to discover my car had been towed and sat in the open lot to disintegrate for 19 months with no effort to contact me.The owner was unpleasant and told me the tow was called in and they have no duty to contact me.The CCSO went out there and confirmed the vin and information and it went to the GTA Department who now tell me I have to spend money to hire a Lawyer to get compensated.The owner offered to tow the now worthless car back to me or if I do nothing ,she will exercise the lien and take the car on 10/7.I have filed a complaint with the FDACS and the CCSO but neither action will prevent me from losing my vehicle or get me compensated for damages.The worst part is I have been stuck without transportation, 45 minutes from town and cannot afford another car on my disability income.If your car dissappears and you suspect it was towed call here before you report it stolen.Under Florida statutes, a tow yard must provide written notice by certified mail to the vehicle's registered owner and any lienholders within 5 business days of the vehicle being stored to avoid being unable to charge storage fees. This notification must include the location of the vehicle and its status as unclaimed.After 19 months in an uncovered tow yard, an older car would likely have severe mechanical damage from exposure to the elements. Many systems, including the engine, fuel, and brakes, would have degraded significantly, and attempting to start the vehicle could cause catastrophic failure.
Could not have gotten a better experience. Cleveland was on time and professional. The dispatcher was kind and courteous. Price was very fare. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

A live person picks up on 1st few rings and couldn't be nicer. Got a flat on alligator alley and within 30 mins, a tow truck was to me. Driver was great. Friendly, and easy to talk to. They were a huge help and didn't try to take advantage of the situation

I strongly feel I was scammed by this roadside assistance. The technician kept changing the prices whenever I asked for an explanation, which already raised red flags. I had two flat tires but only one spare fitted. He changed one tire and then wanted to tow my car to a nearby shop less than a mile away, which I felt was unnecessary. When I realized how close the shop was, I decided to drive myself with the remaining flat tire. Despite all this, I was charged $115 — a price I believe is unfair and excessive for the service I received. Overall, I felt completely scammed and will never use this service again.
I had Cleve who was awesome! He provided quality service with compassion and a smile. Anytime you get stuck on the side of the road is always a horrible day. But Cleve was able to brighten my day with laughs and a great spirit. 10/10 would definitely recommend and use again! Thank you so much!
We blew out two tires on our airstream on I75. It was an extremely busy Friday, traffic was insane. Our roadside assistance through our insurance was a joke. They kept asking questions like, “do you have the keys”. After three hours of waiting for my soon to be ex insurance co for help I decided to call Naples towing and recovery. Immediately the operator was so kind and thoughtful. She sent out a guy who had us moving again in 20 mins. Best money ever spent! Thank you 1000x!

First I would like to thank the gentleman who answered the phone. He was so helpful and was fast at getting someone to us on i75. I truly can say Josh was so polite and hopeful. Thank you again Josh! Great towing experience.
UPDATE: I had the bumper fixed and the owner paid for it.
Because the vehicle started shaking while my friend was driving on I75 she decided to pull over and have the car towed because it did not seem safe to drive. The friendly driver picked the vehicle and she explained our concern. He checked the tires and in his professional opinion he choose to hook the front wheels to the towing truck and pull it across I75 to Naples (because the flatbed was already packed with cars, why not pull an extra car and make the extra money regardless if it makes sense or not!) So after he arrived at the repair shop he realized that the tire blew and ruined the rear bumper! They left the car at the repair shop and could care less. After I heard about this I called the owner and explained what happened. I told him that I expect them to take respondsability for this. He told me that is not his fault but he would talk to his body shop and see what he can do. I tried calling him twice and never heard back from him !
