I had a great experience with Getting hooked. They arrived incredibly fast, and the driver was professional and efficient, getting my car loaded up and taken care of without any hassle.
Unfortunately I had the bad experience when I had to leave my truck in the parking lot of Golden Gate Winn Dixie plaza due to an emergency, when I came back in the morning my truck was gone, I call CCSO and sure enough Getting Hooked had taken my truck charging me $280, total scam !!
They are quick and very trustworthy. I'm very pleased with this company. I would definitely use them again and tell other people about them as well. Thank-you for being so kind and professional!

Tow Manifest: You have the right to receive a tow manifest that includes the name of the person who authorized the tow. This is the law and they are refusing because they new that the HOA did not give us anytype of warning or notice 24hrs prior as per Florida law. This company is horrible!!!!!! They towed my car while I'm a resident of the community they tried to tow from. Aside from that they damaged my vehicle, I wasn't able to shift gears after they towed my car. There employees are extremely rude. The lady at the front desk needs to be fired, she was not helpful and completely ignorant/ They charged $250 for me to get my damaged vehicle back. This company should be put out of business. I would leave no stars if I could. Completely disgusted with this company and the people they have running it. DO NOT PUT MONEY IN THERE POCKETS!!!!!!!!!

I was stuck on the side oh the road Triple Aaa could not even assign me a driver. The Dispatch went above and beyond to locate my exact address keep me updated on my driver ETA. Alberto was my driver and he was absolutely amazing! His customer service was top tier he got right to work he was kind, patient and professional!
They came out at 9pm. Loaded my Grand Cherokee on a flatbed, drove it to my mechanics and dropped it off which was difficult because my Jeep cannot be put into neutral manually very easily. So the driver was creative and expertly handled loading and unloading. I cannot express how thankful I am and how hard that driver worked. Plus it started to rain. To top it all off, they charged me an very low price. I made sure to leave a big tip cause man that guy deserved it.
Great company! Installed signs and removed an abandoned vehicle from our business in just a few hours. As a local business owner, I appreciate prompt service, which is becoming harder to find. Getting Hooked is my go to towing company and comes highly recommended!

They towed our vehicle at someone else’s request (even though we had permission, but I digress) but they will not answer the phone (we have called multiple times a day for the past several weeks) nor do they check their voicemails because my husband has left NUMEROUS messages and NO ONE has returned our phone calls! If we were able to go down there ourselves to retrieve our property or get a response from our phone messages to get the information we need, there wouldn’t be an issue but we are out of the state and they refuse to cooperate so our hands are completely tied.
Very shady, be careful with this company. What a shame they can just steal people’s vehicles and then resell them through auctions without answering their own company phones. Shameful.
Great customer service. Let me know they may not me able to get to me for 4 days and they made it happen the next day. Ran into some issues regarding the height of the garage and he adapted while staying calm, cool and collected. Very reasonably priced, genuine people and overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a tow.

We needed a generator loaded from the ground to our rental truck. They met us there within a half an hour! Very prompt and professional. They picked it up with their tow truck and we were in and out in 20 minutes! You can't go wrong calling this company!

Owners are definitely experienced and we'll knowledged on the proper care of vehicles and safety of both clients and vehicles. They are capable of anything from a recovery to simply hauling a classic car. I personally wouldn't trust anyone more with such responsibility other than this company. Customer service is second to none.
Quick service! Had a flat tire off I-75 and the driver pulled up, took out a Snap On impact gun and had my spare tire on in a minute! Our family trip to Disney was still on time with no delays. Thanks guys for your fast service I would rate then 10 stars if I could!
Professional company with professional owners and employees. Very fair prices which never overshadow pleasing or helping out a customer. Nice and new equipment. Centrally located in Naples, and away from the industrial parks which usually leave your vehicles dusty and dirty. This place does not have that issue being so close to downtown. With the equipment, location, and personalities this company has, I won't use anyone else for my needs.
