Had a horrible experience with Enterprise Rental and had a vehicle break down on me after driving to Marco Island from San Antonio. Rick Grimstead from A TO Z Towing and Recovery came to pick up the dead vehicle I rented. He contacted me and informed me to the minute when he would arrive. He was totally professional and was one of the nicest individuals I ever met in his difficult profession. I inadvertently left some materials in the towed vehicle and he was more than happy to track them down for me. If we had more individuals like Mr. Grimstead in the world things could certainly run much smoother. Thank you again Mr. Grimstead. Michael Travis Galindo and Family.

They are the best very professional and very quickly ! They tell arrival time be about 60 min and unbelievable there are on time I never see that before !I very happy with A to z special to guys help me with take my car charge location ! Thanks Rick and David you guys the best!

Michael was pleasant to work with and was able to unlock my BMW very quickly despite the difficulty of it having a tricky design in the door frame/window. Definitely recommend!

These guys were the absolute best! Rick and Dave came and got my car on the side of the interstate and helped me get my children safely home. They took our car to a safe location and then helped me retain our items from it. I cannot say enough good things about them! Absolute angels!

A to Z Towing was called by Hertz Roadside Service when we had a problem with our rental car. The owner of the company, Rick, came to help us out. He arrived within a reasonable time and was professional. He resolved our problem and got us back on the road fairly quickly. We would recommend him.

This is a late review. My truck was stuck in the sand after hurricane Ian and they were able to get to my location and pull the truck out with no problem even though it was in a tight spot. I lost their information and that is why I didn’t make the review before. I found it today by chance and thought I should give them a shout out. Hopefully I won’t need help in the future but if I do I will be contacting them

Great company, the owner Rick is an amazing guy. Wether you need a simple jump or pulled out of a ditch, he's your guy to call. They also do lock outs and make keys if you lost or locked keys in your car.

I wish I could give them more than five! I waited two days for AAA just for them to never come then called a new towing company who said they couldn’t tow my car because he needed a “flat bed” and I didn’t give enough information. So third time is the charm! I called A to z towing and within 10 minutes they were there, loaded me up, gave me the front seat (what a gentlemen) and got me where I needed to be. They you guys again for being so efficient!

Used A to Z towing through insurance company. They were quick and prompt. I had Rick as my tower. Car broke down at Chick fil A on airport, which if you know is a very tight and narrow parking area that’s always busy. Rick was able to communicate to me and find the key and was able to pull the car out no problem! He did one better and tested the battery and alternator to give me an idea what caused this in the first place. Was able to locate my mechanic that doesn’t speak english and delivered straight to their garage. 5 star towing company and would recommend to anyone! You can’t beat being quick and prompt in the Naples area! Thank you Rick!

I locked myself out of my vehicle and the owner of the company, Rick, responded. He arrived within 30 minutes and was able to unlock my car within seconds. Rick was faster than promised, friendly, and handled my car with care. He even offered to hang out with my family and me until we were picked up. On a stressful night where everything seemed to be going wrong, he made something go right.

Super happy with our vehicle tow today. Vehicle lost a Solenoid which locked up the gear shift and couldn't move. A to Z Towing and Recovery came to our rescue and towed us to our mechanic within a short amount of time. They were professional, fast and friendly. We will be using them again in the future. They came on time and picked my car up to be brought to Naples Volvo. Great customer experience. They even looked over my car before towing to see what the problem with it was. 10/10 Would recommend to use these guys.

I had a great experience, we needed a battery boosted. The technician came earlier than expected. He was able to navigate in a busy medical center parking lot and provide quick service. When I was struggling to open the car hood, he was really nice about helping me and overall showed the kind of kindness that is always welcome during a stressful situation. Would 100% recommend.

Super happy with our car tow today. Alternator died and we knew we couldn't get it to the mechanic safely. Dispatcher was very friendly and was able to answer my questions about cost and time expected. The driver got our car within 20 minutes and was also very nice. Professional people. AAA was going to take hours- we were waiting for them for 2 hours before we decided we'd rather pay a reasonable company than wait any longer.

My Prius battery died and I had to have it towed to the dealership in north Naples. They were great. Arrived on time, I made an appointment. I would definitely use them again. They alleviated a lot of the stress as I was nervous about my car.

My van died at the racetrack and I called my Allstate roadside service which called A to Z towing to come out and tow my van back to my house so that my husband could fix it later. When I called the girl to find out how long it would be she was very kind and told me less than an hour. They were definitely there within less than an hour and we’re very professional. I would recommend them to everyone!

Tow truck arrived promptly, the driver and his assistant were very professional and friendly. He took me and my car to Ford to replace my blown tire. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone needing towing or recovery services. Plus they are 24/7, so you always have peace of mind that some good honest decent people will come help you.

On vacation with my 2 teenage kids: We had a flat and tried to change it, the truck jumped off the jack. That was it. We called Richard and Lynette and they arrived within the hour. They got right to work and had the job done in 10 minutes. The best part was it was done right. Richard also took the time to answer some questions we had about changing a flat and recommended a place to get our tire fixed. It was a Sunday. It was hot. His phone was blowing up. But he took the time to make sure we were ok. These days a helpful and courteous attitude goes a long way. I wish all businesses operated like this.

I highly recommend A to Z Towing and recovery. My car experienced an engine problem while attempting to pick up my wife at airport in Ft Myers tonight. Rick Grimstead the owner was able to drive up to the airport from Naples in a very reasonable time frame. Rick was pleasant and extremely helpful. The pricing was more than fair for the service they provided. If you need a tow don't hesitate to contact them you wont regret it.

Locked my keys in my truck late yesterday night and billy with A to Z towing came out to help within twenty minutes and got my truck unlocked at night in the rain, the impressive thing is i have limo tint all the way around my truck. What great service! Got there on time. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend his company to everyone.
