I had a box truck stranded on the 75. He wasted no time getting out to my guy and stayed available to help us again later that same day. Couldn't recommend him more.

Show up on time took very good care of my car when they towed it to the mechanic shop to do some maintenance went above and beyond, actually added more wheels to the back to make it more secure, so would not be lower to the ground to do any damage. Would highly recommend

This company is trash. They tow vehicles without authorization from owner after an accident. Their “24 hour service and access” is a joke. Don’t believe the sign. Also, owner will call and harass you if there is a negative review. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau.
Owner is not professional. They assumed the owner had created a negative review. They proceeded to contact the owner of the vehicle and was very nasty with them.
The owner of the vehicle didn't sign any paperwork authorizing the tow either.
Hopefully nobody leaves life-saving equipment in their vehicles when they are towed over the weekend. The owner stated there was nobody there at the lot, however there was but still refused. The sign that is clearly posted on the gate is not accurate.
The sign posted at the gate should be revised to reflect correct business hours and practices.
I have used their services several times and never had any issues , last Thursday i was hit by a lightning strike, truck shut off in the middle of the road call SWF towing and they were on site in less than 20 min in the middle of a thunderstorm, no matter the time or the weather you can rely on this company to come get you .

This company's operational procedures warrant review. Following a vehicular accident and subsequent impoundment, we sought to retrieve an SD card containing evidentiary footage for our insurance claim. Despite their purported 24-hour accessibility and on-site personnel, access was refused unless a $65.00 gate fee was paid, a cost we were prepared to cover. Furthermore, they denied our associate access to her vehicle for insurance purposes and photographic documentation.

I experienced a tire blowout. I called SWF Towing. They were fantastic! They sent out a flatbed tow truck and I (with my car) were on our way to the tires store, of my choice, in no time. The driver was excellent. Professionally secured my car and great conversation on the way to the tires store. They also assisted me with putting in a claim to AAA to help me get reimbursed for the tow. Great service. I definitely recommend using SWF Towing.

Great family owner towing business! They helped me twice two days in a road with my dead car with alternator problems. They picked up me up quick and helped me the second day with a very fair price. Very thankful to them.
They were very considerate and reliable! I got stranded on alligator alley in the middle of the night and they were fast to pick me up. And the driver who took me back home was very understanding. I would recommend going with them if you are inconvenienced.

I was in the middle of nowhere and my car’s tire BLEW UP. Didn’t go flat - it exploded. It was terrifying. Not only did SWF show up in about 30 minutes, but the driver I rode with to get off the highway was super kind and made me feel safe and secure. Given that I’m not from this area, my situation was scary - I’m very happy to have worked with SWF. Recommend for sure. 💯
Needed a quick tow for my mother who waited and 1.5 from insurance company. I called swf towing , they were very nice to the point and said the would be there in 20min. Driver showed up in 10min was polite and professional. Pleasure to do business with and will definitely call them and recommend them to anyone thus far. I don’t usually leave a lot of reviews, but I know good customer service when I get it. Stranded and the car wasn’t turning on. Called a couple of “24/7 towing” companies and no one was able to come and pick us up at midnight. Tired already from dealing I called SWF towing and got answered right away. Asked the person on the phone to give me a quote and he was fast and made the whole process super easy. Driver was at my location in about 15 minutes or less. Came and rapidly hooked up the car and took us to our destination. Very friendly, fast, and experience service. I am so thankful that I found them. Definitely made a bad night, good. Thank you for your service and your friendliness. I’ll be coming back for any of my towing needs.
