Went there for the first time . Extremely kind employees. Mitch went above and beyond to help me. First went to the recycling plant on Goodlette frank Shout out to those employees.
Wouldn’t take my can of paint because they couldn’t hear the liquid in it even though I told them that I had opened it this morning and there was liquid in it. The young man dented the can and refused to take it and told me to just throw it out. Ok no problem except when he dented the can it punctured the can and the still wet paint I had said was in there slowly leaked out of the can all over the inside of my car and I did not notice until I got home and when I opened the door to get the can the paint even dropped out onto my newly paved driveway. I haven’t had any issues with this place in the past but the staff was exceptionally unhelpful this time and made a giant mess for me to clean up.
This is a wonderful recycling facility. Excellent staff. Very clear directions. Makes me feel like the efforts being taken helps save the planet! Bill is a sweetheart!
Great experience at the Naples Recycling Center. Bill was cordial and very helpful. The site is extremely well organized and clean. We’re glad to be able to take advantage of this service.
Incredible service at the recycling center! I want to highlight the great work of Arturo , Ethan and Bill. They are dedicated , efficient and always willing to help with a positive attitude .
It was my first time there today so I was very apprehensive. The staff were so kind and obliging ,,,, told me where to go to drop my recycle stuff off. One young man took both tv,s out of my van. One man came and took the cardboard and put it in the correct container. Easy easy easy !
Always friendly staff... helpful with unloading...and I'm shocked that this community has to pay little or nothing for their onsite disposal. Count your blessings, Naples.
Great place to drop off items for shredding! I believe it’s free up to 5lbs daily and once a month they also offer 20lbs on the 1st Sat of the month for free. Call or check their website for accuracy.
Easy to find and no issues whatsoever, . I dropped off my old tired (non-functioning) microwave and the staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful.
The individual who greeted me at the gate was friendly, professional and very helpful. The individual who actually took the items I was submitting for recycling appeared to have an attitude problem. Very unfriendly, and not helpful. All he did was "grunt" words, e.g., "empty the box", "are these empty?" "throw in trash, don't bring here". Very unprofessional, unfriendly, and shouldn't be working with the public. Bad reflection on the county.
I had a 32 inch TV to get rid of... The Center was perfect. I drove up to the building and a woman showed me where to drop it. The man at the drop point helped with the set. No charge, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes
Everyone has been very friendly and helpful when I’ve gone here. When you pull up someone is out of the office usually before you stop. Nice to see everyone here on the ball!
