I found myself with two blown out tires on my boat trailer, stranded on I-10. My second call was to Miracle. The voice on the phone was friendly and reassuring. Sent them a location pin and a pic. They took it from there. Responded very quickly. In less than 90 minutes, I was back on the road with four new tires. Prices for the tow and tires were very good. What could have been a real pain was eased by some old fashioned kindness and great service.

I can't say enough good things about Miiracle! I brought my Ford Escape in when it was barely running, and I was honestly worried I might have to say goodbye to it. But the team at Miiracle worked their magic and brought my car back to life! Not only does it run perfectly now, but the service was incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything they did and made sure I felt comfortable with the repairs. I’m so grateful for their expertise and dedication. We were pulled off with a flat tire and the driver of truck 73 stopped just to help us, without expecting anything in return. He worked quickly and efficiently to get us back on the road even though I'm sure he was eager to get home himself. From a family in need THANK YOU and God bless you.

we’re not from around here. today - 2/28/25 - we had a great experience with Miracle. fast service. fair price. experienced technician. removed and installed 2 tires on the front of my motorhome. from call request to arrival was 38 minutes. (we were 20 miles away out in the middle of nowhere) from arrival to completion was 113 minutes. (would have been faster but there was an air compressor issue) the technician was efficient and friendly. would definitely call again.

This business participates in unauthorized towing and storage for the state for-profit.What a racket. A shady way of doing business to say the least. In my case towing and storage for a car that was sold by me to another individual. Was not notified at all that this had occurred. There can be no excuse.

My car broke down at 3pm the Tuesday before thanksgiving while I was on my way to my family’s house in Tallahassee. I called a few places that all said the same thing, they wouldn’t be able to look at it until tomorrow. I was still almost 2 hours from my destination and had paid for an Airbnb. I called these guys and not only did they have their own tow truck to tow my car in, they got it right in when it got there. I, being a service advisor at an auto repair shop, know how difficult this can be as they are already working on other customers vehicles and it was 4pm at this point so the end of their work day. They found the issue and had it fixed in under an hour and test drove it twice to give me piece of mind I would get to my destination safely. If you are ever traveling or live in Macclenny, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP ABOVE ALL OTHERS. They were great people and took great care of me and the price was outstanding! Thank you guys again. My truck broke down late at night on a weekend as I was traveling on I 10. Thank goodness for a miracle in Miracle Towing. (Pun intended). I spoke to both Trevor and Chris on the phone, and both were so helpful and reassuring. Trevor promptly picked me up from the hotel the next morning, then picked up the truck, then drove us into Jacksonville for repairs. Courteous, efficient, friendly…. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Oct 8 evacuating Florida ahead of hurricane Milton, we had brake problems on our one ton, towing our 40 foot fifth wheel. We were towed in from Interstate 95 and the awesome people at Miracle were extraordinarily helpful. They immediately diagnosed the problem and got a rush on the parts needed. We were back on the road in short order. Absolutely wonderful to find great people who jump in to help others in times of need. Professional, knowledgeable staff and no complaints about price. I went by Miracle Automotive at 5:05 pm last Friday afternoon. The main business office was closed, the lights were off, everything was shut down, and the building was locked with none in it. I was only there to get batteries and I was told they sold the ones I was looking for. Well I knew I wasn't going to get them that day but since I was there I wanted to check and see if they even carried them. So I walked back in the gated part of the business that had not been locked where the shops are. I was just hoping to maybe find someone that could confirm if they sold the batteries or not so I could come back and get them wheb theybwere opened. I found someone walking to their car to leave and so I asked him. He said they do and then reopened the business to sell me the batteries. Now who does that on a Friday afternoon..? I could not believe they did that for me. Now mind you, I had never been there before and they knew nothing about me so this not a favor for a buddy. Now that is SERVICE! They have earned my business for live.

Brian did an alignment on my lifted Ram 2500 and it's never run straighter. He absolutely knows what he's doing. Jackson in the office is friendly and helpful also. I recommend them highly. Great experience.

Attention! Stay away from this place! Loose and missing bolts. Improper wiring on headlight. Loose hood. Unqualified mechanics! And I was charged $10000. The shop was suppose to replace the radiators on my truck and transfer new hood. After two and a half months waiting they said truck is ready. The day we came to pick up, mechanic rushed to finish job and ran the bolt through ac condencer. They replace condencer free charge however they did other things wrong. They did not replace broken bars that hold radiator so radiator was lose rattling in the truck. Also front bumper was rattling cause mechanic left loose bolts. Right headlight was not working cause mechanic cut wire. And when I asked him his excuse was " oh it was only two wires" but I found that third wire was cut. Also they did not attach steel wires to support hood so if I open hood it may fall on the ground and nothing support it. When I asked mechanic about he just turned arround and walked away... I had to go to another shop to fix their mess.

Last night my truck got stuck off I-10. I called my insurance to get a tow. I really was expecting a long wait. Miracle Automotive took the call asap and before I knew it, Trevor was there to help get me unstuck. Trevor was very kind and knowledgeable with his location and how to help me. He got to me with in 15 minutes of receiving the call from my insurance! I’m so thankful for all the help I received and highly recommend Miracle Automotive.

Very fortunate to have been able to come across Miracle (it was a miracle). After breaking down while traveling to Ft. Myers from PA and not being able to get a hold of nearby mechanics, we decided to try to drive towards a few suggested mechanics as recommended by gas station attendants. We headed into Macclenny and couldn’t find any shops that were open at 9:10am on a Thursday (even though Google said otherwise) until we came across Miracle. They took us as walk-ins and treated us like family. They took our mid-trip halt seriously and treated our diagnostics and repairs with urgency. The staff was professional, efficient, fair and up-front with pricing and repairs needed. Marissa at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable, so personable, and completely brightened our disaster of a day. (She even followed up later in the evening to make sure we got to our destination safely, which was a personal touch that I couldn’t believe!) We appreciated the time that the Miracle mechanics took to show and explain our car’s problems, and then were extremely accommodating in providing suggestions for how we should proceed. The staff offered sound advice when we asked for it regarding whether or not we should complete the repairs or just count our losses and get a new vehicle, and even provided assistance in our search for a new-to-us vehicle. We did not feel pressure or rushing from the staff while we were waiting many hours for transportation to pick us up. Our day was absolutely awful but the experience at Miracle could not have been better. I would recommend them to anyone and would love to have them close to me as my local mechanic. I can't express how grateful I am for this place. I'm from Kentucky & on the way home from Daytona our Jeep messed up. They fit us in and fixed our Jeep so we could get home. Everyone else was booked or too busy to help. My large family of seven made it home safely because of them. Right in time for the fourth of July. The front desk lady is sweet as can be and very pleasant to work with. Brian was a very down-to-earth mechanic who knew his stuff. The repairs didn't break our bank either. Thank you all again! Truly.

What an amazing group of guys!!! These guys came out at a moments notice and helped us out in the rain! I know we were a call at the end of the day and they were on their way home but..... the owner, his son and another gentleman showed up. All were so easy to talk to and worked like a well oiled machine!! What could have been a vacation totally ruined turned into a vacation totally saved by these guys!! When we called the place we were staying these were the only ones they recommended and they were so right!! Thanks Miracle Towing & Recovery!!

Great staff! They were up front with what my car needed today and should be considered at a future date. No hard pressure sales. They had no issues with helping me understand what needed to be done to my vehicle. Ladies out there looking for a mechanic that does not talk down to you or try taking advantage come to this family owned and run business. The only shop I will go to now.

Miracle is the perfect name for this wonderful company! They saved the day for us today, we have AAA but they couldn’t get a truck big enough to help us, panic is an understatement! We were stuck literally on the side of a busy highway in the middle of no where….. I called Brooks Trucking and they recommended Miracle to us, said they were the best!!! And mercy, they didn’t disappoint! If you ever need a tow, don't call anyone else, they were fast, prepared, early, and very personable! Rates were amazing as well! Doesn’t get better than that! So appreciate them!

When you’re broken down with a large RV and truck, you are somewhat in a panic mode. Miracle Truck Repair came to our rescue. Friendly courteous staff made us feel very comfortable. They ordered the parts required, and had us back on the road in just a few days. Price was exceedingly fair, as was the service.

I had the rear end rebuilt on on my vehicle. Never got a quote like I asked just a $4000 bill. Then charged me another $300 for a new brake booster and never got the brakes right they were super spongy. After I left and had to turn right back around after a car behind me flagged me down to tell me that my tires were wobbly. I had to drive slowly back to them so they could tighten up the loose lug nuts on my rear tire. This is my first ever review. I would never recommend this place. U will leave worse than you arrived and they will over charge for their services with our a qoute. No safety regulations at this place!

I understand that a company has to make money. I wish understand that there are places it's okay and not okay to park. I also understand storage fees and such, but $546.00 to tow a vehicle a quarter mile and hold it for 5 hours is above this understanding. This place sucks and if it closed down I would be sad in any for them.

Our diesel motorhome overheated on I-10 West of Jacksonville late on 22 December. The roadside assistance service I use called Miracle Towing and Recovery. The owner/tow truck driver towed our bus to a nearby RV park. The next morning, his mechanic came to attempt repair. He removed the faulty parts and went to find their replacements. Unfortunately he couldn’t get one of the parts, but it would arrive early on Saturday, December 24th. The mechanic took his own time on Christmas Eve to go pick up the last part and come install it on our engine so we could get to our destination in time to realize our own Christmas Day plans. Unbelievable selflessness on his part and on the part of Miracle Automotive. A+.

We had a motor home tire blowout on highway 301 on our way home to North Carolina. Cory with Miracle Tire responded immediately. He kept us informed of his status the entire time. It was 95 degrees and he showed up as promised. Put on the spare and we were ready to roll. We bought 2 new tires from him the next day as we had just purchased the RV and were told the tires were great. He actually called us the next morning and told us when the ordered tired would be available to install. In today's shaky customer service environmenthe and his team were beyond exceptional. Thanks to the team for making a miserable new RV experience palatable. 5+ stars. I ran a 50 person company for years and would give anything to have employees like this young man.

Broke down on i90, they got to me quickly and towed my van and dropped me off at a hotel. They quickly figured out what the problem was and fixed it as quickly as the could at a fair price. This was the 3rd mechanic I ended up seeing in a week for the same problem and they actually resolved it unlike the others. These guys are great. Kind, courteous, and professional.

I was traveling through town when I had car trouble. I was stranded on a Saturday afternoon after normal work hours for both this business and for parts stores. The owner and his daughter were helpful and friendly, and waited almost 2 hours with me for my husband to pick me up. We left my car as the prices were very reasonable and I admired the professionalism of the pair, along with their ease of personality. Even though it is certainly out of my way, I’m seriously considering using this company for another car repair that is due.
