He insisted on thoroughly scrubbing heavy corrosion off the terminals and testing the old battery to ensure it truly needed replacement. Once confirmed, he handled the new installation promptly and professionally—highly recommended!"
The lady working tonight at 5:30 on Oct 7 was needlessly rude to me and others. I was in line and she had her back to me. She said “what is it?” As a way to greet me and ask what I was looking for. I didn’t even know she was speaking to me with her back to me.. She seemed frustrated that I didn’t acknowledge her, but I didn’t know she had acknowledged me. She continued to be rude to me, so I left and took my business to another auto parts store. I have pretty extensive work to do to my car and I will not be returning there as long as she is there.. life is too short to deal with rude people who don’t want to work.
It's 6:30pm in Monday.. as we were walking up to the door the guy puts a sign in the door "Closed"! And , looked at us when he did. Another couple were there too and got mad and left.. how extremely rude!! Will never go back!!!
First and foremost Kami has hands down professional customer service. We went in about 7ish and had a list of parts . She had to call multiple stores to get parts ordered. She is definitely hands down 1 of the best csr’s for this location. Now towards the middle of her researching the stores to get the parts the phone is ringing of the hook and she asked the gentleman Wayne if he could get that he disrespectfully yelled from the back commercial counter area that I told you I was counting down the money. First and foremost the store is open till 8 there is no reason to count money down to close anything out. This young lady had 3 more customers after us and this guy was worthless riding the clock. I am a very frequent shopper with this store. I asked Ms Kami if Al was still the manager of the store and she said yes sir. And miraculously the guy comes up front and still refused to assist anyone standing in line.
Great, welcoming & knowledgeable staff. The store is kept very orderly & clean. They always have what you need to fix, clean or accessorize your vehicle.
Mr. Cooper, thank you very much for your assistance today, you were extremely energetic, extremely helpful and courteous in the purchase of what I needed for my vehicle and I couldn't be more happy to have had somebody with such enthusiasm to want to help their customers. Corporate, HR, President of AutoZone if you are reading this, please promote this young man as soon as possible. He's definitely going places. And all I ask for this young man is that he goes up the corporate ladder.
Very friendly and helpful , Dan really sincere about helping me find what I needed. Will definitely go back to that location, friendly and caring location.
I have to admit that I love the people who work at the AutoZone in Macclenny, Florida.. the names that come to mind are Daniel and Riley. These two have both gone above and beyond and helping me troubleshoot the issues with my Trailblazer.

Always go here for our auto part needs. Chris was great when he helped us out. He had to give a customer change change because the manager Janice was ignoring his requests for change. But he was positive with customers even with that.
Chris was very helpful and courterus and helpfull. he is a very smart young man.does his job and an asset to the Auto Zone crew.he should be permoted to manager.I was very inpressed with his perfection.There should be one of him in every Auto Zone. I just want to say this and I'm very disappointed in the service in the last week
I've been dealing with this auto parts store quite a bit, and service was good, my complaint is in 1 week that I've contacted the Macclenny store for parts for my 2007 f-150 XLT 4×4 I've been giving the wrong size parts,1st stabilizer bars,
2nd rear axle bearings. and 3rd today Saturday the wrong universal joints, having to wait each time till next day because of my hrs to go back in and get the right parts, this being a issue because my vehicle is needed 24 hrs 7 days a week for my mother's health, I'm not one to put a flame underneath someone but I find this poor service very upsetting, I have to have someone pick my part up because my vehicle is down due to this every time, VERY UPSETTING.
PLEASE handle the lack of customer service from the employees or hire someone with a little more experience.
Henry felt I think was the best employee and on top of the game 💯 Sad to hear he left AUTOZONE.

Wow! Hands down the absolute best service you could ever ask for. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a genuine "Welcome". While the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Matt was next-level. He truly went above and beyond to help me and my family get back on the road. I honestly can't express how grateful I am for the effort he put in to try and find the part I needed. He definitely turned a down-and-out situation around for us!

I am older and every time I go in the store Dan William's seems to always be there. He is always helpful and respectful and always willing to go above and beyond for me. Some of the other employees should take notes on how to do customer service!
Store is always clean and uncluttered. Employees are consistently neat, friendly and polite. All employees are eager to help you in any capacity to get you the right tools, parts or accessories to complete whatever project you are completing on your vehicle. If they don't have what you need at this location, they will have it delivered to their store at it's earliest available day and time, if available at a nearby location, or they can tell you what location has it in stock for customer to go pick it up themself, if needed sooner than availability they offer. If neither option is available they will order the part for you to pick up at their location when delivered. almost every employee is knowledgeable by your description or location, the name of part you are needing and do their very best to get your parts quickly so your vehicle running properly again. They can get almost any part for any make, model and most years. They also offer loan a tool in case you don't have the proper tool you need or if a special tool is needed to do your repairs, This particular location is the best one I have been to so far.
This store was incredible. 3 states and no one would help me read a code. My car kept misfiring and i kept breaking down on the highway with my 2 month old grandson. Dan was terrific. He helped guide me through reading the code myself. Walked me through how to fix it. Highly recommend these guys.
Manager is awesome and really appreciates your business and is very knowledgeable about parts that you need to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Staff is also knowledgeable and friendly. Will go out of their way to get you the best deal and part possible.

Quick tip; call while you’re standing in the store to be helped, obviously they’re trained to help phone calls first, in-store customers second.

Customer Service was horrible today. The lady stayed on the phone. People walking out not helped. When it was my turn she acted like it was my fault cause she enter the wrong year of the vehicle. Had such a nasty attitude. I went to spend my money at Advance Auto where they know how to treat their customers..
Best I've ever...; best battery warranties anywhere -no need to keep receipt (they put you warrantee into computer "in your name" and that warranty will be there years from date if purchase). Can't beat that, folks.
