Don't get the negative reviews, I've had nothing but positive experiences every time I've been there, they will unload your stuff and give you fair market value. Plus it's clean and orderly
I called and asked if they took busses. I was told by the owner that yes they do and they pay 7 dollars per hundred. My son in law took off work and helped me tow our bus from Edgewood to Macclenny. As soon as we pull up He says He will pay us 500 dollars for a25,000 lb bus with a title. He didn’t even stop to talk he blew by with the 500 dollar insult and kept walking with a crooked smile on his face. He is a liar and a crook!!! We lost a half a day and my son in law lost a half day pay because he isn’t a man of his word and he thought we were desperate.
Unprofessional. The lady who sorted our metal didn’t have much knowledge about what type of metal I had and tried to pay a lot less for it than what it’s worth. Will be going to CMC recycling instead next time.
Make sure you call and verifiy they'll be open until 5pm before driving there with truck full of scrap. Arrived at 4:35 on 9/1/23. Perhaps I should take my own advice.
The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful..I have not only sold scrap to them but they also sell tires and for the cheap..will do business with them before anyone else 😉
