Connie and Napa came in clutch when my trailer bearing decided to give up on life a few blocks down the road from here. Quick, efficient and with exactly what I needed in stock. They turned a really frustrating situation into a minor hiccup and I am forever grateful. They knew what they were doing, searching the inventory and locating parts quickly with a smile. I would not hesitate to go back to this location even though I'd say I tend to frequent O'Reilly's more often in general. For this service, Napa all the way.

My brakes went, and lucky for me I'd was able to pull into Napa. Turns out my brake booster tore up, the men that worked there did everything they could to get me back on the road, they were really nice guys

Still open. But wouldn't bother to spend 15 minutes resurfacing some rotors.... apparently they feel every one can afford to just buy new ones. If you're open then do your job

Store manager is extremely rude and arrogant! Ordered the wrong parts and made customer eat the shipping cost for his mistake !
