Worst customer service ever. Always giving the wrong parts.

Oil pan drain plug came out of our car and the guys at night got me in at 8:59pm right before closing at 9pm on 6/10/22. Very helpful staff and had the parts waiting for us at checkout! 10 out of 10 service!!! Very very helpful and so glad they were there as I was coming out of town from Georgia. Cannot express enough how grateful we are and the help they provided!

I had to get a battery changed the day before yesterday and a bad thing actually turned out to be a great expierence. Ms. Sabrina changed my battery for me, and she was wonderful. She was very quick and knowledgable about the whole thing. I will definitely take all my car needs back to her. Thank you for being such a kind person.

Tim is a great guy! I was travelling down i10 when my AC quit. When I pulled in and asked 4 employees, who were all ready and waiting to serve, what I could check, they all looked to Tim. I told Tim what I had already checked and he picked right up with more advanced issues. My problem is worse than they can fix. But they were very helpful and prepared to recommend local shops. I'm travelling thru and will fix it when I get to my destination. Thanks, Tim!

It's okay. It's conveniently close but the customer service needs a little bit work. They aren't friendly it's like they don't want to help you.
