John went above and beyond assisting me with replacing my wiper blades and even replacing my rear wiper arm that broke. He was very professional and courteous!
My coolant light came on a I went in the store in Macclenny, Fl.. the store manager Eric assisted me with the right purchase as well as put it in for me. He also taught me how to check it and how and when to open the top. I am very thankful
The folks that work here are genuinely nice and eager to help. They are knowledgeable about automotive parts and products. I will not go to ANY other auto parts store in town where all they know what to do is look up my year, make, and model. If O'Reillys doesn't have it, they can find it or an alternative.
Went in to find a replacement for an obscure vacuum hose that was unavailable at two other auto part stores. I did not find it here either, however, the woman behind the desk went above and beyond all the other parts stores bringing me back to see the inventory and even researching online to find the exact hose that was needed. She didn't just turn me away and really did her best to help. Seems to be a rare occurence to find help like that.
Nice store, helpful employees, high prices but willing to beat other stores rates on any item(s), which is really cool! Plus they seem to ALWAYS have a deal on oil plus everything needed to do an oil change. It's a big chain company but managed well. 😉
Amazing service! I’m from st Augustine and stopped due to battery failure that looked like a faulty alternator, unable to test at first, until a gentleman behind the counter offered a machine that kept the computer alive to be able to change the battery safely. New battery in alternator tested good I was on my way home. I canceled my tow truck from AAA and was home before dark. Better believe I’ll be shopping there again. Thanks guys.. keep up the good work.
Even tho I called and asked for a part, it still got sold before I made it to them, but the best thing was they worked fast to find me another part, always clean and know their job..
No matter where I’ve lived, I’ve always preferred shopping at O’Reilly’s. That being said, like a lot of places around here, the attitude you get from a couple employees is not good customer service. Still a great parts store. I’ve used them for about everything. Not every location is the same though.
I ordered a part July 3rd, paid for it and the shipping for it. July 18th I asked for a refund as the part never came in. I had to speak to the store manager and make a special trip into town for a $9 freight refund. If this was a $9k deseal engine, I'd be screaming bloody murder on a refund on the freight cost. Not a good way of doing business O'Reilly's.
AutoZone was able to get the same part in a day later, same price and zero cost on shipping.
I go here with my husdand when he needs to get something for his truck. Love to look around while he's getting what he needs. Some times i buy something for my self from here. Got My Tiny Hammer from here. Had to have it because of it's cuteness. Lol
They always have that rental tool over the phone and then you'll get there and you'll have to buy it and if it ain't on sale and it's a oil or fluid you don't want it price-wise besides that it's auto parts store what can you do. Does keep a wide selection of parts though.
Absolutely the worst parts store in Macclenny. They tell you they cant do returns because they don't have the money in there drawers.Do not shop there.
There's one employee there an older blonde haired lady that drives a big Ford truck and she gives great customer service and goes the extra mile to explain everything to you
