Be careful of all the reviews here. Very clearly stated everything about my car prior to pickup, and they quoted $600. They arrived 2 hours late, even after numerous times of me calling to check in, then when he got here he looked at the car for 30 minutes and was waiting sending texts back and forth to "headquarters". Felt like they were stalling. Ultimately, he then offered me $300. I told him that's nothing of what they quoted originally, and I was able to negotiate back up to $450. He told me to call customer service the next day, I did and left a message for a manager. The lady said they would call me asap. Nothing after that. Texted in as well, no responses. Find another company. Buyer beware. They will not give you the money they quote online, and had I not been in a rush to get it out I definitely would have sent them away.

I set up my deal online and by phone very fast. I sent pictures of every angle to view the car and got a $600 offer. I had to drive over one hour to meet with tow truck driver who took more pictures and said he had to send them to his boss before payment is made and then tells me they will only offer half of my original offer. Car had no damage anywhere to merit that action. Dirty trick

I had a great experience selling my car to All Car Buys today. The tow truck driver Ventura arrived 30 min early at my location. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. We had a great conversation the whole time. Overall I will totally recommend this company to my family and friends in the future. If you have the privilege to meet Ventura as your tow truck driver then let's just say you are in for a treat. Thank you Ventura for a great experience

Told me a price on the phone came out and told me a couple hundred bucks less than what they offered over the phone. They definitely don’t honor their price it’s not the first time they have done this to us. Wouldn’t recommend these dishonest people.

I’m happy with the service They came within a few hours to pick up my Audi and gave me a good price in cash. Chino was very nice guy and explained the process to me. They were quick in removing the car and even took out the Audi emblem for keepsakes.
