Fast and friendly service. I called them to see if they had my tire size, they did. I was in and out of that place no more than 20 mins. Brendan was friendly and very helpful. Definitely a place to go to get used tires.

Garbage service. My car was towed here after an accident. I had to call 3 separate times to release the car. I was told “it wasn’t noted.” For some reason no one tried to call me when the tow truck was trying to take the car. They probably want to rack up storage fees because it’s free money for them.
I wish I could post here the way Kevin was talking — absolutely no respect, full of swearing, just because I asked questions about the numbers on the invoice. This place is overcharging and lying straight to your face. STAY AWAY — you’ve been warned!
We were in vacation and my water pump went out. They towed the truck to their shop, and the next morning they replaced the water pump and serpentine belt.
They did a good job. We were back on the road at 2:00 the next afternoon.

My husband and I were on vacation and his tire kept losing pressure. We stopped by the shop on our way to the aquarium and they took care of the issue quickly and had us on our way in less than 30 minutes (and part of that was my husband chatting with the owner)! I own a 2014 jeer grand Cherokee and I needed my break pads and rotors replaced. I called the day before a busy Friday and they were extremely professional. I spoke to Jaimie and Curtis. Both guys were professional and where able to help get my breaks done the next day, SAME day.. Will be going back when I need the front one’s done.
Great team, they picked up my car on Christmas Eve in record time and stored it at a very reasonable fee. They were very helpful and patient coordinating with the insurance company to have my car brought home without a scratch. Thank you Colonial Tire!
Never call you back I brought my car there and than picked it up couple days later something else was wrong they said they put it on the lift than they said they didn't put it on the lift all kinds of stories too keep bringing it back poor mechanics there front desk service very poorly also never go back there again
We are from Virginia. We had a low tire pressure light come on as we traveled back to Virginia. We pulled in and were assisted immediately. A local garage, a little rough on the outside but the technicians were very friendly and helpful. We were back on our way in under 30 minutes. Professional services, knowledgeable technicians. This is a family owned business established in 1972. Your money goes to honest workers and supporting a genuinely wonderful family. A family that works for everything they have and want. This is a rare gem in society today. If you ever need help, Kevin and his crew will leave go over and beyond what is required of them to make sure everyone gets to where they need to go.
Had to wait about an hour for my tires to be put on the truck but they were done within half an hour or so, the conversation that I walked into was great. The guy even used a torque wrench to set the lug nuts which I have never seen done at the bigger places. Get your tires done there it's right on 184 across the intersection from Flanders road
Valve cover gasket and spark plugs tube seal. Chad is an excellent mechanic who knows what he is doing. He was communicative, thoughtful, thorough and fair. He gave us an estimate in advance and a detailed invoice/receipt when we paid. Everything went smoothly and correctly. Highly recommend.
Had a screw in my tire. He plugged it and I was on my way in minutes. Saved me a lot of trouble and expense since you cannot replace just one tire on an awd suv.
I have been into this mechanic many times, I continue to use them on and off as they are one of the closest mechanics to me, as well as having a great hourly rate in comparison to the big franchise shops scattered all over our area. This local family owned and operated buisness does do a great job I personally have had my issues and problems with certain jobs they've done, but over all for the price and ability to get things done promptly I guess I really couldn't ask for much else in a mechanic shop.
They have done, clutch and slave cylinder in my truck, the break lines, they have done wheel bearings and suspension parts. Theyve also helped find me specific parts I could not find on my own. So I would infact recommend them to others. Just be aware it may take more time then you planned and you will most likely have to call them to figure out what going on. Thats probably my only complaint. Lol
Very knowledgeable, and great price. Only shop around which would help mounting and balancing my 35" truck tires. Will definitely return for more service with my diesel
Excellent customer service, direct, done quick and affordable. lived in the area for 4 years, first time visiting them. I will definitely be back to them with any other car repairs from now on!
Went out if their way and stayed open late to save 3 standard people. Drove 20 minutes out of their way to tow and fix the vehicle, staying open late on a beautiful day. Cant recommend them enough, if you are looking for a shop that goes above and beyond this is the one.
I can not say enough good about this service center. Ryan and Steve have been A class mechanics and professionals with all the business I have been there with. Had a tire go flat. Called, and although they were closed, the gentleman who answered said bring it by. They reinflated the tire, could not find anything but a small stem leak. They refused to charge me, and we're as polite and helpful as anyone could be.
