Steven and his crew are awesome. They did a great job repairing my Jeep Compass and putting it back together. The new alternator they had was binding and overnighted a new one to Install before putting my car back together. I'd go back to him for service on my car anytime.

Brought the car in (2011 JGC, 3.6l) for a leaking driver's side engine mount. Took several days to get the parts in, got me in the morning while still dealing with the latest snow storm backlog. Courtesy ride was provided. Repairs completed late afternoon. I was not able to pick it up that day. Next morning pick up the car, no issues. Price was what I was quoted. Good service from Steve Adams and the techs. I will recommend their Service Dept.

I have a Gran Cherokee that had an intermittent problem that required dealership level care. This required rather extensive diagnosis and also some creative ways to repair. Mostly because of the availability of parts. Even though my situation was pretty bleak they were able to make the repair. And even though the outlook could have been bad, the service was good. And appreciated.

The service department has changed from the past few years. It wasn’t a great experience recently. Went in for one issue and got a list of things they said I needed done (much of it was suggested as per mileage). Didn’t look into warranties on materials that were previously purchased - had I not asked and pressed, I would have paid double. Said diagnostics would cost $170 and I mentioned how I never have been charged for that with my repairs in the past few years. He said “the old team probably put it on the back end of your receipt where you didn’t notice probably but you def were charged.” I asked for said receipts because that makes the old team look like they were trying to be sneaky and I just don’t believe that - they did NOT have that diagnostics charge. Suggesting the old team jut hid it on the back end of my receipt was not a classy moment for him. Took 5 days with minimal updates and the front desk man said “I don’t know what is going on with your car as you weren’t working with me” is not really a good answer or “I don’t know what to tell you on that” when asked questions. No offer of rentals since it was delayed by 4 days but a comment of “we don’t have rentals right now” when I pressed. A separate gentleman did see the frustration and how I was being pushed out and out and offered a free oil change for this. I do appreciate that and that was sincerely a wonderful customer service moment. However, I do miss the old team very much. I wish I knew where they went. I don’t know that I will return, respectfully. The sales department has always been nothing short of wonderful. The service department has changed drastically.

Five star experience at Valenti Jeep in Mystic! Aaiden was fantastic to work with professional, honest, and zero pressure from start to finish. He sent walk-around videos and plenty of pictures ahead of time, which made the process so much easier and helped me feel super comfortable and confident before even stepping into the dealership. I had electrical problems with my 2012 Grand Cherokee, that were intermittently causing reliability issues. The technician assigned was highly qualified, found that part of the problem was "rodent intrusion"...also known as mice building a mouse apartment complex in my dashboard, complete with beds, recreation areas and a 5 star wiring harness restaurant. After much investigating by the tech, several problems were resolved. Steve was gracious enough to allow me to go into the garage bay with him and see firsthand what the technician was dealing with, which meant a lot to me, as the repair was rather costly for my budget, but necessary as if not done, the vehicle would become a very nice looking lawn ornament. The original problem that brought me there was that the HVAC system failed, killing the blower motor for the heat, a.c., defroster, etc. I tested the motor operation myself by wiring 2 -9volt batteries in series, which i knew would work to test any low voltage D.C.servo motor, and it ran...slowly, ...there was no voltage reaching it from the dashboard switch, whose indicator light was dead as well....That told me that this was a job for someone with an "S" on their chest, and not me. After repairing the damaged wiring, the vehicle was test driven, everything worked well right up until the blower motor stopped again. In conclusion, I paid the bill, drove the car home, as now it needs a new (Re-manned) Totally Integrated Power Module, or TIPM, a very costly component; however having had this same issue years before with my son's 2011 jeep, its a rather easy $500. part to replace. Ordered one today from a company in Florida, will have it in 5 days. Valenti could have done it, but I'm saving hundreds by doing it myself. The TIPM's for that year are discontinued, not available new anymore, only remanufactured units are available, but it comes with a 2 year warranty, so I rolled the dice... Everyone at Jeep Service i dealt with were great, answered my questions, no b.s. In the future, if I can't do the job myself, will certainly return. Thanks again Steve and crew...

I admit from the onset that I despise most dealerships and time wasted searching for and negotiating buying and/or trading in a vehicle. During my exhaustive search for a used Toyota Tacoma I stumbled upon the Valenti Dealership in Mystic. I found a 2020 Tacoma Limited with 40,000 miles in excellent condition. After a phone call and pleasant back n forth negotiating with Aiden the salesman I embarked on an hour journey to Mystic, Ct. to test drive and buy the Tacoma. Aiden was professional and a pleasure to work with. It was a no hassle deal and I was out of there in less than an hour from the time I test drove, agreed to a reasonable price, filled out necessary paperwork, and picked the vehicle up. Valenti made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience if that even is possible this day and age. I recommend giving Valenti of Mystic and salesman Aiden a shot when searching for your next vehicle.

Bought a very expensive 2025 Ram last Friday to only be having computer issues with it since 450 miles on it. I now have 657 miles on it with error message coming on almost every time I drive it. Brought it back this Monday morning asking service to fix it…truck was taken in and supposedly a case was created as they have no idea what’s wrong but it’s safe to drive. No idea why light is coming on or what’s causing it but again it’s supposedly safe to drive. I just don’t get it…why does the dealer get almost $80k and now I get a headache? Not fair NOT happy Update: I have been directed to contact Chrysler by service manager Bernie as supposedly I will get more answers then a manager representing their product. I did contact them and was told the “Star Case” that was supposedly started in fact never was. Chrysler did reach out to the dealer and requested more information from the truck as they should have did all that the first time it was brought in. Last night the truck lost two more safety computers as it started lighting up like a Christmas tree with errors plus the original one again. Truck is back in the shop now and i have been put into a used car not even comparable to a $80k truck while repairs are supposedly being made. I find the response message below a complete joke as if I owned a dealership and read a message like this I would be a little more concerned about it and reach out to the customer myself making sure their experience was being handled the way I would want to be but in this case another amazing win for them as they pawned off a piece of junk onto a customer while keeping there hands in the air. This whole experience is awful BUT the sales manager Aaron has been super to deal with while showing extreme understanding of my frustration. My salesman Jason is and has been basically MIA since the day we looked at it and signed for it. He couldn’t even come show us features of the truck or anything the day we picked it up but told us to swing by with any questions anytime. Had to swing in two days later asking how to get the correct MPG because it was in KM and I didn’t know how to change it as it’s not even in that computer but in the main hub/big screen settings. Sad that these dealers claimed all these losses during the pandemic but act like this afterwards since they are used to screwing over the public. Poor service dept, horrible service manager, horrible salesman BUT amazing Sales Manager. The only saving grace at this time is Aaron.

I had been buying from CarMax for 15 years now and this was the only dealer and staff that actually got me to buy from them instead. Service department is just a good as well. From the moment we walked in an seen Jason’s big ol smile and the energy he was given off we knew it was going to be an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I had visited several dealerships but this encounter was different!! When I tell you everything went so smoothly!! Jason asked me all the right questions to help us find what I wanted and all the needs I was looking for. We went on a test drive and I knew that was my car!! Ed and Jason made it happen for me!! So grateful we stopped and meet these amazing men. They walked me through the whole process and explained everything for me and made sure I understood everything! If I didn’t they explained it even more and that meant so much to me! They made this experience amazing for me Jason felt like family at the end of this!! Thank you!
