Horrible experience with Mike. Charged me $200 for a five minute tow to a tire shop and insisted on cash (which is fine) but I’m starting to wonder if it’s because he way overcharged us. Definitely recommend calling pep boys for a tow if you’re in a pinch, only 85 and first 5 miles free. Horrible horrible experience.
Mike was the one that towed my SUV after I had spun-out on the highway. He gave me a little "pep talk" before dropping me off so I wouldn't get scammed, and I'm grateful that he did, b/c my Claims Rep. from Progressive might be a 1st Ballot, Hall-of-Fame scam artist.
He tried getting me to release my vehicle under false pretenses, and had no problem blatantly lying to me, even on a recorded call.. I cited the statute that Mike had informed me on, and played "hard ball." ...ended up getting $3,000 more than I was even hoping for.
Mike was very flexible, easy to communicate with, and I can't give anything less than 5 Stars.
If you're involved in an accident, and get towed to Seaport Auto, you're in good hands. I can't speak on the Body Shop side of things, but if you get towed, then just listen to what he tells you. Don't let yourself get scammed.
Stay away from them. They completely scammed us. They strong armed my daughter into having her car towed 10 miles out of our way to his shop which want needed. They repeatedly hung up on us and wouldn’t listen to her. Stay away from them!
Towed my van after an accident. Seemed like a nice guy that was willing to work with me. Offered to pull the transmission for an extra fee. The van sat for over a year after I was told to come back through after the cars had been cleared out of the way. Drove past to see it gone today and mikes claiming he knows nothing about it yet I still have this hand-written receipt with payment and date on it.
This place charged me 240$ to tow my car from Mystic to Waterford. I had no choice. After the fact another towing company told me that was way too much and he would have charged me 140 I WILL NEVER CALL THIS PLACE AGAIN! Can u say robbery
Outstanding service! Mike went above and beyond for me today, and is clearly an expert mechanic, highly competent. In addition, his kindness and generosity of spirit made a difficult situation more bearable. He has my unqualified highest recommendation.

A very fair and honest gentleman that takes great pride in his work!! They don't make them like this anymore. Great knowledge of older vehicles which is becoming a lost art.
Never been to this place but I was at the mobile gas station didn't have enough money to pay for my kids snacks and the owner paid my groceries forward thank u so much I think his name was Mike great guy
Mike was great! We had some car trouble on vacation and he took the time to make sure we were safe to continue on our way. He was kind and welcoming. And thanks to his generosity, we were able to have a nice vacation. We highly recommend mike and will definitely come back to him in the future.
Took my Honda Civic there recently. I had him change the radiator which was leaking, and the thermostat. While it was there, he also changed a ball joint and control arm. Very happy with the work done and the price was reasonable.
My son totaled his car on 95 on the way back to college.Mike responded at 6am on a Sunday morning after being out earlier that night with other work. He calmed down my son by talking him through what needs to be done so he can tow the car to the nearest truck stop .During the ride Mike gave fatherly advice , then helped him unload all the college bound gear, made sure he was safe and calm .Then proceeded to finish taking the car to his storage. A wonderful character that has made a lasting impression on my family.
I have nothing but great things to say about Mike at seaport auto he is very reasonable and very easy to talk to. So idk what all these other reviews are about. The man is doing his job. He has done alot to help me and my mother with vehicles and help mechanically. So alot if these reviews are due to the customers being unreasonable.
Liar, cheat, scumbag, loser, lowlife, all words to describe mike he is outright rude my buddy was in a car accident on Easter mike towed the car and charged them way too much money and he didn't want to give us the car back so after him screaming and spitting in my face my buddy got the car back all I can say is never use this jerk
Mike is the biggest liar and cheat. I bought a vehicle from him and he said he would change the belts, do front end work, transmission oil and filters and coolant replacement if needed. After I bought it I took it to another garage because the belt that he said needed to be sprayed with belt spray was still squeaking. The garage checked the vehicle and I ended up spending over $2,500 in additional repairs. The belts needed to be replaced, new front end and the transmission fluid was black and smelt burnt and needed all the gaskets, filters and fluids to be flushed and replaced and coolant was mixed with the red and green so it also needed to be flushed and replaced. The front end is considered unsafe per the lemon law and I may pursue legal action but this may cost me more time and money then it is worth, but he should loose his dealers licence in my opinion. When he delivered the vehicle after having it for an additional 1-1/2 because he was trying to get it through emissions, it did not have a spare tire. He said "don't worry, I will get one for you", so I trusted him... 1-1/2 months I called him and he kept saying he would until he finally said that he would sell me one but he was not giving it to me like he said. I did not purchase it from him and should have made him put it in writing. Anyway, NEVER trust this guy to sell or work on you vehicles!!!
