Drove 2 hrs to see this Mazda, looked ok. Too much snow to see the body condition. On the spot it turned out to be 2014, it was advertised as 2015. Ad wasnt showing side photos, and these cars are usually on 19” alloy wheels, this one was on 16” steelies with dead winter tires. Lastly…….rusty roof, fender and cv axle that was on its last leg. Alot of false advertisement. Be careful. Unfortunately, just another bad dealer reselling crappy auction car experience.

I bought a 2018 Nissan Altima from Quality Used Cars LLC Wallingford CT dealer, Address: 110 Pent Hwy, Wallingford, CT 06492,and I paid the tax and registration fee to the dealer on the spot. Initially, the deal was done over Messenger. After that, I went to the dealership three times, but the car wasn't available. On the third visit, I contacted them again and they finally gave me the car, but their system was down, so the car wasn't registered. The dealer said that once the system is working, he would register it. However, after that, he stopped answering my calls and didn't respond at all. I called and messaged him many times, but he kept saying the system was still down — even though it was actually working. So, I ended up registering the car myself through the DMV. Since the dealer had my registration and tax fee, I was supposed to get that money back. I called him a thousand times, and he kept saying he's out of town and didn’t pick up my calls. Eventually, I filed a complaint with the DMV. The DMV contacted the dealer, and only then did he come to my house and return the money. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I would strongly advise everyone to think a hundred times before buying a car from this guy. He is a very dishonest dealer.

I visited this dealership to look at a car and left a $100 deposit to hold it. Later that same day, I decided not to purchase the car and texted the salesperson to let him know he could show it to other buyers. He never responded. When I called the next day to request my deposit back, he hung up on me and then blocked my number. This was extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Be careful before doing any business here.

He took my information and said he would find something I would like. I fully intend to buy my vehicle from there.

I drove there a hour away from my location. I thought I was getting a good deal on a car. They said put a deposit down and you can come back tomorrow and test. Drive it so I did. Then when I came back the next day. And test drove the car. The transmission seemed wonky stuttering. the guy told me it was fine I told him I never had a car doing this before. Especially when I was going to buy it He refused to give me my $500 deposit back. I would give them a no star but that's not an option That place will rob you be careful I would not go there

I recently purchased a used 2017 Tucson and offered a price for it because I’ve had my eye on it for about 6 months. They came back and accepted the offer within a few days and I had my car. I lost my husband a few years ago and have struggled to get back on my feet and to drive again. The mother and son helped me get the car that I wanted and I am so grateful to them. They both were so friendly and so easy to work with. We had a lot of fun speaking to them about Poland as we have family there too. The car that I got is absolutely beautiful and runs so smoothly! Don't buy from them, and take every positive review with a grain of salt. You can't guarantee they won't sell you a faulty car until you drive it off the lot, and it's not their problem once you do. I bought an '09 Impreza from them for $6500 two weeks ago. They promised me that their mechanic would look over the whole car for me the day after I put down a deposit, make sure it was in perfect condition, and then it'd be ready another day later. After hearing nothing about the status of the car the day it was meant to be ready, I called and was told they'd know by the end of the day when it'd be ready. Heard nothing by the end of the day, so I called again and was given a demeaning reply to the tune of "look buddy, these things take time so I'll let you know tomorrow." Tomorrow comes, and after hearing nothing again, I call and am sent straight to voice mail. Texts don't go through, possibly because I was blocked? Finally hear back after the business closed that the car was ready for pickup, so I got it the next day. When I'd bought the car, I explicitly asked if the head gasket would be an issue, as I'd heard it was a common problem for Subarus. They told me that this wasn't the case for 09's, and that that was a problem only with older Subarus. After driving the car less than 15 miles, the engine starts overheating, so I take it to my mechanic. It had been sold to me with no coolant, so I had the coolant refilled and all was well. Then, a couple days later, the engine starts to overheat, car starts smoking, etc. Pull over, have it towed, to my mechanic, and learn that the head gasket is in fact shot. Repairs costed $3300 through my mechanic. I heard back from him eventually and he told me that they'd fix the head gasket for me. But only after trying to convince me that it probably wasn't a head gasket issue and that it probably was my fault for ignoring warning lights. He also implied that because I test drove it less than a mile, the car was perfect when I bought it. And he also reminded me that I didn't get the extra warranty when I bought the car, but during the sales process, he never mentioned any possibility of getting a warranty. Had there been a warranty mentioned, I'd absolutely have bought it. Credit where credit is due, he did offer to fix the car for less than my mechanic could, so I'll give him 3 stars. But after insisting that the head gasket wouldn't be a problem and then trying to downplay the issue when it happened, as well as blame me for it happening in the first place, I opted not to trust him to repair the vehicle so I wouldn't end up back where I started in a few weeks. In total, this '09 Impreza with 150k miles will cost me nearly $10k. If they knew there were issues with the head gasket, they willingly sold me a faulty car cause they'd knew it'd work until it wasn't their problem. If they didn't know, then they clearly don't know the first thing about Subarus, so you can't trust them when they promise you their mechanic is gonna give it a thorough once-over. Either way, I can't recommend buying from them. As far as I can tell, they run their business like a scam, so I'd strongly recommend treating them like one and avoiding this place at all costs.

I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL from this dealership and I must say I really like the car. they gave me an excellent price on the car, they filled the gas up and detailed car and made sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal on a car.

I used to be a car salesman, and honestly this was the worst car buying experience anyone could ever go through. Rushes into the sale making you feel confident and that all would go smooth and fast but they take your money and tell you lies. It felt like we weren’t able to get the car until we left a “5 star review” we didn’t even have the car yet. Waited on title and registration because they didn’t want to wait in line at the DMV, who does? It’s just the most unprofessional way to conduct business, do yourselves a favor and check reviews first before seeing a good looking car for an appealing price.

I just got my car Saturday not only did he let us test drive both me and my dad but he also let us borrow the lift so my dad could see everything make sure the car was good we got a good deal and even let us take an extra battery for cheap the service was amazing really good guy him and his mom are great this is a family business you can trust The only problem I’ve had is I got the car Saturday I was told I’d have tittle in my hands Monday afternoon then he said I’d have it by Wednesday it’s Thursday and I have yet to receive title or tracking number
