This is the most honest shop I've ever been to. The owner JJ gives us the best prices on all repairs as well as oil changes. Everyone in my family has been going to him for years. I even have family members who live an hour away who will come down here because they trust him and his prices are very reasonable and fair.
If you are looking for a new place to go I highly recommend you give him a try it's always fun to see him he's very friendly. He always shows me the parts he changed from my car and tells me things to do to keep my car running smoothly. He is definitely an expert mechanic and truly a gem.

JJ is the best! I can't put it into words the respect I have for this man! I went to another mechanic and he told me I would have to pay $1000 and JJ fixed it for just $150! After negative experiences with many other mechanics in New Haven in the past few years, it is a huge relief to find someone who will listen to what you say and go above and beyond to make sure that 1) your car works and 2) you understand what work is being done and why. Jay Jay diagnosed a problem thoroughly and repaired it for a very reasonable price, and talked me through the process as well as several other potential issues to watch out for in the future. We have been going to JJ for years, he is a great guy and great mechanic. He has worked on all of our cars and we have also bought a couple of cars from him also. He is helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. His service is quick and affordable. I usually get my car back the same day, within a few hours! I would definitely recommend going here!!

This is the best mechanic I've ever been to! As a young girl who doesn't know much about cars, I'm always nervous about getting ripped off. But luckily I found Jenner (owner) and he treats me like family and is always honest and polite.
