My car battery died at 4pm on a Saturday, and I was stressed and in a rush to get it fixed before the upcoming work week. Felix at O’Reilly was incredible. He helped me sort out my options, installed the new battery, disposed of the old one quickly, and did so with so much kindness. I would absolutely go back to O’Reilly, mainly because of Felix.

Abel and Felix on September 16 2025 I went to purchase fuses for my car and these two Gentleman the Manager and customer associate. Was very very nice with and helped me on point . They treat me with respect and very caring . Store was very clean and the Asistence and Manager clean appearance . It was an excellent experience. Keep up the great work . O’Reilly had my order ready to go right when I walked in. The transaction was quick and easy. The staff was attentive to all the customers in the store.

Went in for a battery replacement. First come first served, so didn't have to schedule ahead. They helped me find one for my car, didn't try to upsell me on the expensive ones, and did a free install in freezing temps. Whole thing took 15-20 min. They also took my old degraded battery free of charge. Really friendly guy did the work. Will go back for future auto part needs.

Lucky was super helpful! Got my headlight replaced and he helped me pick one out and replace it

This store was the only was the only store that had the idly pully. Lucky was kind enough to direct me to store that had the part and their I met up with Pedro and he was kind. I wasn't able to get part at auto zone. There auto zone messed my order up three times. I was frustrated the ended up at O'Reilly. I will from now on check with O'Reillys first, for sure. Thank you first Lucky and then Pedro. I am the Lucky one here

O'Reilly might be a little more expensive than the competitors, but it buys you knowledgeable and attentive customer service. Carlos gave me an A+ customer experience. He tested my car, showed me exactly what parts I needed, and educated me. He helped me get back on the road in no time. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had my local O’Reilly’s store look up a part I needed, unfortunately New Haven showed that they had two in stock. Went there, asked for the part number, only for the employee to bring back one. He went back to “try to find” the other, but said he couldn’t find it. Really? Seriously? This is a new store, inventory should be spot on. Makes me believe that he just grabbed the one to inconvenience me. I will never go back to this location, nor will I ever consider it if they had a part I needed in stock.

Went for a car part 2 other local places didn't have it but they are a little pricey but I needed the part will most likely go again if I needed to. Very clean and organized workers polite.

I had such a bad experience here with the man who changed my battery named Lucky. He was extremely rude and condescending. He looked at me and talked to me like I was stupid and also mumbled when he spoke. Made me so uncomfortable I never want to go to another O'Reilly again.

Came about 20 minutes to close and the man on shift helped us change our headlight that was out. Great customer service!

Every time I go to O'Reilly the experience is excellent. Today I worked with Rupert at the New Haven location, super nice guy let me borrow tools helped me out sold me exactly what I needed. If any managers are looking at this, this guy is awesome. Excellent customer service very nice I have nothing but good things to say about this place and it is my go-to auto parts store over all the ones in the area. Keep doing what you do ❤️

If you are looking for any part for your vehicle they must definitely will have it. I needed a speed sensor for my transmission that no one had and they did and at a reasonable price.

Awful customer service. Ordered a new battery, and it was just handed to me instead of it being installed. The girl whined about being unable to carry it when I offered to bring my car closer to installation. A guy brought the battery to my car and couldn't be bothered. Wouldn't take the old battery I was charged for and had to go somewhere else. O'Reilly's is hot garbage. Go to Autozone on Orchard st instead. It's ghetto but at least they do what they advertise there.

I have the best experience in O'Reilly's or the workers that were there today James Angie all the others that were working today were very very nice they helped me find my parts they help me do a lot of stuff and I give them more than five stars my name is Nick

Very good customer service great variety of tools and accessories for automotive in home store is laid out in a easy way to find what you're looking for so he's been helped right away in the first couple of minutes

O'Reilly's SAVED MY BEHIND!!! Went down to O'Reilly's on whalley ave and bought an axel output shaft seal and those fellas provided great customer service and actually had the correct part. Which it seemed like no other auto parts store had it available nor correct.

I was looking forward to working here. Unfortunately at the time my life was a little hectic. I still stop by when I need to buy any car needs and o'Reilly definitely has got the customer service under control everytime. From being greated at the door to being taken care of and acknowledged. Kudos. I definitely see this company's growth in this not so certain future.

The guy from behind the counter was a pest and I did not purchase the tools I went to look at because he was a hinderence. When I did need him he was too busy on the phone bending a customer's ear with stories but did make a 911 announcement for help twice to ring up my whopping $1.49 Worth of caliper grease.

We had our car towed here by Lakeville Towing ,after calling them to verify they had the part for out car we needed because we were traveling from mass to south carolina, we got there the part was incorrect, however they were very helpful they lent me a jack and a few tools I didn't have with me , the correct part was found the following day and the asst store manager Rhandy Blanco was very helpful in removing and swapping parts over from the old axle shaft to the new one, he was polite and patient and also lent me anything I needed knowing I was from it off town. They made the cold morning a little easier by letting me work inside for a bit and warming up whenever I needed to. The District mgr Aimee Meek was there observing him and now i know why she was considering him for a store mgr. These people could have easily just turned there heads after the sale but they went above and beyond to help me back on the road. If ur looking for a oreillys that cares drive the extra distance to this one. U will get good service .

The Crew thats works there are so customer friendly they offer great advice. I have an O'Reilly's card, ans just got $5 off my next purchase on anything. Keep up the good work!!!

I didn't really need to buy a air gauge hose but the gentleman there let me use it and bring it back in they provided excellent customer service

Actually great prices and deals comparable to Advanced Auto. I can say staff is much more knowledgeable than the competition and service is much faster as well. Both lack motorcycle supplies as that's all I shop for yet again at least O'Reilly staff will take the time to help figure out a project as well as give a few pointers. My only gripes will be lack of size compared to nearest competition.

Simply amazing. Staff is super helpful, friendly, happy to help. Such a great place. I came here from Autozone, after being fed up with their awful customer service. I figured they're right down the street so might as well give them a try, and it was totally worth it. I am never going back to AutoZone
