The owner was very unprofessional. The son and daughter were amazing. In my opinion the owner should maybe invest in a business consultant to help tighten up the customer experience because the customer experience with the owner is not good for business. He asked if I’m sure I want to buy the car before we went on a test drive…. Most of the vehicles have issues which is ok if it is disclosed and reflected in the pricing. There are almost zero reviews this year so that shows people are not buying cars here for whatever reason.
Edit— the owner responded about a 10k vehicle for 7k? I waited 4 months to write the review. The vehicle I went to see was 12k and I didn’t even ask for the price to be lowered. His response to my initial review highlights my experience of his unprofessional behavior.
Family run business. When the children are actually able to take over this business, it will be successful. The daughter and son are very friendly. You can feel their energy is honest and they want to help you. But the father, who is the owner is a money hungry very greedy person that tries to sell used cars for more than 3-4x times what he paid for them. And they are all as is. So if you purchase The vehicle and it breaks down next week, he doesn’t care. I would not recommend this dealership.
Do not buy a car here unless you Bring a mechanic with you. I bought a car here and drove it for 3 days.And the check engine light went on. Guess he didn't think I was gonna drive on the highway. He sold me a car with a bad engine.Thank GodHe knew he was wrong and gave me my money back. What an awful experience.I would not recommend this place and I am a business owner myself , and i'm completely disappointed in this place
SCAMMERS! Please do your research before buying here. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from Auto Wholesalers. I was sold a bad car and clearly taken advantage of. Within days, the check engine light came on, the car was sluggish, and it would stall when accelerating. Two mechanics confirmed it was a transmission issue.
I brought the car back twice, and instead of fixing it, they just cleared the light. Now, a year later, the car needs a full transmission. Very disappointing experience. God is not sleeping. You will pay for this trying 30 year old woman tears.
Beware, after inquiring about a vehicle by phone, driving to location, inspecting vehicle, and taking a test drive, you will then be told that the prices are non-negotiable and that the dealership fee is $995 on top of the advertised non-negotiable price.
Scammers I bought a car there Ford expedition the guy telling me I’m buying it as is for $15,000 and then I found out the engine is no good. Very disappointing.
Bought a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze there! Super easy process, they had me registered with metal plates and everything within 30 minutes. Definitely recommend ??
Just bought a car there that doesn't work. He overcharged for the car and doesn't even try to work something out. GREEDY, selfish people. I do not recommend going here. They don't care that your car stalls out on the road which is very dangerous. HORRIBLE.
