Bought a used 2017 SUV. Each of my two visits were greeted with a smiling receptionist, who swiftly matched me with the appropriate person to meet my needs. I met with Ken twice on two occasions and even while running around like a mad man, never left me feeling forgotten. Amir was respectful, funny, and extremely easy to work with. I never felt pressured to buy, but was left to enjoy the test drive and the process. Steve Jr was well versed in the finance portion of the process (he's the finance manager, duh). Even at the end of the day, he maintained a positive attitude and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Overall experience 11/10!

Today I purchased a cargo van for my business. The sales rep Lou made the process smooth and uncomplicated. The service was extremely professional. The dealership itself is a nice place. I can tell they put a lot of care into exceptional service the same way I do for my customers. After I bought the van, they put in new brakes, rotors, tires and fixed up the AC.

Edit: In response to your very nasty snarky reply, perspective customers, please take note of the vile tone and need to deliberately reply in a very immature manner. Brad was absolutely not speaking with another client about golf. He was fully committed to our conversation alone at the moment. The fact that you felt that you needed to childishly respond in this manner further emphasizes my full negative personal experience with this dealership. Thank you for making yourself look even worse all on your own!

Do your research and pull your own vehicle history report. Vehicle report states prior collision with another vehicle but the salesmen was clearly not going to divulge any details until pressed with facts. Furthermore, I find it very disrespectful and wholly condescending that your manager Brad though it appropriate to practice his imaginary golf swing in the lobby while having a conversation with perspective customers. What an absolute new level of disrespect. "Salesman" could not even be bothered to give finance a heads up that he directed us over. Clearly his mind was already made up as to the outcome of the deal before we even made it across the lot. Save yourself the wasted time and energy and go somewhere else.

Pierre made our car-buying experience incredibly easy and stress-free. He was flexible with our unpredictable schedule, always responsive, answered all of our questions, and even came in on his day off to help us finalize our purchase. His dedication and customer service truly went above and beyond.

Most importantly, Pierre helped us find the perfect family vehicle and made sure it was fully serviced and safe before we drove off the lot. Update:
My jeep is back in the shop after I told them my front end was shaking before their 30 day policy was over and didnt do anything to remedy it. Now I need new sway bars, tie rods, steering and front end suspension. Thanks J&M for you non existent inspection. Never again! 4300k cost me out of pocket because their "3 year warranty" I paid for continues to drag their feet. The service department (John) told me I was SOL. BTW, John from the service department, the warranty I paid extra for DIDNT COVER ANYTHING IT WAS DENIED BECAUSE I PAID FOR IT OUT OF POCKET. SO YOUR SNARKY COMMENT ABOUT HOW THEY COVERED A THIRD OF THE BILL AND YOURE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING, FALSE. NEXT TIME A CUSTOMER COMES TO YOU WITHIN THEIR 30 DAYS WITH THE DEATH WOBBLE YOU CLEARLY WROTE ON THE PAPER WORK, HAVE YOUR MECHANICS ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB AND ADDRESS IT PROPERLY, NOT BLAME IT ON THE SNOW.

I am using my moms google account because i wrote a review 3 years ago, and not sure how to add another review about a recent visit. I could not save my beloved partner in crime (BMW) and was in quite despair to say good bye. But Pierre Jean did everything in his power to help me find a fresh start. And put a lot of effort along side with GM Brad to make sure i am not left stranded and had a car. They ended up working really hard to connect me with a beautiful Alfa Romeo which i am excited to make new memories with and love and care for. They took great care of my mom and I while we were there and i greatly appreciate them for everything. They put serious commitment towards us. It felt like they understood my situation as if it was their own (Pierre-directly and Brad-indirectly). Also I would like to thank John the financial manager for making the process smooth and easy.
