NAPA in Naugatuck is where I go for anything I need for my truck and car. If they don’t have what I need immediately they get it and fast. The manager has aimed to please and I’ve not been disappointed.
Napa is the best auto parts store. One time our battery died without any warning. We were stuck in an out -of - way location. After a few calls for assistance, we called NAPA in Naugatuck. They not only delivered the battery but also installed it for us. We will always use NAPA in the future.
This is my go-to place for car parts. Every time I ever need a car part, all the employees behind the counter go above and beyond to get it for you. If they need to send a driver out to pick up your part in another location, then they’re happy to save you a trip. The store is always clean and the displays are well organized, making it easy to find what you need. Great employees! Keep up the good work!
Honestly wish I knew how great the employees at Napa were when I first bought my car. I use to just go to different auto part stores but lately I’ve been going to only Napa because the employees are just so much more helpful and friendly. Like today I had Jose helping me and I couldn’t have been more happy. He was so kind and went above and beyond by going outside to look at my rotors to make sure I got the correct ones and then even helped me carry everything to my car. He is such an asset to not only the store but the Napa brand. It truly speaks volume about the work place and the employees they hire. If you’re ever needing to get anything for your car, I wouldn’t even bother going anywhere else. Napa truly has such amazing employees and honestly I find the convince of everything being saved onto my account with my number so easy.
This morning Sunday 11/16/2024. The guy on the counter ( the bold guy) needs more training on customer service. Also smile or find a different career maybe if you’re not happy with this one
Was sold a bad camshaft position sensor and they only wanted to replace it with the same part. No store credit offered.
I tested the vehicle with another cam position sensor with another OEM part and worked perfectly. Why would I install another sensor that is possibly trash?

Parts are decent .
Gentlemen at the karts counter seemingly , need to pass a douchbag 101 course to be employed there. It's never just 1 person, in fact there'd be 1 person that's cordial, and in sure he won't last long(or has prob quit , idk after repeated bad service I stopped using them ) so it gets an it's OK at best from me , because the parts generally are well built.
Had got some rotors from Watertown for my jeep. They ended up being the wrong ones steve from the naugatuck store helped us get the right part we needed FAST great service
Parts availability is excellent. Knowledgeable staff. Can get parts from warehouse same day-- sometimes even on Saturday if its early enough to get on the truck. Flexible with 2 stores and open late on weekends
I was told yesterday that they would not take back THEYRE OWN faulty crank sensor that sold me because of them being rude and having no common sense I was forced to spend money on stuff I didn’t need because they won’t refund me for a faulty crank sensor that NAPA had sold to me 8 hour before hand. I will be back maybe with a lawyer but you people will be paying for your rude and careless mistake
Waited a few minutes for counterman to finish phone call purchased a quart of oil asked about brakes for my volkswagon got prices and was finished with quote in five minutes and out the door

My team and I strive to be the best! Our prices are very fair, but sometimes an oddball part (with extreme difficulty looking up and finding), may be priced a bit high due to poor availability, or higher acquisition cost. With that said, we will always find your part, and resell it at fair market value. Also, 99% of the time we waive shipping costs if your part is not in stock and is ordered UPS, FEDX, or USPS, through the wide network of sources NAPA has provided us with!
We also DO accept the NAPA credit card. Unfortunately, sometimes synchrony’s system is down at the store....causing us to temporarily not be able to process them. This is rare, but it does happen.
If for some reason you feel like you got anything other than GREAT service, please speak to me, and I will make it right!

Had to come here to Naugatuck to this store as i was having issues with my car battery and wanted to have it checked. It was about 1/2hr to their closing time. There was one older gentleman behind the counter at the time. Initially when i asked him if he could check my battery he said he could not because he couldn't leave the store. After some begging on my part, he agreed. I didn't need a new battery however i asked him to show me a battery charger for my car and purchased that. He seemed bothered and then seemed to cheer up when i left after my $150 purchase!
Very friendly and professional team. Large inventory of parts, tools & equipment. I found a lot of DeWALT tools I was looking for on sale, less than Lowes, Home Depot and Online. Best part is they will lifetime warranty and replace most of the tools, not extra service contracts.
Poor customer service. The rep who helped me was more interested in pulling orders for call ins as they came in. Kept starting to wait on me then answering phone then walking away to pull orders. Very disappointed. I ended up leaving with no parts after about 30 minutes
NAPA Parts Place Inc. Naugatuck has a huge inventory and offers same day delivery for may hard to find parts. Parts are better quality and most warranties are lifetime! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. NAPA Parts Place Naugatuck has a large inventory of Auto & Truck Parts for Asian, European and Domestic vehicles. They also specialize in Heavy Duty Truck Parts; Tools & Equipment; Paint & Body Shop Supplies; High Performance Parts; Farm & Agriculture Parts; Marine & Small Engine Parts.
They have the parts, but need to work on their prices, almost every other parts store beats their prices, but sometimes they have that one part I need that nobody else has or can't get, and thats when I use Napa.
Twice when the other in town auto parts stores said they couldn't get what I need ... not only did Napa say they could .. but they had the parts there same day ..
