Today I had the best luck when my tow driver recommended I take my 2015 Subaru to Ollies. They were able to fix my alternator and belt by the end of my work day for a more than fair price. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for fast, honest and kind work. I even met the nicest man in the waiting area who taught me all about cars. Thanks for the great service today !
Ollie's was awesome! I dealt with them just yesterday. My car was towed, and the owner was amazing. I had to get a ride down there to pick up my hunk of junk, and was running late. I showed up AFTER they closed, and he was nice enough to come back to release my car to me. I have never experienced such awesome service with a tow company. Most tow companies will let you let your car sit, wracking up storage fees, because it's more money for them. But Ollie's was great. They called me multiple times to make sure I was coming, and was able to get my car out. Their service was highly appreciated. They went above and beyond. I would feel more than comfortable referring friends and family to them in the future.
Employees harass people they dont know on Facebook, or maybe it is the owner as they state, either way they don't know these people and are very offensive.
