We’ve been taking our vehicles here since forever, and they always do a great job. Prices are fair and the work is honest. We also appreciate that they’re always quick to fit you into their busy schedule. Highly recommend.

The check engine light started blinking on the highway on our way from Boston to Pittsburgh. We randomly picked Automotive Edge to try to get it fixed. We did not arrive at the shop until 5:50 on a Tuesday night and they were already closed but the owner was still there. He ended up staying til past 7 to replace a spark plug and got us back on the road. Amazing service and the cost was extremely reasonable. We were very lucky to go to Automotive Edge!.

Came in for diagnostic found needed new oil and they were able to fix a low beam and change windshield wipers same day as well. Staff pleasant friendly and helpful Price fair Trustworthy work would recommend

My car started making an incredibly loud noise akin to thunder while driving down route 10. Freaked out, I pulled into Automotive Edge to see if they would be willing to take a look. Mike did a test drive with me and became my knight in shinning armor. He explained to me what he thought it was and even offered to bring me to my appointment that I was on the way to. Mike and his team worked incredibly fast. Within two hours I was back on the road. When I picked up my car Mike was thorough in his explanation, showed me my car’s old parts, and answered every question I had patiently. The service I had here has won me over and I absolutely will be returning.

Yesterday I started to lose power on the highway. I needed a mechanic asap. After being turned away by two other garages, Mike immediately picked up on my distress and looked at my car right away. Once we had an idea of its issues he drove me to work! They texted me a few hours later with a finished car in time to drive home! Excellent service. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were on our way to vacation traveling on I-95 on a Friday entering the Memorial Day Holiday when our car’s steering wheel suddenly began shaking violently. Out of concern we pulled off the highway and the first automotive repair shop we found that was willing to take a look and diagnose the problem was Automotive Edge. Not only did they diagnose the issue informing us that the calipers and rotors needed replacing, they were kind enough to take us in immediately and repair the issue. The staff was not only professional and courteous they were also super friendly while we waited and chatted with the office staff. I highly recommend Automotive Edge to anyone. You folks took us in at the end of the day to make sure we were able to get back on I-95 and resume our trip safely. My boyfriend bought a car from here, his dad told him he goes there. He got a 2008 Subaru Impreza that has been nothing but trouble a month after getting it. One of the exhaust is old, timing belt was old, the muffler literally fell off from being so rusted. Countless other minor problems. The door sometimes just bounces open when he tries to close it because the latch gets stuck. The windows barely work correctly.

Chris and the whole team are knowledgeable, reasonable, and timely in how they take care of cars. We are customers going on four years, including the purchase of a family car and the service of our cars (hybrid service, too).

Stay away!! Sold me a car that turned out to be a ticking time bomb. So here goes, bought a 2006 5 series A little over a month later I brought the car down to a local dealership as i had a check engine light on and according to my car it was also time for an oil change. The local dealership calls me a few hours later to inform me that the the car was completely wast of money the engine was bad !!! I asked how that happened when its been a month and the car readout just came due. I was told that the oil timer was most likely simply reset but that there was no way the car had any kind of oil change in a VERY long time if ever. I regretted a purchase so much in my life!!!

You buy as is but not mentioned at the time. Things at first sound so good until you have minor problem and that's when you are told "you buy as it is" same as going to the car auction. Don't get me wrong he is a very good guy that need more attention to his customers needs and services.

He had the car i liked and i wanted to buy it but it but my trusted mechanic only charges the dealers for inspections and this guy says he does his own inspections. That would be fine if we knew each other but he's a stranger and trying to SELL something! Had he covered the inspection i would've bought the car and he could've added the cost of the inspection back into the cost. He also wanted to put a less expensive brand of tires on the car saying that's what he puts on his family's cars. Again we don't know each other and he dooesn't know my driving habits. He offered tires and after research i choose ones that met MY needs rather than someone else's. Otherwise he was nice.

I was looking for my next vehicle on CarGurus and I sent a message about my interest and within 15 minutes Mario, the sales manager called me and was very professional and upfront from the get go. He was straightforward about damages, issues, and made the most of his time and mine. I live in Minnesota and I had no issues taking a trip to come get this vehicle and Mario was more than accommodating in getting this vehicle prepared for me as well as answer any questions I had about the vehicle. We even did a video call to go over the vehicle as if I was there looking at it. Mario really went above and beyond in ensuring that I was taken care of. Little things such as checking in on me when my flights landed and picking me up from the rental car company. When I was inspecting the vehicle in person, he was very patient with me (I go into great detail when I'm looking at a vehicle) as I checked over everything and ensured it was satisfactory. And he addressed any concerns I had as well. Chris, the mechanic did a great job as well in preparing the vehicle as it had worn brakes and brake pads. They went the extra mile to change fluids as they knew I would be driving the vehicle back to Minnesota. This business will decimate any concerns or stereotypes of a used car dealership, they are a legitimate and professional business and I appreciate them greatly. If I lived locally, I would definitely make Automotive Edge my primary location for service and sales.

The sales manager, Mario was very helpful and honest. I ended up buying my daughter a car. It runs smooth. She's very happy. I would highly recommend it.

2009 Subaru Impreza WRX Hatchback Premium When I test drove the car, it worked fine. A week later the check engine light popped on and the car started over heating. A week after that, the transmission started to grind on 3rd and 4th gear. I went to a Subaru shop and they said I need a new radiator and transmission. When I called Autimotive Edge about this the Sales Manager “Mario Jakova” answered and said that I have no warranty under the lemon law, so he wouldn’t help.

Overall, very happy and satisfied. Bought a car here recently and I love my car. Mario was easy to deal with. Also had repairs done on my sisters car. The guys were honest and finished it on timely manner. highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality cars and honest work!

I had my car serviced at Chris's shop for the first time yesterday. They are in a great location, and clearly know their stuff. The staff i interacted with was friendly and clearly knowledgeable of the auto field. If you are car shopping, they have an impressive assortment.
