First of all, I just wanna say one star they don’t have zero star I’ll put a zero star for this company. I don’t know how can this company be in a business? Do not make out of pay to this company because you will make the biggest mistake they will charge your car to your knowledge. They’re the worst company in Connecticut. They have no respect for the customer their disrespectful people I’ve been doing business with these people 15 years. I regret it every day I give this people business. They are ungrateful Company. They don’t care for the customers. They are rude. They are whole family working there Especially his nephew. Absolutely no customer service. They are horrible company. Do not waste your money here there are plenty of other companies you can do business I swear to God I never want to hurt nobody but it’s my obligation to make sure nobody else get burned to this horrible customer service I mean it you’re wasting your money in this company. They have zero respect for customers specially and auto pay people. They are very horrible. Mark my words don’t waste your money here They are absolutely very disrespectful Company. They should not be in business serving in public. One star is way too much below zero star

Never use these people!! Guy driving drove up on niebors grass. The the supervisor that answers the phone could be the rudest person in customer service if anyone could get her name lmk

Drop off and pick up of the dumpster we used recently was fine. No issues there. But the woman they have answering the phones (who does not provide her name upon answering- now I see why) was so unnecessarily rude and definitely should not be working in customer service.

Delivered dumpster and damaged driveway treads/stones. Our electric fence system is buried directly adjacent to stones and got damaged as well. Electric fence system started beeping during this time thus pretty confident, they were responsible. It was not tens of thousands worth of damage, but looking for a simple apology, acknowledgment and at maybe to fix some of the sunken stone they ran over. They immediately they denied it, and were extremely defensive and unprofessional. We are reasonable people, and initially, we honestly would’ve been fine with just an apology and acceptance given we have to redo the driveway anyways. Now, after they’re giving me the runaround, getting nasty/ passive aggressive and their overall apathy, I feel I have to leave review. Overall, they did deliver and pick up the dumpster, that said they did damage property and were extremely unprofessional. If you have a choice, I would personally choose another company. AJ donated their dumpster to help replace the roofs at USHWR horse rescue/sanctuary in Avon, CT and we couldn’t be more appreciative! It wouldn’t have been possible without this generous gift. Thank you for supporting our horses!!

The guys are literally right in our back yard, I will call and they pickup the following day. No issues, offer a lockable dumpster and are also local.

I just wanted to express my sincerest gratitute to Ray our sanatation worker who comes by every Wednesday afternoon to the crestview condos. He is so incredibly kind to my son (21 months old) who is just obessed with the "garbage truck". Ray stops and waves and beeps and shows off the cool truck and my son just adores him. Back almost into people's driveways TO TURN AROUND. HUGE BRIGHT LIGHT!!!! BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEEEEEEP FING BEEEP. .... There is NO ONE COMING DOWN THE STREET AT THIS TIME. For Reasons I Won’t Share… Our Recycling Bins weren’t put out on the correct day and by the time I figured that out it was midday. I called AJ Waste right away and the woman who answered called the truck driver who agreed to swing back and empty it. Thank God because it was a Months Worth! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Service beyond compare ! The driver that delivered was kind courteous and a true gentleman! He truly went above and beyond!

We had a dumpster dropped off and the driver followed all instructions. He was respectful of property.

My trash was not picked up on Friday before Labor Day. I called AJ Waste & they came out the next morning on a holiday weekend. Thank you so much for your great quick service.

AJ Waste was contracted by my roofing company for the use of their dumpster for our roofing job. There was a slight issue with the removal of the dumpster but Matt from AJ Waste went out of his way to correct the issue at hand. I was extremely happy with the fair and quick resolution. AJ Waste is an amazing company. We are extremely satisfied with their services. The drivers are always waving to my son- which completely makes his day! We highly recommend AJ Waste!

It's a great place for Contractors to dump. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to dump. FYI their yard closes at 3:00pm, not 5:00pm. The workers are all friendly. It's so simple to go there.

Good luck getting your problem fixed, getting a phone call returned and expect an attitude when you call. SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME THE CEOS CONTACT INFORMATION!!!!

You were a five star until you picked up my garbage today and included my garbage pail lid in the pickup. Very careless on the part of your employees. And to think, I generously gave to each of them at Christmas. No more Christmas gifts in the future but I will remind them annually that they threw away my garbage pail lid in each Christmas card..

Easy & cheap to get rid of our old air conditioner

This is the most inconsiderate company I know.. we live next door to a business who gets the garbage remove from AJ. We have sent emails without any response. Now what considerate company send a garage removal truck at 2 am.. now this would not be so bad but they are so loud they wake up our entire household. This noise level also puts my dog in panic mode and this lasts for at least an hour after the truck is done an gone.. They should be more considerate to businesses that are close to a residential area especially when the dumpster is completely in closed in cement which makes it 100 times worse..

this supervisor did this to me too-yelling in my face for something my spouse did. he needs to be arrested for verbal assault. and what are doing with the cash? this is the most obnoxious unprofessional place going -typical cheshire ct attitude go somewhere else.

Never dump here! Find any place but this one. Also look out for one of there drivers he claims to be a supervisor very unprofessional to the point of driving over to get in your face to yell at you the rules are clearly posted on the building but he makes his own.
