I brought my truck in due to an electrical short. I was informed that the plow harness needed to be replaced. After the harness was changed, I was charged $807, including five hours of labor. Based on my understanding and feedback from several colleagues with experience in this area, replacing a Boss plow harness should not require five hours of labor. I explained that while I am not a technician, I am familiar enough with the process to know this timeframe is excessive. I was told that the time charged was justified and that this was the cost. I am very disappointed with this experience and, as a result, will no longer return to or refer others to this business.
I was buying a truck in Cheshire by myself, needed a tow 90 miles away. Gave them a call, they took care of the job the same day. Very speedy and professional.
Strollo’s took care of me when I had a flat tire and needed a tow. I was rushing to a work event and thought there was no way I’d make it on time, but to my surprise, they arrived within 10 minutes. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff made the entire experience seamless—truly the best service I could have asked for!
This company are scammers,, towed my car 5miles from and accident literally pulled up and loaded it on a flatbed tried charging me over 500$ when I went there next day
Strollo's has been a longstanding family run business in Cheshire. They always provide great customer service and fair pricing. The really cute GSD inside named Boss is definitely running the show??.
Very friendly and professional. Used strollo for towing a car to car max for a sale. They were on time, courtesy and friendly. 110% pleased with their service. I would recommend to my friends and will use them for any other towing needs in the future.
By far the most dependable tow service! My son was in a car accident last night due to icy road conditions, and he called multiple tow companies including AAA. They all said they would not be able to send help. He came home and called Strollo’s and within a hour his car was towed to our house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of road side assistance.
These guys are amazing! Visiting from Seattle, my partner and I got locked out of our rental car while scraping frost off of it at 3am, when we needed to get to the airport on time, and they arrived 20 min later and were speedy, friendly, and affordable.
Seamless experience. Gave me quotes on days for possible pick up days, and was able to retrieve my car with no issues. Very nice and helpful staff as well. Would recommend 10/10!

Our RV broke down and they were quick to respond. Got us towed to a shop that was able to get us fixed. Very friendly and professional. The charge for towing was less expensive than expected.
I had a brake down on my semitruck on 4th of July, called Stollo and asked a quote for a long distance haul. He gave me a decent price but also helped me with advice with better options for my situation which really helped. In the end I did use their service but per his advice hauled to a local shop which I was able to find open during the holidays in the nearby state and he stored my trailer for me. Great service and very good guys! Strongly recommended in the north east area!
I was stranded on the highway 90 miles from home, and it was late at night where all the tire shops were closed. They came to help out, and took very good care of my car at a very reasonable price. Definitely trust them for your needs, any NYC tow company would have torn me apart, but this family owned business knows how to treat people right.
Even tho I was there for reasons unrelated to me... Strollo Bros. were extremely helpful, kind, professional, and understanding of my situation.
I would highly recommend them for any job involving their area of expertise.

(Original Review) = I got to tell you this is the place if you're looking for parts or a new plow for a boss. I put in the new downforce on my 2009 Dodge 1500 hemi single cab short bed and let me tell you it's the best thing that they ever came out with. oh I forgot to say I got my plow at half price because I bought it in the summer but let me tell you can't beat the price. Now the owner, he was a pleasant to talk with and answered every question I need it had one little slight little problem came to him he resolved it with no issue but the problem was not the plow it was something else but I'm still giving up five star by far if I can give a 10, I would. Keep up the great job strollo's, you and the team. I end up going back and buying the deflector for the front of the plow doesn't come with it when you buy it new or shoes.
Need to buy a snow plow? Sean and his team is the place to purchase your snow plow. He has more BOSS plows on display. Locked out of your car or does your car need a tow ? They do it all and to top it off, he is a super nice guy!

Very professional company and the office staff are the best people I've had to work with. They did things I didn't realize I had to do, saving me a lot of time and money.
Our experience with Stollo's Towing Service far exceeded our expectations. Easton took care of my daughter who was in an accident this past weekend, and from the time of his arrival through to handling the insurance claim, his customer service, along with compassion for the anxiety in which my daughter was dealing with, went above and beyond what I had expected.
Today with my follow up call, as I live in NH, was treated with respect, compassion and was very professional.
