Our experience at Kia of Old Saybrook was exceptional! All due to Jeliz! She was attentive, very punctual, informative, and knowledgeable, and her follow up was exceptional! She worked tirelessly to make this deal happen. And when combined with Alex(Fin mngr) at Kia of Old Saybrook they made the entire process easy. I was very comfortable with every aspect of this process and the price!! And the Telluride I own is an amazing machine!

I just recently purchased a new Kia SORENTO from Kia of Old Saybrook. The minute I walked in the door I was treated like and made to feel like a part of the family there. I can’t say enough about Aidan and Luke who guided me through the whole process and answered all my questions along the way. They were exceptional and to be quite honest everyone there was exceptional as well. I highly recommend going here to purchase a vehicle !!!!

My daughter and I were greeted with a big smile by Madison I was there to see a 2018 Jeep right after the big snowfall. I was looking for a silver and black Grand Cherokee for awhile and reasonably priced and they had it. As Madison and Brenden (finance manager) brought their kindness we came to an agreement and worked out certain extras I was looking for. Nice low payments and an extended warranty for extra peace of mind. Great atmosphere all around from sales to service and the lot guys. It takes a team to make it all happen and they’ve got it there! Thank you for letting me share part of my recovery journey with you guys as this is my first grand purchase in recovery to help showing others working their recovery program we can rebuild in all aspects of life and find happiness especially with something we use everyday, our vehicles. I’m extremely happy with my experience at Kia of Old Saybrook. My sales person, Aidan, was awesome. Not only was he able to show me multiple vehicles that fit my wants/needs, he was able to expand my mindset by introducing me to a vehicle I never thought I’d be interested in…not an easy feat!!! I never felt rushed and I always had his individual attention. I can honestly say that while working with Aiden, Alex and Noah, I was never pushed towards something that I couldn’t afford or that wouldn’t work for me. In fact, the deal they worked out for me was crazy!!!! My last 3 vehicles were bought at a different Kia dealership, but I’ve now found a new place to be a loyal dog!

I’ve been very pleased with Kia of Old Saybrook for a number of years now. We have two cars and I have especially found Miguel at Kia of Old Saybrook to go above and beyond. My son Took my car back to Pennsylvania to college and he was having a hard time understanding some things about the car. The roads were snowy after a storm and my son and I did a group call to Miguel, who walked my son through so many questions and concerns. This was very reassuring to me and to my son, of course. Great place! Very helpful staff; very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was helped by Aidan who was extremely helpful and friendly even when we walked in without an appointment! He responded quickly every time and was very professional. Everyone I went with agreed he was trustworthy and cared about us! The cars are nice, very clean and well taken care of. Very happy so far with my 2019 Kia Optima. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

So I went in to test drive a specific car. Within a few minutes we were on the road. Jason was low pressure and not "salesy " and "pushy". He was very knowledgeable about the car. We then wanted to upgrade to a different model that they did not have and there were only 3 nationwide. Both Jason and Alex started calling and dealing. Unfortunately none of the other dealerships were willing to trade their rare car (understandable) but we were happy that they at least tried. They also spent an entire day doing so. We went with another car they had on lot and are very happy with the process and our new car. Thanks guys!

Hi there - I never thought I'd be writing a review for a car dealership, let alone a positive one... I purchased a 2025 Kia Telluride from Kia of Old Saybrook and my experience was amazing. First, Aidan L was very responsive to all of my texts / questions about the car I wanted to purchase. He helped me understand the options, costs and was very up-front about getting me an out the door price over text before I ever stepped into the dealership. I was even picked up at the train station since I live a few hours away! Then, the Kia Old Saybrook Finance Team was exemplary - I never felt like I was being upsold on options, more that I was given the option of what to purchase / (pros / cons) about any offers and a lot of flexibility. I've purchased new cars at multiple dealerships (BMW, Honda, Mercedes) and the experience here was exemplary. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Kia of Old Saybrook wholeheartedly and everyone would be lucky to work with Aidan and Alex too!

I went to Kia of Old Saybrook to look for a vehicle better suited to my needs, as my current Kia no longer was. I worked with Aidan, who was extremely knowledgeable, and if he didn’t know an answer right away, he made sure to find it. I would highly recommend working with him. The sales manager, Alex, was also very helpful and made the buying process easy and stress-free and I walked out with a new vehicle. We began car shopping for a dependable family car on New Years Eve and our first stop was at Kia of Old Saybrook. We met with Aidan and he quickly found 3 pre-owned cars in our price range. We did not feel pressured to make a decision that day and booked an appt to return on Friday morning to make a decision about one. Everyone we worked with there, Aidan, Alex and Jeiliz were all wonderful to deal with. Very helpful and patient with our questions. I had a great experience when I leased my new Kia Seltos at Kia of Old Saybrook. The dealership was in the process of remodeling but during this transition period, the staff was still great to work with. My Sales Associate, Aidan, was very helpful. He took over an hour to go over every feature of my new car until I was comfortable. I would recommend Kia of Old Saybrook for their sales and helpfulness.

I just bought a 2024 Chevy Malibu, this past weekend and had exceptional service!! Despite the construction to the main building, I still had a wonderful experience. The staff was great, especially Aidan who was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable in buying a brand new car.; accommodating to any needs brought up to the best of ability. Was due for 30K service on my 2023 Sorento and Liana took excellent care of me. She first went over the car's service history and then we discussed the specifics that this appointment would entail. I received an update call from her a short while later and then a second call that the vehicle was ready for pickup. As with previous visits, the work was completed as promised, when promised. Nothing beats reliable, trustworthy service!

Just bought a certified Niro EV here and had a really positive experience. I want to give a BIG thank you to Jason. Right off the bat he was great. He worked with me over the phone to get to a price I felt good about. Once at the dealership he was helpful, respectful and friendly. He took the time to explain a lot of the details of the car, and when some issues came up in an inspection worked with us to resolve them. Thanks to Alex as well. My experience at this dealership was honest and fair--there were no tricks, games or surprise fees. We traveled to get here but it was worth it!

I leased an amazing Kia Niro PHEV, and the whole process was smooth and transparent! Madison and Jason were incredibly helpful throughout and — no wonder this dealership has such high ratings. Getting a new car can be stressful, and it’s hard to know if you’re really getting a good deal, but they truly offer some of the best deals in the market. I even drove an hour to get my car! The facility is currently under construction, but all services were still available. If you’re looking for a dealership that makes the process easy and stress-free while giving you the best deal, this is the one.

2025 - New Visit, New Purchase(s), New Review We have had great luck with our 2019 Sorento, and knew that our next vehicle would be a Kia as well. It's important to lay the ground work for this review. One older Kia to keep Or trade in And the need to have two vehicles when all was said and done We visited the showroom and met Madison (Maddie) Barfield, our Customer Advocate (they don't call them salespeople, and they don't pay commission) last Saturday. She's incredibly knowledgeable and capable, and knows the Kia line and many features very well. We spoke about our needs and expectations, and we ended up looking at a number of vehicles. The gas Sportage didn't get great mileage, the Hybrid was a little more expensive but nearly 50% better mileage, and the plug in hybrid (we thought) was too expensive and required plugging in. But what about the whole issue of still carrying two payments, including one on an older car that was approaching it's 5 year/60 k warranty limit (power train is good to 10/100k at Kia) We started talking about purchasing a second vehicle for our student...the K4 was the perfect blend of style, function, and price for a graduate, right? Maddie introduced us to Bill LeConche, the GM, and he had some ideas... We drove the gas. We drove the HEV, we drove the K4. (Kia has such a great selection of quality vehicles and excellent warranties it's difficult to walk off the lot not seeing something that meets your needs) Maddie continued to assist, answering a ton of questions about functionality (the electronics on these things are amazing), and retrieving different vehicles to check out. Bill crunched the numbers. We had a long chat about the difference between PHEV and HEV. With available incentives, rebates, State programs, the PHEV Sportage became more manageable. And you don't HAVE to plug in. We had an answer! PHEV for us, K4 for our son. But wait, says Bill - what about an SUV for him? Huge style change, but if the numbers work, maybe? The point is, Maddie and Bill worked really hard for this deal. They worked up perhaps 10 different scenarios. They were polite and supportive the entire time. We ended up leaving there tonight (6 days after the journey started) with two brand new PHEV Sportages and trading in the Sorento. It just made sense, and Kia OS helped us see that. Taras Pashchak, the Finance guy, completed all the paperwork for two deals simultaneously. Everyone knows buying a car is like getting a root canal - time consuming, painful, and takes forever (with multiple visits just to add to the fun). The crew at Kia OS did a great job in asking the right questions, meeting our needs, and thinking outside the box. Yes, it still took a while, and multiple visits, but it wasn't painful - it was a great experience. Keep in mind, deals vary tremendously. Ours may not be yours. But they will make it work for YOU. 2019 Original Post - Kia value is definitely there, it's worth taking a look and comparing it to the big names. Quality, options and a great warranty made it a no-brainer for us. John Coons is a straightforward, knowledgeable salesperson, and works hard for you while still being laid back. Nice not to have a pushy salesperson when you are buying a new car - an experience many people have likened to a root canal. Fran Drake and John together made a great deal happen, and took great advantage of awesome available incentives. Might be a five star, but we just bought the car last night...let's see how service after the sale works out! Thanks John and Fran!
