In and out with what I needed in a minute! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Lea and staff are absolutely helpful and lovely people. I will absolutely be back if I have car issues in the future (fingers crossed I don't,). But this is the place to go if needed. Thank you, Lea!!!

I feel there prices are a bit more. I like their car battery warranty, so I bought a big 800 cranking amp. I got good phone help, and counter help. Selection is much better then Walmart so don't go there for auto stuff.

January 4th, 2025 Picked up a new battery for my car this afternoon at OReilly Old Saybrook CT store. I paid $194.99 plus tax. Service was great, they tested my old battery and confirmed to be bad. I have absolutely no complaints with the gentleman that waited on me. He was excellent and professional! My complaint is with who ever sets prices for your products at your Connecticut stores. Went onto OReilly website after I installed the battery to read more about the specifications on my purchased battery. I found out that the SAME battery is priced cheaper at other OReilly Connecticut locations. Same battery is listed for $179.99! $15 more money for same exact battery! Could have saved myself $15 if I purchased at a different Connecticut location other than Old Saybrook. What's the deal OReilly?

Avoid. Several better within few blocks. Mgr hostile to helping. Kept making all sorts of excuses to avoid taking oil to recycle. Which was never before an issue. Absurd.

The manager is great he’s always on there floor helping customers,greed every one with a smile I love to visit this store even if it take me a good hour to get there .

The customer service was amazing. As a woman, I don’t know about cars besides “driving it”. The Patience Miguel has was incredible. Miguel went above & beyond. Thank you O’Reilly for having the best employees. I’ll recommend this location to everyone. See you guys soon.

the worst o,riellys around. went to return serpentine belt and they had no cash in the drawer. told me to come back later. stay tuned for more cause im going back.

don't tell your customer that had to come in and custom order and pay up front and pay for shipping on a part that you guaranteed me when you spoke to me at the counter Joseph that my entire order but more importantly that one particular part that I hadto custom orderand pay non-refundable shipping onwould be here today and when I showed up to pick it up I was told that it wouldn't be here till next week. I could have ordered it through a different vendor and had it here today. you cost me a job of thousands of dollars that I missed out because my truck could not run because it needed that part that I had to come in and custom order and custom ship that you guaranteed me would be here today I'm also going to be calling and writing an email to the O'Reilly corporate office about this because you people don't care about your job and you lie to your customers and you just tell them what they want to hear to get them away from the counter. you cost me a job and i take that very personally because I trusted you. you cost me money to be able to pay my rent and to put food in my family's mouth I came to you because you told me that it would be here on a specific day and that I had to come in and order it so that way it would be here on Saturday you lied to me and now my family has to suffer because of it not that you would care.

Needed to order an engine. The guys were extremely helpful.

They had the oil filter I was looking for after my go to place Napa failed to have it in stock.

The best place to go if you have any questions about products. The staff is absolutely awesome- every time I’ve been, whoever was working was very helpful. They even went so far as to help me replace my windshield wipers once!! Today I went and Michael helped me find exactly what I was looking for and Nicholas was great too!!

The staff here is awesome. Super helpful and very friendly. The go above and beyond for their customers.

Everyone here does a great job. Especially Dylan who Had all the answers I needed and got the parts in my hands the same day. Keep it up you guys help everyone keep going!

Refreshing to have well kept and friendly employess helping you at an auto parts store. Let's face it parts are parts. O'Reilly's is clean, well stocked and the help is great to deal with. This is my new stop for parts!

Good prices very good selection I recommend joining the members club to earn bonus money off always friendly at the counter and they turn brake drums and rotors
