Had a problem with a fuel pick up line for our sailboat. Had gone to several other stores (major plumbing stores and other automotive stores) to find a solution to our problem. Denis had a solution to our problem in less than 3 minutes and at a fraction of the cost of what the other stores solutions were. Denis also provided us with advise and part solutions to some of our requests.

Super time visit. I saw my favorite go-to guy working there from a parts store that closed in Deep River. Very helpful and respectful. They had what I needed and without a wait!

The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful. Other than that I was disappointed to find out that Napa doesn't carry high mileage synthetic oil. My oil light was on and I needed it.

Great group of guys very knowledgeable and helpful. I've always liked this store they have always had what I'm looking for. The Saybrook Napa and the East Hampton store are my go to parts stores I always leave with a great part or tool and a smile.
These guys are knowledgeable about the parts they sell. Their application and symptoms of worn/bad parts. The facility has a wide selection of fluids batteries bulbs and plenty of other miscellaneous parts. Great location. I really like that napa can have parts in same day if ordered early enough.
The "boss" would rather talk on a personal phone call and let everyone hear him than help you out. I had to make him answer a question before he made another call, didn't even care I was standing there for 5 minutes waiting on him.
Dropped hydraulic hoses for replacement. Was advised that one guy out of 5 was the only one in building who did them and he was out for morning. Told to come back at 2:30 and they'd be ready. I called at 4 and nobody knew what I was talking about. Called at 8 the next morning and was told, "nobody saw them until just now.. They'll be done in a couple hours.." Are you kidding me? How about I bill NAPA for the machine down time from when they were promised until when I finally picked them up?? Plus the attitude of the old prick who answered the phone was impressive for customer service.
