Called up there recently for some information regarding a previous purchase from a couple years back. I myself live in Kansas so I was a little worried I wouldn't answers I was needing.. but the very charming gal who I spoke to was beyond helpful and got me all of my purchase detail i needed from when i was in the area. I came in after going to Autozone, and Simon helped me get O2 sensors for my jeep. He pulled up the diagrams and ran th OBDII sensors super quick. Very helpful and articulate, probably my best auto parts store experience and I’ve been a diy guy for 20 years. The autozone next door is trash and they sent me to advanced auto parts lol
Small emergency with broken windshield washer nozzle while traveling. Helped us manufacture something from pieces and parts that got us back on the road.

Should have come here first!! Gotta learn by making mistakes though. Jonna is an automobile WIZARD. Jonna and Katrina were so kind and very knowledgeable and helpful the entire time I was there! If you are wondering to go to Autozone across the street think again. Autozone was my mistake and Advance Auto Parts definitely will be my first go to in the future. I got a battery from Autozone which they sold me the wrong one. And they wouldn't install it, so I went to Grease Monkey where they charged me 50+ dollars to install. Advance Auto Parts put a new battery in my car when bought at the site for FREE! Highly recommend.
Katrina spent 45 minutes helping us replace a multi-fuse. She was OFF of work!! Unbelievable service, 10/10. I purchased batteries for my vehicle and requested that they do the install. Taylor did an excellent job in getting them installed even though it required a great deal of work - he is excellent to work with!
Had to return some caliper cores from a store that closed down in the spring. I live an hour and a half away. Taylor was super helpful and helped quickly and efficiently and the storm was nice and updated . Will shop there again since the store in my town closed down.
I needed new windshield wipers. After looking at reviews online I knew the brand and model I wanted. I was unsure how to get the old ones off and how new ones would mount, so I stopped by Advanced Auto in Silverthorne and luckily met Walker Hines. He was more than helpful with finding the ones that fit my vehicle and installed them for me. He even pointed out there was a promotion for free glass cleaner. Walker is a huge asset for Advanced Auto and a primarily reason I will get all my parts there.
Jonna went above and beyond to help us out while we were traveling through town when our car broke down. Jonna really helped us troubleshoot and get home safely. Everyone was incredibly helpful.

Battery died right as we were about to make the 700 mile drive home. No worries though, Aaron was there to help replace it and diffuse the stressful situation with plenty of jokes!
We were vacationing in Breckenridge CO and the entire electrical system on our 2018 Acura MDX died. After doing some research, we had the AAA tow truck driver take our vehicle to Advanced Auto Parts in Silverthorne. CO Jonna immediately found the problem, the 150 amp fuse had blown. She found a replacement the same day, installed it and determined that we needed a new battery. She had our MDX running within 24 hours.

My husband and I want to thank Johna for helping us install a new battery the Saturday before 4th of July weekend. It wasn’t easy because the battery is located in a difficult place with tough angles. She stuck with it, making it possible for my husband to continue on with his travels. We are very grateful for her abilities and would recommend her to anyone in a tough situation.
The customer service here is incredible! We found ourselves stranded in Buena Vista with a bad alternator on a Saturday at 5pm. The Advance in Silverthorne was the only shop nearby with the new part. Henry and Joanna were able to get our mechanic, The Wandering Mechanic, the parts he needed before close. We are so grateful for their help getting the parts we needed to get home.

I had a odd rare tool that I needed, and they went above and beyond to try to find the right kit at the right price and even loaned me a tool so I could fix the problem in the parking lot. I really appreciate expertise, kindness, and spending the extra time to help me out!
Wow- these guys are great! I made the mistake of going to Auto Zone first. What a waste of time! They refused to help me! All I needed was help figuring out what hardware I needed to affix my front license plate. The staff at Advanced Auto Parts were extremely nice and helpful! After wasting 30 minutes at auto zone, these guys were able to help me in minutes. Don’t waste your time- start with Advanced Auto Parts for the win! I went in on 4/12 because my battery died. John was very kind and helpful and even helped me replace my battery for no charge. He is also very knowledgable and informed me of the discount I get for returning my old battery. I tend to lose things, so he told me to take a picture of my receipt for the warranty for the battery.
