What a Great experience I had! Needed my headlights replaced and was having the hardest time taking care of that. Called Caliber collision and spoke to Josh on the phone and he told me to bring the car down that morning. In less than two hours and significantly less than I was expecting to spend, I had new headlights and was worry free. Thanks Josh and the team here!

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle at Caliber in Silverthorne Colorado I was told that they were missing a splash guard and would call me when they had it so they could install it. Today 34 days later the splash guards were installed. Apparently the Dodge dealer sent the wrong part several times. All's well that ends well! Thanks Steve

I had been rear-ended. This is my only car, didn't want to be without it for long. The job was handled professionally and done when they said it would be! Perfect!!!

ZERO STARS - Amateur quality work, careless and lousy customer service: Our NEW truck was damaged by dealer and they arranged repair with Caliber. 1. Lousy paint job with dozens of fish-eyes, hazy areas, obvious paint seams; 2. Josh said truck was “done” but left inside filthy in white dust & had not reinstalled all parts. 3. Parked new truck (new cap) against tree branches, scratching it. 4. Parked outside with snow-rain in forecast with window belt missing and no effort to prevent water intrusion to inside the door - risk of mold, rust and damage to door electronics. And their response (Chloe?): “we said sorry, hope you have a better day”. No interest at all in customer or treating our new $$$ truck with any care. Owned by a private equity firm and got an obvious “we don’t really care” auto reply to this review. They only care that they got your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

DO NOT go here!!!! Had an 11:30 apt and at 11:45 I finally walked out as I sat and listened to Josh talk on the phone to a friend!! He could care less I was waiting. Iam sure he wouldn’t rush to get ur car repaired quick if he can’t hang up for an estimate apt!!

They were great! They gave me several updates throughout the process, and were very nice over the phone. My car is fixed!

I had a very negative experience at this location. The man in charge was not only disrespectful and unhelpful, but the way he handled my situation made me feel uneasy and unsafe. His assessment came across as careless and dismissive, which left me with little confidence in his professionalism or judgment. What should have been a straightforward process turned into an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service or a respectful environment.. untrustworthy as they come .

Josh was very professional and friendly and gave me a good estimate and explained what parts were going to be replaced and what the timing of the repair would be. He also told me they would need to recalibrate the lane assist function and the cost. Everything came in on time and my car looks great.

They had great communication throughout the process, did a great job on the repairs, and got it done fairly quick. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience!! Ben was who checked me in and had me confident that the job would be done perfectly. It didn’t take long to finish the job and the great lady’s in the front office helped me get my car right at closing time right before the holiday weekend!!! Ben was also there when I picked up my car and was in a great mood and was helping comfort a gentleman that was having a real hard time with his day because of his damaged vehicle. Thank you Ben and team for everything you do!!! I would recommend caliber to anyone that needs a repair done right!!!

My experience was great! Silverthorne was busy but Dale and Sarah helped get my car done sooner through the Loveland location. Excellent work and great customer service!

Very high quality of work and customer service! Expect delays because they're so busy and reliant on your car company for parts and calibrations, but they keep you informed of everything and set realistic expectations.

I had the front driver side water guard break from the front of the car and was scraping on the ground. I went to Caliber Collision to get an estimate. I was told the part may no longer be available and that they would be happy to remove the broken guard so that it would not continue to scrape on the ground. I was then told it was not really necessary to replace considering the age of the car. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the service and the way I was treated. Wonderful people. And, they refused to accept any pay for their service. Great place to do business and I will definitely return if I need future repairs.

The two people that I interacted with, Sarah and Josh, were awesome. They kept me up to date on progress and made sure I knew how things were going. The technician did a great job and the truck looks better than I had expected. Thank you!!!!!!

It's unfortunate to use Caliber, meaning you probably had an accident, but I wouldn't trust anyone else with the repair. The entire team there cares, does superb quality work, communicates well, is timely and does an excellent job. Thank you!

My truck was really messed up and I thought it would never look the same. I couldn't believe what I saw when it came out of Caliber today. It looked brand new! They do amazing work! Josh was great at keeping me up to date on all the repairs. They even got me an alignment and washed my truck. I couldn't be more happy!

The final repairs were done really well and Josh communicated with me the entire way when there were any delays. Robbie did some incredible work on my Tacoma and even helped me clean my mass air flow sensor after I picked it up. Great crew.

Best Caliber I've been to & probably the best auto shop I've been to! Super warm, friendly & helpful staff, from Sarah who got me into the schedule & was there to greet me, to the Regional Manager Jamie who welcomed me & got me right in, to the tech Brett who went above & beyond to make sure I was safe to get on the road! An absolute delight to go there & stellar service all the way around! And great to have it available in Summit County:)

Fantastic shop!! Best experience in an unfortunate circumstance. Josh, my point of contact/advisor, was very communicative and professional every step of the repair process. My Bronco came back to me looking better than new after it’s run in with an elk. Would go back to them if needed, hopefully not, even though we live in Denver.

These people are absolute crooks and totally shady. They have had my car for 3 weeks now and are refusing to do the work, Saying that they feel my car is a total loss to the insurance company, this opinion is not theirs to decide. My claims adjuster has told them several times now that it's not a loss , but they keep changing the quote and adding more money to the repairs. Refusing to talk with me in person, and 0 return calls for updates... Might have to involve the authorities to get my car back in the same condition that I dropped it off in , so I can take it to an honest body shop . BTW I drove the car for a month and a half after the accident before I could get an appointment, the only damage was a broken radiator support air conditioner drier canister ,and the front bumper ., once again not a total loss did the research myself on the parts, it's less than $500 and now the quote is over $6000 for repairs Avoid these people at all cost... Lazy and crooked people ... Could've done all the repairs myself in less time .

Caliber Collision in Silverthorne is awesome. Fearing the driver door on my truck was about to fall off, I contacted them to see if they could take a look and give me an estimate. Even though they were fully booked out, Sarah was able to squeeze me in to have their tech take a look and provide an estimate. Josh took a look at the door and thought it might not need a major fix. He went to the back and returned with Tyler, who expertly and efficiently adjusted the hinge mechanism on the door. I was back on the road in minutes feeling confident with the solidness of the door. Thanks to all for your assistance. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to my friends and would use them for any future auto body repairs.

Anyone can navigate an easy job. But, the pros at this shop were able to navigate a job that had not only the dreaded insurance company garbage (Don't worry Flo, I'm not going to name names) but also unforseen problems. Matters were handled with finesse and grace by not only Chloe and Josh, but with Sarah up front who keeps a fully legit candy jar stashed. I almost can't wait for my next car accident, just to have the pleasure of dealing with these all-stars again.

Caliber Collision Silverthorne, Co location is the best! They completed repairs on my 2022 Silverado. They went above and beyond. Josh was great and kept me informed every step of the way. They did a fantastic job!

Customer service and workmanship was excellent at this shop. I had a recent minor fender bender and they took care of everything from repairs to connecting with my insurance company. Very easy to get work done with them. Highly recommended.

Great experience. Took van in for estimate on sliding door repairs. Josh found that one of the doors was not having the problem I though it was. I offered to pay for the work he did and he wouldn't charge me since there was really nothing wrong with the door. Great business ethics, friendly and skilled. I may not need them today...but I'll sure recommend them. Thanks!!!
