Could not say enough good things about AutoStar! We were out in Colorado on vacation when our Ram threw some error codes. Not only did they work us into their busy schedule, they were able to order a part from Denver and install it within two days. They found an additional issue with the actuator and they were able to fix that part same day. They were aware of our timeline of needing to get back home to Arkansas and they went above and beyond to make that happen. The first advisor we spoke with about getting us in was Pavel and he was great to help figure out our timeline with us and update us on the part. Our next advisor, Robert Saunders was great to keep us in the loop of what was going on and what timeline we were working with. The service director, Michael Arnold, was very personable and very kind to help us get out the door and at a very reasonable price. What was a very stressful time for our family with potential major delays getting home, turned out to be a good experience thanks to Pavel, Robert, and Michael. We appreciate you guys so much! Highly recommend the service at Autostar!

I had a wonderful experience at Autostar Subaru in Silverthorne! I was having some issues with my car’s head unit, and they were able to get me in for a diagnostic the same day I called. I spoke to both Rob and Hunter, and they were both knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They had my new unit ordered that day, and a week later I came back to have it installed. It was quick, easy, and they communicated with me very well through the whole process. I felt as though my time and business was respected and appreciated, and I’ll absolutely go back to them for future service.

I had a great experience buying a new Jeep here! All of the guys were very friendly and eager to help! Joe Kocak was the best! He was very knowledgable and transparent and if it weren’t for him, who knows if I would have finalized the deal! Brayan Alvites and James Berger were also notable mentions! I can’t say enough great things about Autostar Subaru and especially Joseph Kocak! He went above and beyond to get me and my wife the best deal after we checked three other Subaru stores. He saved us a trip to Denver and even beat my credit union’s interest rate. While we were working the deal, Joseph told us it would only be a 10-minute wait for finance — and shocker, he actually told the truth! Everywhere else we’ve bought cars it’s always 45 minutes to an hour waiting, and we usually just want to leave. Sure enough, he came and got us in 10 minutes. Our expectations were blown away. Then he made us laugh by telling us he’d actually be the finance manager helping us too! I’ve never seen a sales manager and finance manager duo in one person — we laughed when we all were in the Fianance office, it made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. He also got us an extended warranty for peace of mind and a 3-year maintenance plan that will save us money (and saves me from doing my own oil changes!). We bought the car, and when my wife and I went out to dinner tonight, driving it put a big smile on our faces and reminded us of Joseph — that’s why we had to leave this review. This truly feels like our place, and as long as we can work with Joseph, we’ll be back for future cars

Excellent!! Service Advisor Pavel Blokhin helped me out greatly when I stopped in with a potentially serious issue with the oil in my vehicle. His advice and diagnosis identified the problem and the solution, and he then scheduled the service work quickly. Although I've never been a customer, Pavel was able to get me in quickly and have the issue remedied. I would highly recommend Autostar Subaru of Silverthorne. Thank You!

Advise going elsewhere!!!- while skiing had to tow Outback here due to burst hose, understand their warning of potential of other hoses nearby possibly breaking while work is being done, but found it unrealistic that they also included replacing the transmission because of rust on the fill cap, stating that the transmission housing might crack! Any good mechanic knows how to work with rust on bolts! And charged over $300 for less than 1 hour of time for the diagnostic. Having it towed to Denver for trustworthy work!

Two hours for an oil change with an appointment is ridiculous. Couldn’t even get my military discount because of the slow system and was told I would only save $1. At my home dealership I was comped the entire bill when they had a delay because of something they caused. Will not be returning

We have had service done on our SUBARU and JEEP at Autostar. We. Are very pleased with their service. We recently bought a new vehicle there as well. The price was fair and Dan Blaise in sales is the guy to contact. We felt the process of financing and closing the sale was very fragmented.

I purchased my 2025 Forester Wilderness in October and I am really happy I went to Autostar Subaru of Silverthorne. The associate I worked with from the beginning, Alec, was really helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. You can tell he enjoys his job and wants you to get what's right for you, not just sell a car. The rest of the team I worked with was also great. We hit a tiny hiccup with the paperwork but that was quickly remedied. I feel like I was taken care of and they will continue to provide excellent customer care throughout my ownership of this vehicle (which will be a while). Of course, they are trying sell cars, but it's also evident that the whole team strives to take really good care of their clients. That's what keeps people coming back! Thanks to the entire team... I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!

The service manager named Brad went above and beyond! I have never been welcomed at a dealership with such a great smile, ease of conversation and an abundance of knowledge. He explains things clearly and precisely. They gave me a ride home and picked me back up later when my car was ready. Both drivers were also beyond friendly. I cannot express the gratitude I have to be at a service dept. of this level , just outstanding. So thank you so much Silverthorne Subaru and Brad! Impeccable service, reasonable pricing and friendly smiles.

I took my Crosstrek in for a diagnostic check, and it took them 8 hours to tell me what I already knew about my car. They didn't replace any parts, just did the diagnostic, and charged me $614,37. I felt this was an abuse of power on the part of this dealership.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment the week prior with my vehicle, they had the vin registration and knew I had called for an oil change specifically. I was told I was scheduled at 9 AM. When I showed up at 9 AM I was presented with $1300 of preventative maintenance bill/plan that they did not talk to me about over the phone when I schedule my oil change. I decided to opt out and only go for the oil change. 2 1/2 hours later, I still do not have a car with an oil change. How can this be?

Avoid this dealership for service. I was charged $1,385.70 for "30k mile service." I called a Denver Subaru dealer after and was quoted $557.95. I went in for new tires and routine service and based on my mileage, they suggested the additional services. I was told the appointment would be 2-4 hours. I was at the dealership for over 8 hours. They stopped providing updates so I finally went into the service bay to see that my car was not in there, and the technician had finished and left to assist with the sale of a car while I sat in the waiting room. I left feedback and asked for communication via email, which they refused to do. I would never take my car here again.

Robert Saunders provided great customer service. He was very attentive to my needs. Arranged my car service while waiting for my maintenance on my car. I especially liked that he was engaging and conversational and knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty and courteous manner in speaking . He shared important information that I found helpful. Knowing that we use 70% of our front brakes in contrast to rear brakes, was informative and let to me not needing unnecessary service. Sharing that my rear pads were at 6, and it is when it gets to 3 that service needs to be considered, that was helpful and informative. It is encouraging when we have this type of service.

The best mechanics to go to for your Subaru needs in Summit County! These guys are some of the most honest mechanics I have ever met, whether its basic maintenance or something serious. Matthew is amazing!! He's always explained issues that I've had with my car exactly how it is, and has also been so kind to answer my questions or explain further when I haven't quite understood. I always recommend my friends to AutoStar Subaru and any people who I meet in the future in the Subaru community I will continue to refer these guys! They haven't steered me or anyone I know wrong yet. And I am very grateful for that especially when in the car industry so many will take advantage of those who are not very car savvy. Forever pleased and grateful.
