Thank you to Christian and his staff. I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered them and shared some of his own firsthand experiences with my particular vehicle which was very helpful. Although they didn’t have all the parts I needed he offered to order them. 🤙🏻

Absolutely terrible customer service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The girl at the counter couldn’t be bothered to look up from scrolling through tiktok to assist with a return. Spoke to a Jose who told me they couldn’t refund my purchase despite being shown autozone’s own return policy that clearly stated returns within 90 days, and proceeded to tell me that he’d rather call his manager than follow direct company policy. The only redeeming quality of this store was the older gentleman who helped check me out, unfortunately i didn’t get his name but he was extremely helpful and friendly. Otherwise I’d recommend going to the advance auto parts next door.

The dealership next store quoted me $600 to replace my battery, so I took it here to autozone and bought a new battery, and they happily installed it for me. Very nice and helpful service.

The worst experience I've ever had I was in a emergency situation and the Manger made me leave the store without the parts I needed. Heard the manager tell the guy helping to just get him out of the store. Never again will I go to auto zone for anything.

cheaper battery and they installed it for me at advance auto parts. Unaware of when auto zone quit installing batteries, especially when there’s 3 extra employees around just stocking shelves. Advanced across the street was the better option, friendlier employees and actually helpful. Won’t be back.

If you take dead batteries here for credit make sure you only take 2 at a time, and make sure they give you $10 per battery. Last time they gave me $10 for 2 and I had to call the gm... I was referred to as a Karen for this. Huh? The only thing bringing me back is their lifetime warranties and return policy.

My check engine light came on after driving from Texas. I pulled into autozone, and they diagnosed it for me and hooked me up with a Mobil mechanic. They even called the Mobil mechanic and explained what was needed. Thank you so much. A special shout out to Drew, who gave amazing customer service.

Best service by far I have ever received from an Autoparts store. I was driving across Colorado on a Sunday and my battery light came on. Pulled over, searched for nearest "battery replacement" and this Autozone was 2 miles away. Being from out of town, I didn't have any tools to replace the battery myself and being a Sunday, there were no Autoshops open. Bought the battery, store associate Israel was about to go to lunch per the store manager. I said no problem I would wait for him to return, I was in no hurry. However, he overheard and offered to replace it immediately. Upon opening my hood, I had ALOT more problems than just the battery and was incredibly lucky I even made it to the store. Turns out my water pump failed and the serpentine belt slipped off, which is why the battery started to lose power. How my check engine light didn't come on is beyond me, I assume it was seconds from turning on when I made it to the store. Again, it's Sunday, no Autoshops are open. Israel offers to replace my water pump and put the belt back on. Literally saved my day as I have no tools and no autoshop is open. The only alternative would have been to stay overnight in Silverthorne and have my truck towed to an Autoshop for service on Monday. The fact Israel was kind enough to do this is way above and beyond and I can't thank him enough!! Israel easily could have looked the other way and wished me good luck. Fantastic service. If I lived nearby, that Autozone would have a customer for life. Unfortunately, I live over 600 miles away. Regardless, fantastic service and amazing customer care. Thank you Israel and the Autozone team in Silverthorne!

These guys are great. Drew in specific at this location is the man. Extremely knowledgeable on any question you have. If he doesn’t know, he’ll sit there and figure it out with you. I’ve been here multiple times. Most recent, Drew helped me disable my rear parking sensor on my jeep which I’m sure would’ve cost me hundreds at a dealership. Great guy, great team, great experience.

Spent the day skiing and the car was dead when I got back to it. After getting the car jumped, I went to AutoZone to get the battery replaced and Drew went above and beyond for me with the battery being under the driver’s seat Drew got us the correct battery for the car and replaced it for me in below freezing weather. This place had the most helpful employees but especially Drew. Only place I would go in Summit County for car issues.

The best service l've ever received at parts store. Drew is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had him check my battery. It was showing it was good but was showing failure. He got another tester and tested my alternator which showed it was over charging (a sign it's going bad and potentially damaging the battery). He also referred a couple of people that could replace the alternator for me. Thank you.

Extremely helpful! Made a temporary fix to my windshield cord that snapped in half so I was able to get back to Boulder. It was dumping snow and they were so willing to work on my car outside for over an hour! Highly recommend!!

My car battery recently died so I got a jump and drove to AutoZone for a replacement. Jose helped me by first checking my battery to confirm it was dead - it was. He then helped me choose a suitable replacement and installed the battery for me. I was in and out of AutoZone in less than one hour. Jose was professional, courteous, and friendly. I will be sure to use AutoZone for anything I need for my truck in the future. Keep up the great work!

I had a bit of an unfortunate event when my car battery died. Of course it had to happen on a Sunday and my first day of vacation. Emmanuel was very helpful in finding me a new battery for my truck. He also gave me the number to a local mobile mechanic, Drew. Big thanks!

Customer Service is pretty terrible. Bought a faulty adapter with a short in the cable, went back in two minutes after purchasing to exchange. The clerk accused me of hurting the adapter and was hesitant to do an exchange. This was upsetting so I then just asked for a refund. To the lady who says she was trained as an electrical engineer at Dartmouth, how's that degree working out for you?

Woke up to a dead battery in Breckenridge. I got it jumped and made my way here to check the health of the battery. Everything looked good and the staff were super friendly as they checked everything out. Gave a lot of good advice about driving in winter conditions to someone from out of state.

We broke down on the highway on our way to Grand junction from Denver in the fast lane on a wintery road! Yikes! We got towed to silverthorn and specifically autozone thinking we could fix it (clutch spring) ourselves. The gal offered the tools they had for loan and we bought a wrench besides. I was able to use the bathroom (which was clean) We asked if it would be a problem to leave the car overnight until we could get towed back to Denver (What a nightmare!) The staff said "No problem" and there wasn't! It was a great experience in a bad situation! Thank you auto zone employees that night!

WOW! I just had the best experience here at AutoZone! Shayla (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was amazing! I was super nervous and intimidated to go in because my husbands truck battery died and I know nothing about cars but he needed me to go grab him a battery! Shayla was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She immediately made me feel comfortable and was just so pleasant to talk to. I really, really, appreciate that she made my experience so positive because a lot of times, especially as a woman, going into businesses like this they’ll take advantage of you or make you feel stupid. I will definitely be coming back!

The representative in the phone was knowledge and helpful. When the part number I was after did not quite match up with the one they had in stock, she directed me to call dorman's and verify compatibility. I was after a power steering vacuum control valve.
