It’s a long story but I’ll shorten it up. He Got there quick. Got me all Gassed me up so I could make it to the gas station. I believe his name was Andrew, don’t fry me if I’m wrong but, anyways, he was a great guy. Was even nice enough to make sure that I made it to the gas station and was fully prepared to have me towed in the instance my crap car still didn’t start after putting gas in it. Great communication between him and I believe his boss who got me in contact with the tow truck driver. No bullshit. Just good people. Especially considering I was in the car freezing with my dog they were right there in the blink of an eye.

Andrew was prompt and had great communication with me by phone. He also tried to jumpstart it but we had to have it towed. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a good person to save me this morning.

Gerald was sent to help with towing a vehicle from Fraser to Granby. He provided us an accurate ETA. He arrived promptly and was very professional. After quickly and securely loading the vehicle onto the flatbed trailer, he responsibly transported it to the end destination provided. The vehicle was unloaded onto the requested space without incident. I would trust Gerald to assist with any roadside vehicle needs and recommend their services to anyone.

Jarod with Colorado Mountain Towing was quick as far as responding to the call. He was an hour away from our Truck, which was on the side of the road in Kremmling CO. He kept in touch regarding his ETA which was 100% accurate btw. He took great care in loading our truck and took it to the mechanic we chose near by. He took the time to verify with the mechanic where to unload our truck. It wasn't just a pick up and dump off, this tow included customer service by way of customer care. Thank you Jarod! 2 gentlemen drove out to a campsite in Idaho Springs to jump start my car that had a dead battery. They were very prompt & even gave me a call as soon as they picked up the dispatch. Made it in great time & got my car running. Can not thank these two kind gentleman enough! Awesome service and great people! Would highly recommend this company for any assistance you need.

My insurance's roadside assistance app connected me with Colorado Mountain Towing when I had a flat tire between Idaho springs and Georgetown. The guy arrived in 20 minutes while I prepped the tire and got 4/5 lug nuts loosened. Once he took over, we were done in 5 minutes. Quick, friendly, efficient. I recommend they add their name to their business card so we can credit them appropriately

Andrew was a life a life saver! The dispatch person was also very helpful. We broke down on I70 near near George Town on our way home to Salt lake from a Colorado road trip. After being stuck on the freeway for an hour and a half and getting told by by another tow company that it was going to $1200 to get us off highway, I Googled tow companies and found Colorado mountain towing. Dispatch reassured me he could have a driver to me ASAP. And it was going to be a 3rd of what the other company said. Andrew was there in about 20 minutes. Was very polite and fast. Once loaded my truck and camper made us to tall to go through the tunnel, he had to detour over Loveland pass. Instead of being grumpy he had to detour he highlighted the good points of it and was an amazing tour guide. He told us what everything was and about the wild life. He took extra time to find us a good spot to park to fix the truck once we arrived in Frisco. Andrew definitely made a really bad day into a fun little tour and took some of the stress off. Andrew went above and beyond to help me. Get my car unlocked after waiting 8 hours. He was super apologetic about my situation. I was trapped at a gas station in Idaho Springs. He was fast with his service even going around the fact that my driver's side door. Does not unlock with a key. He was also very apologetic at the fact that I could have immediately got his service if geico had done their jobs correctly in which they did not.. Thanks for caring about your customers, unlike geico. You guys are greatly appreciated and will recommend. However, was unable you tip Andrew at the time.. Thank you. You are appreciated.

This is the most amazing towing company!! The people that work there, like Ali and their drivers are thoughtful, prompt, and extremely respectful. They towed our car to one shop, that we unfortunately choose and got taken advantage of by, then when we found out a week later that he was not able to do the job had to get it towed from Granby, CO to Loveland at 4:40pm. At first my insurance said there was no one available, so I called Ali. He had me taken care of within 20 min and called my insurance. Andrew picked it up and kept me updated through the process. When you are in a bind these are the ONLY people to call. Can’t say enough good things about this company!!

Gosh I wish I remembered the name very kind man that helped us (Dan or Andrew by chance??) anyway he was extremely gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. Helped navigate using a tire inflation kit on my rental car's flat. When it wasn't holding air, gave honest opinion and offered to follow me a great distance if I wanted him to to help reinstate and ensure safety. Went above and beyond to offer an affordable and safe solution.
