Got cut off by one of the tow trucks... who proceeded to run a stop sign, curb his tires badly, leave his turn signal on for a whole mile, and kept on the lines of the right side of the lane. Not sure I'd trust whomever was driving that truck.

I needed my vehicle towed asap today and the crew showed up within 5 minutes, took care of everything 100% properly and dropped my vehicle off exactly where my boyfriend told them to. They quick to get a hold of, they answered my call right away, show up super fast, and everything went smoothly and efficiently! I don’t think I’ve ever been this happy with a tow company! Yesterday was my first time using their service. I was highly satisfied. The driver was very nice, professional, and helpful.

John was amazingly fast and punctual. Very kind and kept up with communication. Very affordable and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them, and ask for John, you won't regret it.

They were able to get to me within 20 minutes of calling. Jon, the driver, was very personable and professional. I noticed while driving to the tire shop with him that he continually checked on my car in his mirrors and was careful with my car. Added bonus is Jon has the sweetest dog, Cherrie, that gives lots of kisses when she greets you. Highly recommend Jon and Tow Pros.

One night my Red Caddy just stopped suddenly at the middle of the road in Union Boulevard not far from Safeway in Academy and Union. I was struggling calling for some different towing company but it would take 1 and a half hours to 2 hours. There was an angel staff of Tow Pros named John who stopped on his way to his towing job and asked if we needed help? So I said yes and he promised us to come back after 10 to 15 mins and he did. He is a very nice guy. Did his job very safe but very quick. He is very easy to talk to. I gave him a rate of 100%. You can really depend on him of what he said and promised He is a man with a word of honor! Great job TOW Pros for having a good and very nice staff like John. I will recommend this company to my friends and family if we needed road side asssitance. John took all my burden and stress. Thanks a lot and God bless you John of Tow Pros!

Just wanted to say Thank you TowPros and thank you to Tony Gonzalez for helping me and towing my car back to my house in Aurora from S. Broadway in Littleton around 11pm or so. Honestly, TowPro has better customer service skills than the towing company through my insurance. I really mean it.

Might be a repeat my phone messed up on me so don't know if this went thru. But, after spending all night in my vehicle in a ditch I gave Tow Pros a call. Was quoted a fair price and was then connected to John the driver. He was professional in all sense of the word . He arrived when stated and had me out in a matter of minutes. We were on a dirt road and John followed me to a main road before leaving to be sure that everything was fine. Great customer service all around. If I ever need a tow service again I will call Tow Pros.

Driver was friendly and courteous. I do not remember the young man's name but he took good care of me. Vehicle was broken down on the highway and this young man was able to get me hooked up, told my vehicle back to my house with no issues or complaints. Would definitely request him again

This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical company. The POA of a private residence contacted the driver to alert him that his client does not have permission to remove vehicles from the home- the client does not have legal residence and has a permanent protection order that includes the address. He was alerted of the no trespassing order filed with the CSPD. The driver’s response was “I don’t give a shit, don’t call this number.” He was disrespectful and hostile. There is video of the driver proceeding to trespass in the back yard of the private residence after he received this verbal notice. The trespassing was reported to police. Several other tow truck companies denied service to the client because of the illegal activity- but not Tow Pros. Definitely do not trust this shady company. Edit to Reply to Owner Response: You were absolutely not screamed at. You were told your client is not allowed within 100 yards of the private property and your response was “well, she isn’t here.” You were told there is a no trespassing order, and that she nor you may remove things from the private property. You responded with “I don’t give a shit.” You proceeded to trespass in the backyard. You should have disengaged when you were alerted of the legal situation at play. Period. And then you continued to put your unprofessionalism on full display in your response to this review.

I’m posting from my 16 year old daughter’s account because she was robbed and harassed. My poor daughter had to call a tow truck after practice because the wife and I were up in Denver. The driver of the truck made her wait in the cold for hours and even asked her for her information. My daughter didn’t tell me any of this until after they took the car and “dropped it off.” We could not find the car that was supposed to be delivered to our mechanic. After several heated verbal exchanges the following 24 hours with this company they finally “found” the car. My daughter’s gym bag was missing and all she had in it were her catholic school uniform and a bra. Trust me I am looking into my legal options. Don’t trust this company

Just because your car is broken down doesn't mean your spirit has to be! Our car died on the way to work and Michael was a great help getting it home. He was friendly, professional, & cheerful.

Hey, I wanted to take the time to give a “SPECIAL” thank you to Cam the driver (gentleman) that came to assist me today. I had just met a couple whose car was disabled. I called for a tow and blessed were we to have Cam show up. In short, the couple had the service done on their car at Walmart at no cost to them and my money for the tow was actually “refunded”….unheard of. Thanks Cam great advice. I will call again when in need.

Awesome customer service. Driver came in a timely manner and was friendly with a sense of humor. Took care of my car and got it to the shop for me. Will definitely use again.
